Gap in preview between active fill and footer

I have set my master page active fill to solid / color set to same RGB / image file for color set to tile / pinned to upper left corner / set to scroll / vertical motion set to1, horizontal motion set to 0.
Browser fill is an image file (original size) / color is solid black / pinned to center / no scrolling.
The footer is an image file / footer item checked / fitting: scale to fill / set to solid / color set to active fill RGB / pinned to center bottom. Everything looks great on the master, all guides in the correct location.
On the Preview I see a gap between the active fill rectangle and the footer, and the browser fill shows through.  Browser fill is OK horizontally, but vertically it is shorter than fill + footer.  I have closed Muse and restarted, I have rebooted, and opened Muse with nothing else open.  No luck.  I would love some help!!  Many thanks!
Edit:  Ta da!  I changed the browser fill to Scale to fit, and the browser fill adjusted to fill the screen in the Preview.  The gap disappeared in the Preview.
About an hour and a half later: after closing down ~ an hour ago, and rebooting now, the gap is back.  Help!

Jan again, hoping for some feedback.  This is my master page in Preview mode with the gap:
This is an image on one of the pages (not complete) in the design mode with the default page length (going to change footer font):
And finally, here is a longer page, in which the active fill does not extend:

  • Relation between activity , opportunity and lead

    Hello
    Could you please tell me relationship between activity, opportunity and lead?
    How I can create opportunity based on activity? I didnt find where its possible
    Thanks

    Activities are different from opportunity & lead. Opportunity & lead are two different stages of sales cycle. While activity is the medium through which any kind of customer interaction happenes.
    Functionally, lead is start of prospecting. For example, a call center executive take a list of customers & call them up. She asks them if customer might be interested in the product. Out of 10 calls, 6 might say yes. So, these 6 leads are created in the system. Corresponding to these leads, call center executive can create 6 activities where she can assign 3 sales executives (2 leads each) these activities so that they can visit two customers each in a day.
    Now a sales exec goes to these 6 customers & finds that 2 will definitely not buy. But 4 might buy. So, 4 corresponding opportunities can be created in the system.
    Correspongind activities can be creatd where sales exec will again visit customer & try to initiate a sales cycle (quotation, negotiation, confirm order, deliver, billing).
    To create opportunity based on activity: Go to any activity. You should find a button to create "A followup transaction". Using this button you can create any type of sales document, including opportunity.
    Hope this helps.

  • Difference between activity calendar and appointment calendar

    Hello CRM experts,
    What is the difference between activity calendar(crmd_order) & appointment calendar(ssc1)? When exactly we use appointment  calendar, is it at activity level OR BP level?
    Please clarify,
    Thanks,
    Pandu

    Hello Pandu,
    We have Basis calendarusing  the transaction code
    SSC1 and we can maintain recurring appointments where we can specify
    the various recurring rules for the appointment like 1st week or on
    next working day after a calendar.
    We can also maintain mass appointment where in we can select multiple
    participants for the appointment.
    When we select the recurring or mass appointment, it does not create an
    activity for the appointment created in the calendar, where as on the
    contrary the CRM calendar (CRMD_BUS2000126_CAL) can create an activity
    for the appointment created.

  • Background displaying between main content and footer

    Hi guys, I have a bit of a strange one to ask, with a discrepancy between what I am seeing on my website (online), compared to viewing my pages in Dreamweaver.  OK, here goes.. online, the footer shows up fine, being directly underneath the main content (with nothing displaying between the footer and the main content) - however when I look at the same pages in Dreamweaver (CC), it shows a very large amount of the purplish background situated directly between the main content and the footer, and taking up an area around 4 times the height of the main content of the page (which basically makes the page 4 times bigger than it needs to be, in Dreamweaver).    I hope that description makes sense - so basically (as I scroll down the page in Dreamweaver), firstly I have the main content (taking up 20% of the total height of the page), then below that, the mystical blank area of background color (taking up  maybe around 79% of the total height), and then below that, right at the bottom, the footer (say, 1% of the total height).   Yet when I view the web pages online, the footer is sitting snugly below the main content, exactly where it is meant to be - which I guess is the important thing, but I am worried that Google will see the issue as some kind of page error, so I would prefer to fix it if I can.    Here is a typical page where the issue exists - http://www.mindtraining.net/dreamweaver/motivational-info/index.php  I have a feeling it might have something to do with the vertical blue strip I have on the right hand side of each page, as the only page where the issue doesn't exist is the homepage at http://www.mindtraining.net/dreamweaver - which doesn't have the blue strip.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks, Craig T

