Gaming X20 mouse - Right button issue

Hello, i'm having a problem with a Gaming X20 mouse and I can't find it anywhere on the web, as well as new drivers for the mouse.
The problem is when, in some games, i press the right mouse button, the view goes crazy, in some games it's subtle, but in others like bioshock 2 or borderlands the view goes nuts and i end up looking at the sky or the ground just by pressing the right mouse button...I hope someone can help me because I don't know what else to do.
Thanks

Hi
You mean this mouse?
http://laptops.toshiba.com/accessory/PA3651U-1ETC
It seems you can switch between the 800, 1600 and 2400 DPI during game play and In addition, three programmable buttons can be customized to maximize your skills.
Usually if such mouse needs an additional driver or software then such software should be included in the package.
I recommend checking this!

  • Wireless Mighty Mouse Right Button does not work well

    Recently I bought in Online Apple Store a Wireless Mighty Mouse.
    I installed the drivers that came in the CD, and, I defined in the System Preferences the second button of the mouse (the Right Button) to function as the Secondary Button.
    But after the computer going to sleep and I wakes it up, or I stop a little to work with the Mouse, or then without none apparent reason, the Right Button behaves as the Left Button, like if it had one and only button in the Mouse.
    To solve the problem I have to disconnect the mouse and/or the bluetooth connection, so that the Right Button functions again as I defined it in the System Preferences like a Secondary Button. But I think that is not the solution for who needs a mouse to work.
    Therefore, I thank you a solution to solve this problem.
    Sincerely,
    Paulo
    The computers where I worked with this Wireless Mighty Mouse and where I had this problem was:
    - a PowerBook 12", 1.5GHz
    - and a MacBook Pro 15", 1.83GHz
    - both with MacOS 10.4.8
    (Sorry for my bad english)

    There are a few threads going describing this problem Discussions. (E.g., check out this one.)
    It appears that there's probably a hardware QC issue with some fraction of the wireless Mighty Mice. Replacing the bad mouse -- either at a local Apple Store or via AppleCare online -- is what I'd suggest. (That's what I ended up doing and the replacement mouse has been fine.)

  • Mouse right button not working

    Hai i am shebeer.. i updated my mac os x 10.4.7 to 10.4.11 after updation my right button not working . please help me to solve this problem...

    So far we're just trying to narrow the problem down, so it looks like it's not likely an OS problem, not impossible but not too awful likely.
    Do you have another Mouse to try?
    Can you try this Mouse on another Computer?
    In System Preferences>Mouse & Keyboard, you might try changing the Primary Button to the Right one to see if the Right Button works as a
    Left button, +but the problem+ with that is that I really don't know what you'd do *if you have no Button at all* then!

  • Minimize button doesnt work with mouse right button after openning a new tab in windows 8.1 with firefox nightly

    I'am using Mozilla firefox nightly version in Windows 8.1 .... after starting the Mozilla all toolbar options, minimize, maximum buttons works fine. but as soon as i open a new tabe the (minimize, maximize, close) options do not work with mouse left button clicking. I have to click taskbar "nightly icon" to minimize or close the browser.

    HI Ashraful_007,
    Currently Nightly is not a supported version and is changing each day, however please also to not be discouraged to try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to make sure it is not an add on as well as file a bug in bugzilla.mozilla.org.

  • VMWare mouse right click issue

    Hey all,
    I am having an issue with right click in vmware using XFCE for arch. when i right click the menu gets brought up fine but it almost instantly selects the first option in the menu. if i move the mouse in the opposite direction of the menu really fast while right clicking or if i hold down the right mouse button it does not select the first option. to me it seems like the timer for function that selects the option under the pointer when you release the mouse button is called too fast. Any ideas how to fix this?
    Thanks,
    Hemmar

    For VMware related posts, maybe it's a good idea to include the following information
    - Which VMware product: player, workstation, esxi and which version
    - Using open-vm-tools or vmware tools
    - Using vmwgfx ?
    Important in your case:
    edit or create /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-gpudriver.conf
    Section "Device"
           Identifier "Card0"
           Driver     "vmware"

