Gallery update

Is Nokia going to release a gallery update(Nokia 603) for symbian belle for grouping of photos or making albums....

I bought my nokia 110 with 13.5 MB free phone memory. Now it is 2 months from when I bought it. It now has only 10.3 MB. Even when I clear my phone memory by dialling *#7370# there is on increase on the phone memory. Please help me to recover my lost memory manually. I use internet thats why there is a fluctuation of memory.

HTML/CSS photo gallery updatable in Contribute?

I'm putting together a website for a client who wants a photo
gallery which they can update on a fairly regular basis.
They'll be using Contribute to maintain other parts of the
site, and I'd like to be able to give them the same access to the
gallery, but the majority of more interesting ones (PVII, for
example) seem to be a mite complicated for a Contribute update.
Can anyone recommend an interesting, sophisticated-looking
gallery which can fit these criteria?

LR3 - SimpleViewer Gallery update not working - white X's

I'm using LR3, under the WEB panel, trying to export a SimpleViewer gallery to my website through the upload feature. I've set my path directories, but when updating a gallery page, the SimpleViewer thumbs and pictures come up with big white X's.
Obviously the photos are missing, how do I fix this? I'm just wanting to replace a old gallery with the newer, more updated photo gallery -- I'm using the same path/directory for the replacement of the older file. I think it has something to do wit the XML file that is being written?
Can someone help me w/this?

I am not aware of any known problem with decimal datatype as never faced any.
However, I would suggest you to put a external breakpoint in BAPI to see what value it is receiving from .NET application.
Just login into SAP GUI. Run SE37 transaction. Type the name of BAPI. Go to the source code, click on the line of code you want to set breakpoint. Then from the toolbar menu either click on the External Breakpoint icon or from Top menu go to "Utilities->External Breakpoints."
Now run the VB .NET application in debug mode. When the execution hits the breakpoint in BAPI you can check the values of parameters by just clicking on them inside the code.
Do let me know what value do you see there.

Dynamic Gallery updating

Have a image gallery control in a custom ribbon for a Word 2010 template. I'm getting the images out of a directory that gets large fairly often, so I limit the initial number of pics to 16 (In a 2x4 gallery). The gallery has a button for showing
additional files. This works, sorta. I invalidate the control and more files are added to the gallery. BUT the gallery closes on refreshing, and I have to reopen it to see the additions. Any ideas on how to show more images with the gallery
remaining open?

Updating xml gallery

hi! i was woundering if anyone can help me with an xml
gallery. i have one created and it displays the pictures fine, but
i would like one which i would not have to edit the xml file to add
new images into, so the gallery updates itself everytime a new
image is placed into the folder.
is this possible or am i stuck with having to edit the xml
file myself everytime?

Possible but to update the xml you will need additional -
server side - software like ASP, PHP, CF, Java.

Software in 808 is almost perfect, but I am still waiting for new gallery. I think that, in camera phone is good, working gallery, very important. I know that you wouldn´t support Belle phones in future, but this is last update which I really want.
1. Folders (Albums), maybe with password, it´s everything what i want.

hi mate,
as Symbian is in maintenance mode there will be no mroe major firmware updates for devices. there may be the occasional bugfix or whatnot. just a week or so ago, the FP2 devices (such as for the 808), received a Gallery update that brought with it a few new features.

Aperture versus Lightroom - web gallery

This is a sort of a two in one post. I use both Lightroom and Aperture, and I am curious to know how many out there prefer one over the other.
For me, I find it hard to choose because I want to be able to use only one program. Now I import my images into both libraries and I find it too tedious, especially given the amount of images I capture.
The one thing that Lightroom surpasses Aperture on is the web gallery update. As far as I know, Aperture only updates images online only to .Mac. Lightroom allows me to upload to any website I choose. My main site is astronomyonline.org and I have setup a gallery (http://astronomyonline.org/gallery - in case you want to have a peek!). Is there a way to have Aperture upload to a site other than .Mac?
PS - I have been a photographer for over 20 years, and now it has become a tool to allow me to enjoy the world around me as I am now legally blind! My Apple Cinema 30" monitor allows me to view and edit my images. MacSpeech Dictate allows my words to translate into text.

I do prefer Lightroom largely because it either supports or was quicker to support all of my cameras.
Now I will use Aperture only for album creation, but it also had advantages when it came to ease of e-mailing photos. I started with the original Lightroom beta, switched to Aperture and for the last 6 or 7 months have returned to Lightroom.

Automatically add to mobileme gallery

If a smart folder is synced with mobileme gallery, does its contents change the same as if it were the smart folder itself. For example, if sync a smart folder containing >4* from a project then add more images and rate them >4*, will they automatically be added to the gallery?
If this isn't the case, is there a way of automatically adding to mobileme galleries, or do the contents always have to be specified manually?

I have the exact same question. For example I have created a smart folder that shows all pictures with my face and my wife's face. As I confirm more faces the smart folder grows but this doesn't translate into my MobileMe gallery updating with the new pictures.

Mobileme gallery inaccessible from Apple TV after firmware upgrade to 2.4

I've just updated my Apple TV to version 2.4 and I've noticed that I'm unable to view content stored on my web mobileme gallery. Everyhing worked well prior to the update... Does anyone experience the similar problem?

YES. Found another thread on 7/7 Disappearing pictures.
Anyway after the update I can usually only get gallery photos right after a reboot and they appear quite quickly, but after going through the gallery or "menu"ing out of the library and moving to other ones I am usually greeted with slow gallery updates and lots of black screens where the photos should be. In fact the gallery I was watching while typing this just went to black, still have music but no pictures.
I have factory restored, deleted galleries. Definitely seems to be an 2.4 issue or a recent MobileMe update causing an issue.

My Sony VAIO VPCL213FX won't update at all?

For some reason my Sony VAIO won't update anything. The system is VPCL213FX, and the funny thing is I can update the drivers, windows, java and everything else, but not update VAIO at all. The things I need to update is VAIO Care update 8.4.3.07161, Media Gallery Update 2015 (which says I don't have it anymore?), Picture Motion Broswer Edition User and plugin (2011)

We're sorry to hear this. It's possible that there are apps or programs that stop you in uploading these updates. Try the following steps below:
Boot the computer to Safe Mode then install all the Vaio care updates.
Go to this link and follow the steps carefully.

Adding photos to MobileMe galleries

If I create a MobileMe gallery from one of my albums, will the MM published gallery update whenever I add photos to the original album? Or do I add photos to the MM gallery directly?

Data not dynamically updating in photo gallery

The primary issue is when one thumbs through the images, the
"photoID" does not update. It remains at the first "photoID" that
is encountered, and in this case, it is 729. The "title",
"description" and so forth remain locked to the first entry as
well, yet the photograph updates "@path".
I've been working at this for almost two days and have tried
almost every possible combination. I've copied over the older
framework files from my other site (which has this working
successfully), modified it to work in this instance, and it fails
here. The XML output is correct.
