Galaxy s6 edge pre order pick up

I pre ordered my phone back on the 27th.  I have yet to have received a ready for pick up email today.  Is there anyway to know if my order will be ready today?  Should i call the store i'm going to pick up at to see if they are even doing any phones today?  I heard there were delays.

With the release of the Samsung Galaxy S6, I'm sure you've been glued to your email waiting for an update! Using the email address you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your order. It appears the phone is ready for pickup, and that the wireless charger has shipped.
With that said, I happily encourage you to visit your store to pickup your new phone and enjoy your new phone!

    I pre ordered a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge (32 gb, AT&T) on March 27th and received an email yesterday that my order has been delayed. How is it possible if the phone is available for walk-in purchase? The whole idea of pre-order is to get the product immediately after launch.

    The release of the latest and greatest mobile phone is always highly anticipated, and while a pre-order guarantees a product, it does not guarantee an exact date.  I pulled up the pre-order you placed on BestBuy.com for the new Samsung Galaxy S6 and it is currently listed as being delayed.  As you may read in our FAQ, there have been reports that some of our stores did not receive some AT&T models.  The inventory received by our stores is separate from that received by BestBuy.com; however, that may also affect pre-orders that were placed on BestBuy.com.  Please keep an eye on your order and let us know if you have any other questions.

  • Pre-Order Pick up Gift certificate

    So I preordered Advanced warfare however due to them giving me the wrong copy I had to Exchange it and it looks like that voided my Purchase how do i go about getting my gift certificate?

    I wouldn't worry just yet! As long as your pre-order was fulfilled and then exchanged -- and not simply cancelled -- then you should still receive your pre-order bonus certificate within 15-20 days of pickup. Just keep in mind that the associated points may never appear as pending, and instead simply be available at the end of that timeframe. If you still haven't seen record of the bonus after that window has passed, let us know and we'd be glad to review your purchase at that time.

  • Must I pick up the I pad 3 on Mar 16 for pre order.

    I know that some stores is available for pick up in USA . I would like to pre order one but I do not know if I can arrive the city of pick up, Must I pick up the i pad on Mar 16 or can I pick up a few days later ?

  • Issue w/Witcher 3 Pre-Order $10 Certificates, Store Pickup and Steelbook

    I picked up my order yesterday for In-Store Pickup & had a couple of issues. First, when I was picking up my order, the associate helping me tried to pick up the two large boxes at the same time & I watched as they slipped from his grip & he dropped them in front of me. The outer sleeves of the boxes came unattached to the boxes & since one of the boxes fell on the other one, there was some slight damage to the box, there's a large crease on the top now. I asked him if he could grab another two that weren't damaged since they were obviously dropped right in front of me, but the associate said there were no other ones available. To him it might not seem like a big deal, but if I am going to spend the large amount of money on the Collector's Edition of an item, I like EVERYTHING to be pristine & perfect, even the outer packaging! That was disappointing.
    On top of that, I asked about the Witcher 3 Best Buy Exclusive Steelbooks I was supposed to get w/my Pre-Order & he said they had not yet arrived, & that two would be set aside for me & to call the store later that day to see if they were delivered. Luckily I was able to get them, but I figured that it shouldn't be my responsibility to stay on top of the shipment, I felt that I should have at least been the one to RECEIVE a call since my order was at the risk of being incomplete, & ME having to call the store to track the shipment is an inconvenience to me.
    My other concern is I checked my reward zone purchase history & while I already received the points for picking up my Pre-Order Games, I have NOT received the Victory Can Be Pre-Ordered $10 in Reward Certificates for the games, there is NO record of it in my Purchase History to reflect the Pre Order Bonus. Normally it is shown in the same section of points for the purchase (it can be seen when I check the details of my Mortal Kombat X Pre Order picked up a month ago).

    I have to admit, the circumstances you’ve described around your The Witcher: Wild Hunt pre-order are pretty frustrating to me. Obtaining your SteelBook should have been standard protocol, not a matter of “luck”. Also, I can completely understanding wanting a Collector’s Edition that’s in good shape and I greatly apologize if you received one that isn’t in perfect condition!
    One positive note I can add here is that you likely have nothing to worry about with the $10 Reward Certificate portion of your pre-order. These points generally don’t show up until 15-20 days after you pick up your pre-order and within this timeframe, they may or may not even show as pending.
    If for any reason you don’t see the 500 points ($10) in the timeframe mentioned above, please send me a private message via the link in my signature. Keep in mind, the points may appear back when you placed your pre-order, so be sure to look there as well.

  • Pre-order points missing and pre-ordering problems at the store level.