  • Difference between Activation Dev and Customer Requirement dev system

    Hi  All

    As per sap document its mention that we need four system landscape......
    i am have gone through this  note 1426866.
    so please help me.........
    Please someone help me it is critical issue .. i am waiting for your valueable reply.....
    Edited by: amkum82 on Oct 11, 2010 1:47 PM

    Hi
    Baseline package includes BC sets with preconfigured scenarios as you might know. While customers requirements may be require certain additional configuration,customizing or enhancments . So in implementation scenario to track and maintain Baseline configuration intact for reference and future use ,the Baseline activation system is used.
    While the client requirement system will be a development system  for config and testing of all requirements arising out of project.
    I hope this helps

  • Link Between Activity Document and Campaign

    Hi,
    We currently have configuration that generates activity documents from an e-mail campaign when the campaign is executed.
    however I can see not link to the Campaign i.e. the Campaign ID is not stored anywhere in the activity document.
    Can anyone tell me whether there is a way ofl inkin the activity document to the campaign via the camapaign ID?
    Many thanks
    David

    Hi David,
    By creating a project you have first of all to define a package and then you have to create a Workbench Order/Task (request) and a Customizing Order/Task (request). I think you have missed this step. Try to create again a new project.
    After that you can create your extension.

  • Difference between refresh of Report in Active Viewer and Active Studio BAM

    We use the Oracle SOA Suite with BAM (on Linux) 10.3.2.0.
    I have 2 questions:
    1. We have made a report with several items and in Active Studio --> Select Report --> Edit mode --> I see the correct values for my report. When I open my report in Active Viewer I see data from yesterday. The report is not being refreshed. How can I change this, what is causing this difference between Active Viewer and Active Studio in Edit mode??
    2. One of my items in my report always gives the message: opening (only in Active Viewer, in Active Studio/edit mode I can see the correct data).

    Is your popup blocker turned off? I can only imaging that the popup blocker may be keeping the Live Data window from appearing and updating the dashboard. Active Studio doesn't do a Live update, but an update on report load.

  • X200 The gap between the LCD and frame is unacceptable

    Hi, My roommate and I  received x200 last week and both of our x200 have the same problem. The gap(1 mm) between the LCD and frame is unacceptable (the left and right handside and especially the lower side of the frame) and when you touch it, it feels like a plastic toy.  I compare it with x61, x61s, T61 which belongs to my friends and they do not have that problem.
    I am not sure whether this is a serious problem or not and whether we can fix it by ourself.
    Thank you for reading and replying.

    I took some photos and I can not find how to attach them.
    Well, about this problem, Lenovo asked me to go to some business partner to look for technician and the technician said that is not a techincal problem and it is engineering problem... They can not fix it.
    And my friend told me that this is a normal problem maybe because lenovo change the material of the inside part of thinkpad.
    So, I decided to return it.

  • Header and Footer in eText outbount Template

    Output generated with etext template needs Header and Footer margins fixed in Oracle Payments of R12 which has multiple invoices with more than 1 page.
    The template was designed with 60 lines per page, when generating the output say for example 100 invoices payment, the header(7 lines) and

  • Keeping a Consitent Gap between Content and Footer.

    Hi !
    I spent a couple of days trying to solve how to regulate the space between body and footer on a MUSE-project. I think it‘s worth dropping a few line for humankind.
    We’re on a master-page. Let’s say our standard page has the following properties:
    The Footer-marker is set to y: 500 px
    The Bottom_of_Page-marker is set to y: 650 px
    The Bottom_of_Browser-marker is set to y: 680 px
    These settings mean, you have 150 px height-space for the Footer, starting from y: 500 px.
    If you require more space for the Footer, it’s the Bottom_of_Page-marker you’ll have to drag down ( not the Footer-marker ! ).
    If you’d like to add a gap, so your Footer is not directly sticking to the Content of the page anymore, but you’d rather like to preserve some space between both, you’ll have to drag down only your Footer-elements a little bit, e. g. down to y: 520 px. So, in a way, the 20 px gap created is part of the Footer. No changes must occur to the Footer-marker, at least for this reason. You’ll only eventually drag the Bottom_of_Page-marker down, in case Gap-height + Footer-height require more space than already available (depending on your figures).
    Cheers
    G

    Sanjit, I didn't make any changes to the master at all. It was fine online, then I opened it to make a small type change and it was like this, and I can't get it back to where it was.
    I tried adjusting the footer, but the slideshow is not on the home master page, just the bottom brown part and the type in it.
    I don't know what could have caused it to change from before to now? I haven't touched the file in months.

