Galaxy S3 4.1.2 - Can I use a SIM for global data in Italy?

I have a Galaxy S3 that has been updated to 4.1.2 and I'm wondering if I can buy a local SIM card for Italy and be able to use it for data while I'm there?
I've read countless discussions about the issues with the Galaxy S3 and it not being able to use another carrier's SIM card internationally, but I don't know if that changed since the update to 4.1.2.
So, what are my options if I want to use my Galaxy S3 in Italy in a couple months?
I see that Verizon will sell me 100MB of data for $25, but will that work flawlessly and act just as if I were using it here in the US? I mainly want to be able to use any apps and internet just as I can here in the US, so if I could get some options, I'd really appreciate the help!!

If it's a cellular model iPad, yes. You can't use a SIM card on a Wi-Fi only iPad.

Can use Parallel Query execution on Temp_Emp table and how ?
i.e. do need to explicitly use parallel construct in query or is it default.
Because I have many SQL like above (on global temporary tables) within Stored Procedures.
Can anybody give me any suggestion.

How come you are populating a temporary table and then opening a cursor on this temporary table for the front end to use?
Couldn't you presumably just form a query out of the code you use to populate the temporary table? This is the recommended approach in Oracle.

unfortunately you cannot.
The iPhone 5 uses a 4th generation SIM card (NanoSIM) while the Samsung Galaxy S3 uses a 3rd generation MicroSIM. You can however use your existing MicroSIM in an iPhone 4 or 4S

Yes you can. You can access your account using any Skype enabled computer/device in any country worldwide.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Can I use touch ID for App Store without using a passcode?

It seems that the ony way I can use the touch ID for App Store and iTunes is if I have a passcode to get into my phone. I don't want a passcode, it get in and out of my phone too often to have to unlock it all the time and I hate manually typing in my password for App I buy. Why can't it do both, isn't the touch ID just as secure for purchases even if you don't have to unlock the phone to get to it??

you should be able to use Touch ID without needing your passcode. If none of those circumstances is true and you're still being asked for your passcode to make a purchase from the iTunes Store, it would seem that something is amiss with your iPhone.

I know this look complicated. so I'll break it up into smalled pieces:
first the "&" is called the concatenate operator and joins two strings. like this:
a string is a set of characters between double quotes.
so "string 1" & "string 2" becomes "string 1string2" or "Sam " & "Jones" becomes "Sam Jones"
you can use cell references instead of strings directly in which case the concatenation is performed on the contents of the cells.
so if cell A1 contains "Hi " and the cell A2 contains "There" then A1 & A2 will result in "Hi There"
so you could add the formula
A3=A1 & A2
this is short hand for select cell A3 then type everything including the A3 so that A3 contains "=A1 & A2" (omit the double quote)
OK. So the formula I provided concatenates several items together:

the two formulas (highlighted in blue) perform a lookup of the value in cell A2 in columns A thru D of the table named "Data". What iam trying is ...Iam trying to load the data from legacy tables(3) into oracle staging tables.But i need to load the same source data into two staging tables(these staging tables are in two different schemas)
can i load this source data into two staging tables by using single standard interface(some business logic is there)
