Galaxy s6 order still processing

My order on a new phone was placed on April 9th and I still only have one email from the 9th that says it's still processing!  No update email yet and it's the 14th now. The money hasn't been taken out of my bank account either, and I have free 2 day shipping. What is going on??

Getting a new phone is exciting thekatinator. I understand your concerns with the delay in processing your order. Due to high demand for the Samsung Galaxy S6, the processing times can be delayed. Currently, all orders taken April 6, may ship by May 17th. Did you receive an email with a link to check the status of your order?

  • Why is my order still processing HP Envy

    I put my order in for a new laptop at 1am Friday morning, I added the two business day shipping for $20 to my order. It is tuesday and when i look up my order status it's still processing. I don't understand. I'm not sure of all the order status levels but i assumed by today it would at least have been processed. 

    So far pretty impressed with hp customer service. So many people only post when negative stuff happens. I had two people from hp contact me immediately to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Karol and Jeff

  • MacBook Pro order still Processing????

    I placed an order for a base model 15" Pro on friday... the order status is still "Processing Items" (4 days now) I thought these were supposed to be in stock?? it says delivers Nov 27th which is tomorrow... anybody else getting delays like this? any idea what is up?

    I pre-ordered an iphone 5 which is due to be delivered between 5th Oct and 11th Oct....only thing is the order is still processing..

    I know it's very frustrating, I ordered at 2:04 and my order has yet to be charged or order status changed. I understand that it is a nee product launch but apple has always done this. It is forecasting sales and with the geniuses at apple you would think they could figure it out at very least the people that ordered in the first 5 minutes could get a watch on the launch day! What is even more frustrating that apple says the orders go out in the order they were received, but a simple google search will show tons of people who placed their orders later than mine have already received them!

    I placed an order online on Thursday evening and it is still showing as processing. With 2 day shipping I would assume it would be here today. Can anyone help me with this?

    Yes this is the order number. [removed]. I'm ready to cancel & go with another company...especially if this is an indication of your customer service. One rep on chat said it would be shipped today. Another said today it's processing.

  • Cancelled Order - Still Processed

    I cancelled my BT Broadband package on Friday 9th August over the phone, the advisor informed me he had closed the account but failed to give me his name or a reference number. I waited throughout the weekend for an email or a letter to be sent confirming this action but failed to receive neither.
    I phoned earlier today to speak with an advisor but was passed between different departments and eventually kept on hold for so long I hung up after 26 minutes. Within the past hour I have received an email claiming my broadband kit has been delivered and is on it's way to me. 
    I have just got off the phone to another advisor who brought up my account and told me that it was never cancelled on Friday by an order management staff member and that it is still in progress. Furthermore, she informed me she was unable to cancel it as it was past the point of no return. I have to phone tomorrow, again.
    My welcome letters inform me I have until 4pm tomorrow to cancel free of charge and if I do so afterwards I am therefore liable to charges as the contract will been activated. This whole procedure is an example of complete unprofessional behaviour, from the minute I enquired about the package. Your advisors are quick enough to connect via phone and sell me a package but when cancelling I am passed to different departments and ultimately my requests go unheard.
    I am not willing to pay any cost if this becomes a matter as I am well within my customer rights through the information I have at my disposal, I hope by tomorrow this is resolved because I'm disgusted by the incompetence within your order management team.  
    If you can offer any help in this issue it would be much appreciated as this kind of scenario was something I hoped to avoid.

  • Sales Order status is CLSD, RA is still processed

    We have been working on Closing old MTO sales orders to shorten the month-end processing time.  Most have been successful.  However, there are some order that we set the status to CLSD and the order still process through RA.  Other order (those we see as working correctly) will return a message about the status not valid for RA.
    I don't know what to check on order that are CLSD and doing RA??

    I ordered a phone in store using express lane because it would not let me order the phone online at home. I requested expedited delivery but I have not recieved any email with tracking information and when I check the order it says the order is still processing. I expected to get the phone in 2 days. Not sure when I will get it now.

    I bought Iphone5 at 28th Sep, but the order status is still processing items? What is going on, is that ok ? although Delivers  24 Oct, 2012 - 31 Oct, 2012.

    I ordered on 29th sept, order status still processing items - although it says will dispatch deliver 24 - 30 oct. I don't think it will deliver anytime soon as apple can't fulfil millions of orders even in 4 weeks.

    I just bought the CC membership (year plan, paid monthly) and was wondering whether the reason why the software is always detected as a trial version or a "needs license activation" version is because of this status of the plan details:
    We are still processing your order. It could take up to 24 hours. Please check back later.
    So basically I have to wait until the order is processed and then when I open, for example, photoshop, it shouldn't demand me for any license or push me into trial mode, right? I can't find an explanation for this, so thought I'd ask here.

    Thanks for coming back to this. Sadly I'm still getting the issue. I get two options: start trial or License this software. When I click License this software, it requests a serial number, which I obviously don't have because I have the membership.
    Any idea what is causing this?
