Gallery for pics & movies?
This m,ight be off topic for this discussion, but I wasn't sure where else to ask. Feel free to point me to a different discussion group if you know of a more appropriate one.
I am looking for a gallery application for web creation that will accept both pictures and movies.
I'd prefer if there was an index tree for the photo/movie folders.
I like Jalbum's Bananalbum, but I can't see that it works for movies other than .swf's with no controls. I'm good with using .swf's, but I think there should be some movie controls with it.
Here's an example of a Jalbum Bananalbum that has a nice, simple and clean look.

As Smtr mentioned I like Twango.com as it will take both video and pictures. It's not as snappy as iWeb, more like a cross between Utube and one of the photo sites. It lets you embed slideshows and ticker tape photo displays in other pages like this. Good luck.

iCloud provides a very basic photo gallery in Photo Journal, though it is populated only from iPhoto for iOS, not from a Mac. Otherwise you will need to find a third-party solution - this page examines some options:

Photo Gallery for mobile devices
I am updating my web pages with HTML5 + CSS3 mainly with Dreamweaver.
I would need advice how to create photo gallery for mobile devices, please.If you are using a Studio VII product, you get excellent tech support with them. Just send them a message via email. I had an issue with mobile devices and Studio VII's Slide Show Magic. They create a slide show that has a drop-down navigation system that one may move in all browsers except mobile browsers. So, if you are on a mobile device, the navigation (small icons of the pictures in the slide show) will be in the way of the slide show if you activate the menu.
I had a back-and-forth with Al Sparber where I requested help. He very quickly identified the problem and told me exactly what to change in the CSS for the drop-down navigation system. Boom! Done. As a result, I highly recommend his tools. They solve problems and, if there is a problem with the solution, he's there to solve any issues that arise. If you buy something from him, you get him to address any issues you have.
So, in my experience, you're safe in buying their products. They host very good tutorials for their products on their website and they'll hand-hold you for anything you throw at them and help you to manage stuff.

Best Compression/Size setting for posting movie on Blog

I created a little movie from still pics through IMovie08. I exported it a few different ways to my desktop in order to get it on my IWeb blog page, but many of my friends and family were not able to open the file.
I believe it's a QT file now. What should I be doing to make this work for everybody? Is there a certain file type that is best for this situation?
Again - Thank you for any direction you can give me.Welcome to the Apple Discussions. What I've done is use the File->Export for Web->Desktop option in Quicktime. Then one way to get it online and have a page load without waiting for the movie to completely load is to place the movie in your iDisk's Movie folder and add a button/link to a poster frame image of the movie via an HTML Snippet that will open the movie in a new window, one that is sized to the movie's size. This demo page is an example of such a button and has the code used in the snippet.
if the Export to Web is till too large post in the Quicktime to see what you might find there. You can still use the button snippet to make the page load quicker.

Can't Open iPhoto Pics & Movies!
In iPhoto I can see my pics & movies in the EVENT window but when I try to open them I get the following error messages:
PICS- I see a black screen with an exclamation mark in the center of a triangle.
MOVIES- I receive the following message, "The movie contains an invalid data reference."
I used to be able to open these file before and do not understand why I am having this problem now. Also, I have backed up files four times using the "Time Machine," I hope this didn't mess up my program. My iPhoto was updated to version 9.2.3 (if this helps)
Please help! I need these images for a project I am to complete by Wednesday.

Both mean the same thing: iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

I purchased the movie "Black Nativity" at midnight and selected to download later; it shows that the movie has been charged in my account for billing, however; I when I go to download the movie, it ask for it to be purchased versus download. I would like to know if I will be charged again for the movie upon selecting purchase movie? I would like some direction as for how to download the movie that I already purchased.
Clicking on its purchase price again may result in you being charged again. Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option download it

When I try to enter codes for digital movie downloads it tells me "code redemption is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." Customer support has been no help. Anyone else have this problem?
Am sick of going back and forth with what has turned out to be worthless customer support. Have sent them so much info and pictures, no help. All they do is send me links for instructions on how to redeem the codes. I know how to redeem, I have redeemed at least 50 codes. To them I am obviously an idiot though. To me it seems to be a problem on their end, but can't get an answer from them on why it is telling me code redemption is unavailable. Please help! Anybody!Confirming my suspicions with every passing hour. Support on this forum is non-existent like the support from Apple support. But, you got my money now... why would you care?

No need label printout for 103 movement
Hi Experts
I have experinced some error while using 103 movement.Please below I have furnished details fo error.
User gets error when ever using 103 (Material post to block stock) movement, which is also queuing in the label print out without printing, when ever using 105 movement for label printout that time gives a problem with unprinted label print outs for 103 movement, user does not want label printout for the movement type 103. Now workaround is currently local help desk is deleting the unwanted printouts from queuing and taking the required printouts.
Please give your valuable resolution for the same.

Report MB5B for selected movement types
Dear All,
When I am executing report for selected movement types , system givivng me message below " Movment type is reset"
After continuing that Movement type field turns BLANK, and report is executed with considering all movement types.
If there is a way for executing MB5B report for selected movement types, please suggest.

1.The MB5B report will show the stock on posting date with all movements like Goods recipt from Purchase, production order, stock transport order, & goods issue due to consumption posting, stock transfers & transfer posting.
2. This is designed to see the Opening balane+Goods receipt - goods issue = closing balance.
3.You can't take report only for particulat movement type.
4.If u want to get the details as per the movement type, then use MB51 report. -
Hello there - I am sharing an iPhoto library across two accounts on the same computer - it works fine EXCEPT for Quicktime movies - they play on one account and claim I don't have the rights on the other - all permissions are on and ok?
It should be in the Users/ Shared folder.

Why does the first page in a tab disappear?
When I open a tab, the first page that is displayed disappears when I go to another page in that tab. The back arrow doesn't become active until I go to a third page. I can go back to the second page, but not the first one. Example: I open a new tab

IPhoto for iOS does not show all Facebook albums
iPhoto for is not showing all of my Facebook photo albums when I attempt to share photos. I have not been able to recognize any differences between the albums shown or not shown except maybe album age - older albums remain invisible. Quite annoying.
