Game deducted more money from my account, what should I do?

I paid to ipad game App purchases-''Deluxe Package" of Theme Park,but the last three time are paid out of the wrong,and no payment success,success for the fourth to pay. But I recently received the E-mail Bill and found I have been successfully paid four times the fee about purchases"Deluxe package".I just need one "Deluxe package",then,I just got one "Deluxe package".
I wanted reply e-mail to itunes,but this is a can't reply E-mail address. I checked my account about phrchase history in my itunes and click on "report a problem",but go to thehttp://www.apple.com/au/support/itunes/.
What can I do now?

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ?  If not and you haven't added or changed your credit card details (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Appstore purchase took more money from my account and twice

    Hello
    I have just bought my first game ever on iPad - Reckless Racing 2 from the appstore (on sale €0,79) and I have used my credit card information for the first time.
    Until then i had non credit card information populated.
    I clicked buy for the reckless racing and was presented with option to provide the credit card information which I did.
    After sucssesfully doing so I received a message from my bank informing of withdrawal of €1,98 and later €0,79.
    Does anyone please know why I paid these amounts for a game that costs €0,79?
    This is a very bad experience for a first time purchase :(

  • Paypal deducted money from my account?

    I sold a guy 4 records on EBay, he paid me July 3rd.  He received the records and that's the last I'd heard from him.  Yesterday Aug 8th I get an email from him saying I billed him twice and that he paid twice, I verified that he did not.  He then starts a return (I don't even accept returns) through EBay, PayPal then deducts the money from my account!!!  Like I did something wrong!   The guy won't respond to me and I feel like he is trying to pull a scam but no one at EBay or PayPal seems to want to help.  Frustrating!!!!

    Not being able to see your order after it is placed is definitely a cause for concern! I apologize that it is not showing up for you, but that you can still see the payment authorization through PayPal. This at least shows us the order went through. I’d be more than happy to take a look for you.
    Using the information that was entered when you registered for the forums, I was able to locate an order placed yesterday for two preorders. I am hoping this is the order you are referring to. Seeing that I am able to pull up and view the order, I would like to think that you may be able to as well. Have you received an email confirmation from Best Buy? Please let me know if you are still not seeing the order on your end and I can investigate as to why that would be happening.
    At times, due to maintenance on BestBuy.com, order confirmations can be delayed temporarily after being placed. Was there something specific that you were looking for about the order or a modification that you were hoping to make? I’d be happy to assist. I would just need you to verify what was ordered and the authorization amount to ensure I am viewing the correct order.
    I will wait for your reply and then continue to look into what could be causing this to happen.

    Does itunes deduct money from your account when you redeem a voucher, because it seems to hve done exactly that to mine. I had £3 credit but when i added £15 i ws left with less than £18.

    First, make sure you're logged into the iTunes Store using the account ID and password you set up, or used, when you redeemed your card/gift.  If you are, try signing out of the account and back in.
    If you're sure you are using the correct account and that you're signing in to the iTunes Store, and signing out and back in doesn't help, go to the Purchase History:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
    and review your purchases to make sure that you should indeed have the balance left that you think. iTunes doesn't always refresh the balance it shows, so it's possible you spent the money and it just wasn't being reflected in the display. This display error again can usually be corrected by logging out of the iTunes Store and then back in.
    If you confirm that you should have a higher balance left but the iTunes Store isn't showing it correctly, go here:
    iTunes Support
    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

    You can't, an account's balance cannot be transferred to another account, nor can it be used to gift content to another account - it can only be used to buy content for the account that it's on.
    For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then you can use that to reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

    I have the same question. My credit card is charged every few days for varying amounts and I did not purchase anything from iTunes. My credit card bill says Apple ITunes but no other detail is provided to inform me what the charge is for.

    Do you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well as a bank account? Only whilst they may let you do so a few times, mostly you can't use funds in your balance OR bank account unless you have a back up card linked as well.      *****************************************  I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

    What happens when you try to buy things, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?
