I got a game from the App Store. It is "loading" on the Ipad. I tried to sink Ipad and desktop, but game is still loading. How do I get this to stop loading. I actually don't want it to continue loading on the Ipad. How do I stop/delete the download?
If it has a cloud icon it means its no longer on your device. Tapping on the cloud will effectively reinstall the App from scratch to your device.
There is no way to remove it from the cloud because its not yours to remove from there. Its the general App repository, you are just given access to it to download content you've already purchased.

imatch has not completed loading step 1. Error (0x800B0109) There was an error in itunes store.
I had this error with iTunes on Windows XP. I solved it by going to Microsoft Update, selecting "Custom" to do a custom scan (not Express), then installed "Update for Root Certificates for Windows XP [April 2012] (KB931125)".

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

I recently rented a movie in itunes (John Carter) and tried to move it to ipod but got message that it's not compatible. Why did this happen as I haven't had problem before and can I get my money back?
Are you sure you don't have a 5G iPod video? If so, rented movies are not compatible with that particular generation/model of iPod.
Otherwise, it sounds like the rental is in HD. It should have came with a Standard Definition version instead.

That's because apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another iTunes account. You can contact iTunes support, explain the situation, and request they add these apps to the download queue of your new account:

Hoping someone can help. SD has not been touched or damaged but still get messages that it is damaged or temporarily removed. Then 4G disconnects and I have to power the phone off and then on to reconnect. But still get same messages. Anyone else having this problem?

I have had a problem since 5th March with Time Machine on my iMac. I have had no problem since I got the computer in October backing up to an iomega HD but now I keep getting a message that "Time Machine could not complete the backup. An error occurred while creating the backup folder". Anyone know how to correct this?
I had the same "Error creating the backup folder" error - many times over.
I went into the Disk Utility, selected the Backup Disk and ran Verify. It checked out OK. But if not, could have run Repair.
Then did a complete shutdown and restart of the iMac and then tried "Backup Now" from the Time Machine icon's menu - it worked fine. -

HT1848 computer authorized but getting message that is not
If I purchase anything through my iphone, it will transfer ok to my computer but if it's the other way around I cannot transfer it to my iphone, ipod or anything it says that my computer is not authorized. I deauthorized it reauthorized it and nothing. I checked the accounts are the same in the iphone and ipod and compuer and still nothing. I enabled home sharing all with the same account as well and nothing..... I have the latest iTunes 10.6.1 and ltest iOS 5.1.1
Am I missing anything???Oh by the way I am able to sync Apps, just not video or music! This is soooo frustrating!

Computer is a desktop running Windows Vista. IE will not open either saying "there is a problem and shutting down". My laptop with Firefox 3.6 works fine.
