Game centre doesn't contunue after the enter your date if birth section. How do I fix this?

When I log into the game centre on my iphone5 I cannot get past the " enter your date of birth stage" it just keeps on going back to the screen where you enter those details. Someone please help me solve this issue

I tried to update and it keeps telling me to get the Application Manager. And this is what happens
Adobe Application Manager failed and it told me to download the Adobe Support Advisor.
Adobe Support Advisor told me that there was an issue:" cpsid_82829s1: "A restart is pending," bootstrapper error has occurred. "Token Number: 40-87772-063201122012
I followed the instructions it gave me to correct this issue:

#If the installation fails, delete the InProgress registry key:

Delete the InProgress key.
I was not able to find the "InProgress" key.

The troubleshooting steps detailed below can help get you connected to your iPhone's personal hostpot.
Basic troubleshooting
See if your iOS device, computer, and wireless plan all meet the system requirements for Personal Hotspot.
Make sure Personal Hotspot is on: Tap Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.
Check the Internet connection on your iOS device: Tap Safari and load a new webpage.
If one connection type doesn't work, try another. For example, instead of connecting using Wi-Fi, use USB or Bluetooth.
Turn Personal Hotspot off and on: Tap Settings > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.
Install the latest version of iOS.
Reset your network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you still see the issue, restore the iPhone.
If you're still experiencing issues, try the steps below.
Wi-Fi troubleshooting
If you encounter an issue using Personal Hotspot with other Wi-Fi devices, try these steps:
Turn Personal Hotspot off.

For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. "Sounds like you guys are using the same apple id for imessage. You will need to create a separate id for you wife. OR go to settings - message - receive&send and make sure your phone number is the default for both you and yoru wife.

I found that clearing the "Up Next" list fixes the problem. But I have to clear that list everytime I just want to hear just that one album. Each time I select on song on the album, the "Up Next" list builds it's own list rather than just play through the album. I think this has something to do with the issue. How can I fix this?!?!

To burn a DVD with iDVD from the latest version of iMovie, you have to export the movie using the Export button and select 480p as the size. Open iDVD and start a new project, then drag that exported movie file into the iDVD menu window, avoiding any drop zones you see.

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to. For PSE 10 the only sign in was to photoshop.com, which has been dead and gone for a year and half. Just skip the sign in. Reinstalling will not change this.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair".
Does iTunes launch properly now?

If I understand your question, you are trying to update your iPhone, but you are seeing an error message that iTunes for Windows is not installed, is that right? The first step is to get iTunes successfully installed on your computer. Then backup the iPhone before updating the iOS software.

I have found another solution. I upgraded to Yosemite and found the the App Store version of PSE 10 (which didn't change) was suddenly in German. Close PSE if it is open. Use the Finder and go to the PSE 10 application in the Applications folder. Right click (or ctl-click) on it and select "Show Package Contents". Then go to Contents>Locales and delete the de_DE folder. (I imagine you could also rename it to something starting with a letter after "e". I think PSE is probably using the first language it comes to in this Locale folder.) Start PSE. It worked for me. Hope this helped.