    /* Tips for this Hybrid layout
    1. Since the side columns em-based sizing is based on the user's default font size, you will want to be sure that background graphics in the columns take that into account. Built correctly, this is more accessible for those that need larger font sizes, since the width of the columns remains proportionate. If this is undesirable with your design, simply change the width to a pixel size and be sure to change the margins on the #mainContent div accordingly.
    2. Since the sizing of side columns in this layout are based on the 100% font size in the body element, if you decrease the text size overall by using a font-size: 80% on the body element or the #container, remember that the column widths will downsize proportionately. You may want to increase their widths, and the size of the #mainContent div's side margins, to compensate for this.
    3. If font sizing is changed in differing amounts on each div instead of on the overall design (ie: #sidebar1 is given a 70% font size and #mainContent is given an 85% font size), this will proportionately change each of the divs overall size. You may want to adjust based on your final font sizing.
    4. The #container div is not necessary for this layout at the 100% width. You may want to use it to create faux columns or limit the width of the layout.
    5. It is not neccessary to have the 100% width on the #container div since, by nature, a div takes up 100% of the available space. It is here so that if you want to decrease the size of the overall container - perhaps leaving a bit of margin on each side - this will already be available for adjustment.
    .thrColHybHdr #container {
    width: 780px;
    /*margin: 0 auto;  the auto margins (in conjunction with a width) center the page if needed */
    text-align: left;
    padding: 0px;
    margin-top: 0px;
    margin-right: auto;
    margin-bottom: 0px;
    margin-left: auto;
    .thrColHybHdr #header {
    background-color: #C9F76F;
    height: 100%;
    width: 780px;
    margin: 0px;
    padding: 0px;
    .thrColHybHdr #header h1 {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0px;
    /* Tips for sidebar1:
    1. Be aware that if you set a font-size value on this div, the overall width of the div will be adjusted accordingly.
    2. Since we are working in ems, it's best not to use padding on the sidebar itself. It will be added to the width for standards compliant browsers creating an unknown actual width.
    3. Space between the side of the div and the elements within it can be created by placing a left and right margin on those elements as seen in the ".thrColHybHdr #sidebar1 p" rule.
    .thrColHybHdr #sidebar1 {
    width: 13em;
    border-top-width: thick;
    border-top-style: solid;
    border-top-color: #C06;
    float: left;
    height: auto;
    .thrColHybHdr #sidebar2 {
    width: 200px;
    text-align: center;
    margin: 0px;
    padding: 0px;
    float: right;
    /*.thrColHybHdr #sidebar1 h3, .thrColHybHdr #sidebar1 p, .thrColHybHdr #sidebar2 p, .thrColHybHdr #sidebar2 h3 {
    margin-left: 0px;*/ /* the left and right margin should be given to every element that will be placed in the side columns */
    /* margin-right: 0px;
    /* Tips for mainContent:
    1. If you give this #mainContent div a font-size value different than the #sidebar1 div, the margins of the #mainContent div will be based on its font-size and the width of the #sidebar1 div will be based on its font-size. You may wish to adjust the values of these divs.
    2. The space between the mainContent and sidebar1 is created with the left margin on the mainContent div.  No matter how much content the sidebar1 div contains, the column space will remain. You can remove this left margin if you want the #mainContent div's text to fill the #sidebar1 space when the content in #sidebar1 ends.
    3. To avoid float drop, you may need to test to determine the approximate maximum image/element size since this layout is based on the user's font sizing combined with the values you set. However, if the user has their browser font size set lower than normal, less space will be available in the #mainContent div than you may see on testing.
    4. In the Internet Explorer Conditional Comment below, the zoom property is used to give the mainContent "hasLayout." This avoids several IE-specific bugs that may occur.

