Gamer Unlocked not showing in MyBB account

I don't know who to talk to about this problem, but I am hoping someone can help me out. I purchase a PS4 last month during the promotion where if you buy a next gen console you get 2 free years of Gamer Unlocked. At the time of my purchase, I wasn't aware that I was getting a free Gamer Unlocked membership until last week when I received a email telling me to go redeem my membership. I went to my local Best Buy to upgrade to the Unlocked membership. I was told that it will take 24 hours before the Unlocked membership goes in my account. That didn't sound right to me because I used to have the @gamer Unlocked and when I paid for that membership it showed up on my account the very next day that I am a gamer unlocked member.
The next day I went back to Best Buy to trade in some games. I was told that I didn't have the Unlocked membership and only have the free membership. The customer service rep at the front desk told me to call the 1-800 number. I called them and they told me that the person who rung up my transaction scanned the membership wrong and my transaction doesn't show the gamer unlocked but only my rewards account. I was told to go back to Best Buy to tell them that they scanned it wrong. When I went back, the customer service rep tried scanning the barcode from my email but she told me that the system won't let her process it because the barcode has been used. She called the 1-800 number her and they took note of it. She told me that she'll call me within 3 business days if she hears anything back. It's been a week already and I haven't heard any back. So my question is what happens now? Who am I suppose to talk to now to get re-issue another free membership?

While a free Gamers Club Unlocked membership is a great offer, it should not be that difficult to actually obtain the membership.  There is a specific way the coupon needs to be processed through the register for the membership to be attached to your My Best Buy™ account.  If the store scanned your coupon and it is still not appearing in your account after a week, then the coupon was not processed correctly.  
What happens now?  Well...I see what I can do to get you the free Unlocked membership that you definitely qualified for when you purchased your new PS4.  To go over your My Best Buy™ account with you in greater detail, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.
