Can I output any Game app from my iPad 2 to my HDTV or just specially designed games?

If you have the adapter then yes, but non-iPad games don't tend to look good on an iPad let alone an HDTV

Is it possible to have simultaneous audio output from IPAD and a bluetooth speaker? At present I can only get audio from the Bluetooth Speaker and nothing from the IPAD's audio out! My purpose is that my Mom will hold the IPAD to listen to her Audiobooks but my Dad who sits across the room and is hard of hearing needs a speaker close to him, so I need simultaneous audio from both devices.

The speaker output on the iPad is pretty limited and your mother will probably have a hard time hearing it. Get a BT speaker for both and the above device and they both can listen from whatever location they want (within 40 feet) and get better sound.

How can I disable Game Center from iPad

2 problems: I can't log into Game Center. It doesn't recognize my Apple ID or password (after resetting the password) .

I never use iPod, and now I have Game Center, which I don't use. After you posted your suggestion, I pressed 'Game Center', waited until all the applications wiggled, and then I dragged 'Game Center' to 'iPod'. No folder was created. What happened was that the iPod application decided to avoid the Game Center application and no matter how insistent I was, they did not merge or create a folder.
I guess I just have to live with those applications -if they are called applications as I'm not sure of this since they don't behave as the majority of applications- Apple insists I exhibit in the iPad. I hope we will not gather one of the unwanted ones in every software update.

Output from iPad to Samsung TV is magenta

After upgrading my iPad to IOS7 the output through hdmi to my Samsung Tv is Magenta. If I display a picture it has a magenta border where it previously was black and has a magenta hue over the entire screen. This is consistent with all apps. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

If your going to play real time games your best bet is to use the HDMI adaptor. Due to the lag or rather delay with the response time of Apple TV or any other wireless method. Other then that you should be able to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to pull up your settings. Tap on Apple TV then chose mirroring. The icon only appears if the Apple TV box is ready and able to connect.

ive heard some streaming apps such as 4OD block this feature for copyright reasons.

How do I remove an application from my iPad? Let me explain. I know you hold your finger (or stylus) on the application and after a while all applications wiggle and if you push a circle that appears with an X on the top left of the application, and the application vanishes. My problem is that this does not always happen. Sometimes the circle with the X does not appear.
Let me explain further. I did the software upgrade today to version 4.2.1 and an icon appeared with all my other applications called "Game Center". I have explored the contents of that icon and I am not interested in it at all. I hate to have an icon cluttering my iPad, particularly if it is one I did not create by making a mistake. When I hold my finger to "Game Center", eventually applications wiggle and the circle with the X appears in all of them except in the one I want to remove, "Game Center".

I have been playing Jetpack Joyride for nearly a year on my father's IPad 2 with his Apple ID. Now I have an IPhone 5, which is working under my Apple ID, and I don't want to start all over again. Is there any way to transfer my progress?
P.S. I tried using Game Center, and it oly syncs highscores and achievements, not my in-game money and completed missions.

Unfortunately there's no way to do this unless the game has a username and password that you sign in within the game format. If Apple allowed users to use different apple IDs and get the same purchase how would they ever make money?
Each purchase made on apps is associated with the Apple ID it was purchased under... they cant' be transferred or used by another Apple ID.

16:9 from iPad to HDTV

I often use DPS for presentations - particularly when I need to use video. iPad delivery is perfect of course, but I'd like to be able to present on HD TVs and use a native 16:9 aspect ratio.
With HDMI, the iPad 3 (with the new HDMI adapter) automatically recognises video at native resolution, but I can only seem to output 'text slides' at 4:3. When I create a document at a custom size (say 1920 x 1080) DPS doesn't letterbox on the iPad and more importantly, the output is still 4:3. It puts a grey rectangle at the bottom of the screen.
So what I am hoping to do is create an InDesign document at 1920 x 1080 and create an 'app' that letterboxes on the iPad but outputs full res to a TV. Is this possible?

Thanks Alec. I must say I am still suprised by the lack of flexibility in presentation output on the iPad. Nothing to do with Adobe of course but you can't use video in PDF... and I can't output custom sizes in DPS. Are we really stuck in 4:3 forever? I mean it's 2012! ;-) Geez.

Video help from ipad

I have been trying to play video from ipad to HDTV. The sound comes through great, i have used HDMI cable and component connections and niether has worked. Has anyone had any success in getting it to work. The video streaming comes from xfinity online.

Backup your old iPad, then when you set up the new one, restore it from the backup of your old one. THat should make your new one a near clone of the old one. When I set up my new iPod I restored it from the backup of my old one and kept my Angry Birds progress.
