  • Haven't recieved Gamers club unlocked Welcome Packet

    Hello, I joined gamers club unlocked a week ago on May 31 and have not received the welcome coupons. I have been checking my spam/junk mail and inbox every day but have received nothing . Hope that someone can help, seeing that I am not the only one with this problem.

  • Havent Received Gamers Club Unlocked Welcome Packet/ Coupons

    I signed up (and paid) for it in late may and have been waiting for a while, overall I am very pleased with it so far, except for not recieving my packet.

I’m very happy to hear that you’ve been pleased with the benefits of GCU thus far. However, I apologize as it sounds like you may have yet to receive the welcome packet since joining.
    Generally, you should receive the welcome packet within 2-3 days of signing up for GCU. Considering you signed up in May, you definitely should have received yours by now!     How quick are we supposed to be seeing our welcome coupons from Joining the GCU?

    Good question! It typically takes 2-3 business days from the time of enrollment for Gamers' Club Unlocked welcome packets to arrive by e-mail. If you still haven't seen record of yours within that timeframe, then make sure to double-check your junk mail folders. Gmail users should also check their "Promotions" folder as these types of messages may sometimes not be directed to the primary inbox.

    You should have received a Welcome Packet via email within 1 to 2 business days of becoming an Unlocked member.  I would strongly encourage you to check your email accounts spam or junk folder because the Welcome Packet has been known to get sorted into those folders from time-to-time.  If after checking those folders you still do not have a Welcome Packet, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do t help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button within my signature.

  • Did not receive gamers club unlocked welcome email and not appearing in account

    I just signed up for gamers club unlocked today but didnt receive a welcome email andit doesnt appear to be listed in my account. Could someone confirm if I have it?

    I wouldn't worry just yet! It typically takes 2-3 business days for welcome packets to arrive after enrollment, so you may still see yours within the week. Make sure to keep an eye on both your inbox and junk mail folders over the next few days for that communication. Gmail users should also monitor their Promotions folder if they have this option enabled as messages from retailers (including Best Buy) may wind up in this folder, effectively bypassing the primary inbox.
    As far as your Gamers' Club Unlocked status is concerned, it looks like you simply need to complete the enrollment process on BestBuy.com to address this issue. Instructions how to do so can be found in the article I've linked below, so I'd encourage you to try them out when you can.

    Then when I sent an email to BB support, the response had nothing to do with Gamers Club Unlocked.  They ask me the number of my pre-order and to call the digital download department.  Huh?
    Never got the welcome email and its been over a month!

  • My Gamers Club Unlocked membership expiration is still wrong.

    I have mentioned this several times and seems nothing has been resolved.
    I renewed GCU back in September 2013, about a week after it expired.  I then renew once again sometime in November I think.  That time the GCU was for 2 years as the program had been overhauled.  Therefore my GCU should be until September 2016 yet it still shows 2015 on the MYBB page.
    Additionally, I only receive one welcome pack of coupons despite two separate renewals (a 1 year and then 2 year).
