Games I bought years ago, Texas Holdem and iQuiz will no longer transfer to my iPod Classic. They show in my computer "Apps" but they won't transfer. They no longer show that they can be "Re-Downloaded" from "Previously Purchased" they don't exist there.

How are you trying to redownload them e.g. you are using the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes :
If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then that should let you redownload them from the store.

Have you tried:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

HT201272 I can't re-download a previous purchase that I deleted from my library.

Several songs I bought did not fully download. I deleted them from my itunes library. When I go to purchases to try and re-download them I can not. I can only play them. And they play for the same, shortened, incomplete download duration that I originally got them at. When I go to the itunes store and play the preview on these "Songs" they only play for the shortened, incomplete download duration of a few seconds also. They are Lewis Black, bits 6 and 7 from his "Rules of Engagement" album. When I try to "report a problem" with these songs, the itunes system tells me to go to "recent purchases" and re-download them. But I can not, when I go to recent purchases I can not re-download them, I can only play them. And they play for the shortened, partial download duration... itunes support on the phone is off, it is after hours. So I keep trying to figure out how to re-download them.

I have a secondhand laptop. When I try to access my itunes account none of my downloads from previous purchases are available.

Go to settings on the ATV and sign out the Apple ID.
After you have done this then you will be able to input your information.

I recently used a free code YLHKTEW39RPY to get a Warped Tour Sampler. The order number was MGJG03FQLJ and it was on 6/27/09. The Invoice number was 212002416301. It came with 10 songs, but only 2 of them even downloaded. I tried "checking for purchases" to see if they would re-download but iTunes tells me that all avaiable purchases are downloaded, yet 8 of the songs don't show up in my library. I went into my purchase history and reported a problem but that didn't seem to do anything. How do I get the other 8 songs to download?

Reporting via Purchase Histroy doesn't always work. Also, if you've reported a porblem once, you can't do it again on the same item if you get no reply.

Make sure any reply isn't going to a spam/junk folder, and give them 48 hours.

All my videos downloaded from Itunes will no longer play. I can hear the sound from them however, the screen goes bright green and begins to flash. Can anyone help with this problem.

Reset the system
You can reset the Mac's parameter RAM and SMC.
Reset the resolution
Start by resetting the Mac's parameter RAM. If the display does not come up, was previously set to an unsupported resolution, and still results in no video:
          1.          Start up in Safe Mode.
          2.          From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences.
          3.          Choose Displays from the View menu to open the preferences pane.
          4.          Select any resolution and refresh rate that your display supports.
          5.          Restart your computer.

Not true at all. Your purchases ( all that are available) are in icloud, You can get them as often as you like.

Actually the iTunes app on a Mac is divided up into a number of separate apps on an iOS device. Music and videos are from the iTunes app. Apps and games are from the App Store app. Books are from the iBooks app. Magazines are from the Newsstand app. Podcasts are from the Podcast app. Etc.

- Are you saying that they are not listed in your Purchased section?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck
If they are still available and listed in your Puchase History then contact iTunes