    During the week of July 6th-July 12 there was an ad for pre-ordering certain movies and getting 100 bonus points for each movie.  On July 12th I pre ordered Rio 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2, and Transformers:AOE (Steelbook edition).  The employee was able to successfully pre-order Rio 2 using the provided in store pre order card but had difficultly pre ordering Spiderman 2 and Transformers.  Rio 2 and Spiderman 2 had set release dates while at that time Transformers did NOT have a release date until recently.  These pre-orders were done in three different transactions. 
    Picking up Rio 2 on 7/15 was not a problem.  The employee did an exchange in the system.  The 100 bonus points never posted.
    The Amazing Spiderman 2 had a lot of problems.  The employee thought I already bought it and picked it up on 7/12 when I went to pick it up on 8/19 (the release date).  At the time of the pre order purchase, there was no announcement of the BB exclusive Magno pack for the same price as the regular blu ray release.  Again the employee did a return/rebuy.  This employee also stated that the employee who processed the pre-orders Spiderman and Transformers did it incorrectly since it looks like she did it as a normal transaction instead of a pre-order.  The points have yet to be posted.
    Transformers: AOE (Steelbook edition) now has an official release date of 9/30.  My question is will the system allow for employee to process the pre-order pick up since it is outside of the 45 day window?  I am hoping it won't be but seeing how the employees have been processing pre-orders incorrectly when picking them up I expect problems when doing so. 
    I have also noticed a price drop for transformers (6760435) from the time I pre-ordered it on 7/12.  Will the employees be able to adjust the price and give me the difference?
    Not all stores carry the pre-order cards making this a difficult process for everyone (it takes me on average 30 minutes to pick up 1 pre-order instead of in and out within 5 mins like usual) because someone didn't do it correctly the first time.  So my question is, how should employees process a pre-order if there is NO Pre-Order card in store??  I would love to continue to pre-order at best buy, but am getting tired of having employees screw up my pre-order.

  • Yet ANOTHER question about the Pre-Order

    When the IPAD came out, I selected the pre-order pick up at store option. With the IPAD, the policy was to get there before 3:00 or your reserved IPAD would be released to the anyone who wasn't pre-ordered. Does anyone know if this time is the same for the new IPhone?

    the confirmation email for the iphone said you had until the store closed on the 24th to pick it up or your reservation would be canceled and you would need to setup a new reservation.

  • Pre-Order to Edge Up

    I have a device under the old 24 month/50% Edge plan.  I am due to hit the 50% mark in early May.  I would like to pre-order the Galaxy S6, which is due on April 10th on the Edge Up program.  I understand that I would have to pay the approximately one month balance I owe on the existing device and then turn that in.  Is that possible to do?  Or do I have to wait until the device is fully released before I Edge Up?

    Good question. I was wondering the same thing. Please provide a definitive answer Verizon Wireless Customer Support.... What was the point of posting a link directing people to basic information about the edge program? Would you not assume he already looked there and maybe he didn't see anything which led him here? unless you just don't know.

    You're not the only one with this problem. When I called to even ask my store about their shipment they were extremely rude about telling me that they wouldn't tell me anything other than to wait on the email. I too was told that the shipment had been delayed until Saturday at the latest, but still no email. I pre-ordered mine days after the preorder started, and nope. Rediculous that someone that pre-ordered gets theirs well after someone who just walked in on release day.

    With new releases, we typically ensure inventory received is allocated to pre-orders before inventory is made available for walk-in purchases. I am sorry to hear that we may not have provided a respectful experience when you inquired about your order's status.   • Galaxy S6 Pre-Order

    I pre-ordered an AT&T Galaxy S6 two weeks ago, and when I went in on release day, They did not have the shipment in yet which kind of bugged me, but they offered to give me a non-preorder one that they got in a different shipment. However, they did not have my color in stock as they had already sold them to non-preorder customers which I think is awful customer service; that people who did not pre-order the phone have one and I still don't. In store, they told me that the shipment would be in later on friday, or at the latest saturday, yet on sunday night, They still don't have my phone in stock. Is there a way I could be told when to expect my phone because I am considering cancelling my order and just getting it from amazon instead. Also, if I cancel, what do I have to do about the wireless charger that was shipped to me?

    I’m still sitting on a Samsung Galaxy S4 myself, but I do like the Galaxy series of phones so far and it looks like you do as well to pre-order the new S6 through us.  I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to pick up your phone at the time you posted.
    It is my understanding that there was a delay in the shipping of some product for AT&T pre-orders initially, but it sounds like most of those shipments have reached the store.  Specifically to your order, it looks like you were able to pick it up the day after this post and I hope that you are enjoying your new phone!

    I'm in the same situation.  I was up trying to get on the Verizon page at 11:55, kept getting the ECPD error.  When finally got through, the Silver Iphone Plus 64 showed arrival of 9-19.  At every step of the process, it seemed that I was ordering a phone that would arrive on day1.  At no point did it say this was an estimate.  At no point did it say it might change.  In a big yellow box, it said "9-19".  Ordered it, then got confirmation email stating it should arrive at 9-19.   Seems like all should be good, right?  Order site said 9-19, I've got a confirmation email saying 9-19, done and done.
    Then I check the website, and suddenly it changed to 10-14?!?!?!?  I feel like this was a bait and switch.  I was able to pickup an iphone5 in a local store on launch day, and would not have locked myself into a preorder through Verizon if I had known this would happen!
    So, that leads back to the original questions.  Lets assume I walk into a Verizon store on 9-19, and there is an available iphone6 plus just sitting there, can I either get that phone as fulfillment of my pre-order.  Or, cancel my pre-order and buy that phone right then and there?

    you can pre order the note 4 if your on edge,  however you will need to pay whatever you need to pay to get you to edge up eligibilty

    Thanks for the thought... ordered direct from Apple. I'm on AT&T, so I called them to work through their network. They said they couldn't help me until I cancelled my orders through Apple. Talked to an Apple store rep, and they said they had a customer that tried that - cancelled orders, then drove to store only to find they were not eligible for an upgrade. She called AT&T, and they had no solution, and said that sometimes it takes 48 to 72 hours for the system to reinstate upgrade eligibility.....I would have originally ordered from AT&T, but couldn't get into their website, so ordered through Apple - mistake.