  • Magic mouse right click issue

    I just bought the new iMac 3 weeks ago with the magic mouse which I LOVE. But in the past week I have lost the right click function 3 times now. It acts like the right click option is turned off, which I verified and tried to reset and set back which didn't work.
    The only way to reactivate the right click function is to reboot the machine entirely. I also tried to turn off and back on the mouse which didn't work and I had to get another mouse to even reboot after that!
    The only thing that has changed is that I installed VMWARE fusion (which is hella cool!) and transferred my old XP image to. It seems to stop working after i have been using my XP or Win7 virtual machine after a while. Not always the case but the only thing I can think of that has changed or I am doing differently.
    Any help on the subject would be great! Even a work around to get it working again without rebooting the machine would help.
    Thanks in advance for you help!
    Jay

    I'm not sure what all of those startup items do, but since none are obvious suspects, what you may want to do is remove them all (except iTunes Helper). In order to add them back later, you can right-click on each item and select +Reveal in Finder+, to see where the item is located. Note down the locations.
    After you remove them from the +Login Items+ list, restart (or log out and log back in). Those login items should not be running anymore. See if that resolves the Magic Mouse issue. If it did not, you can add the items back. If it did resolve the problem, I guess you'll have to find the culprit by going to the locations noted earlier and starting one item up at a time, until the Magic Mouse problem returns.
    Separately (you can try this first), when I make a change to my mouse settings (although I don't have a Magic Mouse), this is the preference file that changes
    <user home folder>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.driver.AppleHIDMouse.plist
    In case that file is corrupted in some way that prevents the right click from being set, move it to the Desktop. Then go to System Preferences Mouse pane and set it up as desired, including the right click. A new preference files should be created. See if the mouse now works properly.
    Those are the two approaches I would take initially, checking the login items and the most obvious user preference file.

  • Mouse : right button... ???

    Hi,
    I am new to Mac, got this G3 just for *getting the Mac feel*, plan to install OX X on it, but in the meanwhile, I was wondering (and surprised...) : the mouse that came with it has only one button. I replaced with a Logitech (USB): it work
    However, isn't there the right-click concept in Mac ? Or is it on later OSs ? Can I use it under 9.2.2 ? Or will I be able to use it with OS X ?
    Just surprised that the right-click has been there since Windows 95 on PC, and was not on 1999 Macs ?
    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hi, lanstrad -
    All Mac OS's have been written with a one-button mouse in mind - historically, that's the only kind of mouse provided by Apple.
    Multi-button mouses can be used, but they need additional software inorder to use additional buttons, even one extra button - at least in OS 9 and earlier; I'm not familiar with current OSX capabilities. Without that software most will default to being a one-button mouse.
    Most multi-button mouses intended for use with a Mac come with software; with that software you can program the button actions on the mouse, set its tracking speed, set the behavior of its scroll wheel (if any), etc.
    Some of that software is better than others. I use MS Intellimouse Explorer models with my G4s, but the MS Intellipoint software that comes with them is not very good. Instead, I use USB Overdrive, which works with most any input device (mouse, trackball, etc.) - it works well, is easy to use and change, and is very stable.

    Hi, my x120e's right TrackPoint button seems to be not working right, as I have to depress very hard in a certain way in order to do any right-clicking. I'm wondering if this is a hardware problem or maybe the little rubbery nib underneath the button itself?

  • How to show tooltip on mouse right click...

    Hi everyone!
    I'm trying to show a tooltip when the user clicks on a button with the mouse right button but I'm having some problems starting, for example, with the tooltip position. For example, look at the the following example(without mouse listener yet):
    public class test extends JFrame{
         private JToolTip      jtp      = new JToolTip();
         private JButton      button      = new JButton("a button");
         private JPanel           panel      = new JPanel();
         public test(){
              add(panel);
              panel.add(button);
              jtp.setTipText("a tooltip");
              jtp.setBounds(10,10,10,10);
              jtp.setVisible(true);
              panel.add(jtp);
         public static void main(String[] args) {
              test x = new test();
            x.setVisible(true);
    }Why the setBounds doesn't set the position? In fact it doesn't do anything.
    Is it possible to the tooltip to partially overlap the button. As far I checked they only stay side by side.
    I hope you understand my english...
    Filipe

    Use this code to show custom tool tip.
    You should also handle the hiding of the tool tip.
    JButton button = new JButton("test");
    button.addMouseListener(new MouseAdapter() {
        public void mouseClicked(MouseEvent e) {
            if (e.getButton() == MouseEvent.BUTTON3) {
                JButton button = (JButton) e.getSource();
                JToolTip tooltip = button.createToolTip();
                PopupFactory popupFactory = PopupFactory.getSharedInstance();
                tooltip.setTipText("a tooltip");
                final Popup tooltip1 = popupFactory.getPopup(button, tooltip,
                        button.getLocationOnScreen().x + e.getX(),
                        button.getLocationOnScreen().y + e.getY() + 20);
                tooltip1.show();
    });

  • Right button woes with mighty mouse

    I have found that the right button on my mighty mouse quite frankly isnt very good. The mouse only detects i have clicked the right button when my left finger is completely lifted off the left mouse button, if it is merely resting on the left hand button, then the mouse detects a left mouse click when in fact it is my right (or middle) finger doing the pressing.!!
    Most annoying...it may sound minor, but retraining my left finger to lift up whilst my right is pushing down is proving very tricky indeed!!!
    Any ideas??? Any kind of firmware update or anything??
    Anyone??

    Hello, Ben,
    This forum is for older, pre-PowerMac G3 Apple hardware, and so probably not the best place for you to get help with your issue. I'd suggest you ask in the MacBook Pro forum and see if someone can offer a suggestion there. It's possible that you just have a defective mouse.
    Good luck.

  • Middle Mouse Button Issue

    I have an Intellimouse Optical 5 button mouse and I've installed the Microsoft Driver to control the side buttons and the side left right buttons. The issue I am having is with the middle mouse button. I've set it to "Scroll" in the software and when I click it, nothing happens. I like the setting where if I use the middle mouse button on a link, it opens a new tab and when on a blank space in Safari, I can scroll up and down quickly. I've looked at all of the options. Any suggestions?

    No answers. I just use it to open new tabs, but still have not found a way to fast scroll.

    Can you identify any corrupted or incompatible third party files in the following folders:
    Macintosh HD/System/Library/Contextual Menu Items
    Macintosh HD/Library/Contextual Menu Items
    Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Contextual Menu Items
    If so, you may be able to uninstall/reinstall the associated application.
    You may also consider temporary sequential manual removal and isolation of the suspect file to verify CM functionality.
    StuffitCM.plugin seems to have a reputation for crashing Finder.
    SmithMicro Support says: There appears to be a bug in the version of the contextual menu plug-in that was installed with Stuffit Deluxe 11.0.2. Luckily, our development team was able to devise a patch quickly, and it is available here...

  • Left and right button of mouse doesn't work?Please help

    Seems like I use the keyboard in place of the mouse. The pointer of the mouse is working but the left and right button.

  • Wireless Mighty Mouse right click not responding

    I was happily using Final cut Pro but noticed that the right click on the mighty mouse wasn't working. I checked my settings of the mouse and confirmed that 'secondary button' was selected, but no right click was picked up in any application.
    Rebooted Mac with no effect. Switched right button to 'Expose' but that wouldn't work either.
    Solution: Took batteries out of mouse and reinserted. All now resolved.

    Have you shut down (powered off) the Mac and restarted since this problem occurred? Have you turned OFF Bluetooth and turned it back ON? Have you checked the strength of the two batteries in the mouse?
    The buttons not working does not sound like a typical cleaning or hardware issue (although the scroll ball not scrolling is probably a cleaning issue). It may be a software problem.
    First, go to System Preferences +Keyboard & Mouse+ pane Mouse tab, and make some changes to the settings of the buttons that do not work. Change them any to a different setting. See if each change takes effect. If it does, change it back to the way it was before. This will rewrite the preference settings, and hopefully get those buttons working again.
    I would also do the usual general trouble-shooting actions. Run Disk Utility and use the +Repair Disk Permissions+ routine. Then restart using the reset PRAM command.