    Your HTML code contains conditional comments for IE.  Try reducing or removing the extra padding and see if that helps.
    /* place css fixes for all versions of IE in this conditional comment */
    .thrColHybHdr  #sidebar1, .thrColHybHdr #sidebar2 { padding-top: 30px; }
    .thrColHybHdr  #mainContent { zoom: 1; padding-top: 15px; }
    /* the above  proprietary zoom property gives IE the hasLayout it needs to avoid  several bugs */

  • Thin white line between line art and live paint fill?

    I am using live paint to paint cartoon character illustrations.  The artwork is brought into Illustrator CS3 and live traced.  Then I convert it to a live paint group and use the paint bucket to fill.  Everything looks fine no matter how much I zoom in.  If I bring the AI file into Photoshop CS6 I can see a thin white line between the black line art and the fill.  This is most noticeable where black meets black. I can also see this sometimes in file previews while browsing through files.  If the white line cannot be seen in Illustrator is the file ok?  I did just upgrade to CS6 if that would make a difference.
    Thank you for any help.

    If the white line cannot be seen in Illustrator is the file ok?
    Without knowing specifics,nobody knows.
    "Okay" for what?
    If it looks okay to you in Illustrator, then it's okay for viewing in Illustrator.
    If the export of it does not look okay in Photoshop at 1:1 or higher zoom, then it's probably not okay for whatever you're going to do with that raster image.
    If it's printed to a low-res composite printer, then it may be okay, because the printer may not be able to resolve the whitish pixels.
    If it's printed for commercial (color-separated) reproduction, it may not be okay, depending on the scale at which it will be printed, and on other considerations partially described below.
    The autotrace routine does not build traps. Typically, when you color-fill cartoon line art manually, you don't make the shapes that define the fills merely "kiss" the black line work, as would the default treatments of a stupid autotrace. The black line work typically overprints the fills, thereby creating printing traps.
    Suppose a portion of your cartoon is a hand-drawn closed circle. The black line work is irregular; it varies in width, having been drawn with a marker or a brush. The circle is colored in with a medium green. There are no sloppy gaps in the original between the green and the black.
    You scan it and autotrace it. Unless you apply some deliberate care to make it do otherwise, the autotrace is going to create a compound path, filled with black, and with no stroke; and a green simple path which (hopefully) exactly "kisses" (abuts) the black path. Adobe's on-screen antialiasing of the edge where the two colors abut may or may not cause your monitor to display a faint whitish or grayish sliver between the two colors.
    Similarly, Photoshop's rasterization of it, or the rasterization of a raster export filter may do the same, and may actually result in some off-color pixels along the edge. (Your description of the scenario kinda raises the question of why you are auto-tracing something that you're then just going to rasterize in Photoshop anyway. Why do that? Why not just work with the scan in Photoshop?.)
    So let's leave Photoshop out of the picture and assume you are autotracing it because you want vector artwork. You zoom way in to see if the whitish sliver enlarges. It doesn't, so you assume it's just an aberation of Illustrator's on-screen antialising. And then someone tells you you're in the clear. But are you? Not so fast.
    Let's assume the artwork is destined for commercial (color-separated) printing. Further assume the color of the autotraced black is 100% K, and the color of the autotraced green is 100Y 50C. Three inks involved. None of those three inks are shared between the two objects. So even if the paths do, in fact, perfectly abut, there is no "wiggle room" built in for the minor alignment shifts that almost aways do occur on press.
    Bottom line: Even if you do determine that the common antialiasing aberations that frequently occur on-screen in Adobe apps is just that—just an onscreen aberation, that does not necessarily mean your file is suitable for commercial color-separated reproduction.
    First, you need to understand that autotracing is not the one-click, instant "conversion" of a raster image to vector artwork that far too many think it to be. Just like everything else, you don't just launch a program like Illustrator, start autotracing things willy-nilly without understanding what's really going on. Just like anyting else, you can use an autotrace feature intelligently or...well...not.
    You have options. Illustrator provides an auto-trapping feature. Read up on it in the documentation so you understand what it's all about. Alternatively, you can expand the results of your autotrace, select all the black linework and apply a composite color that includes 100% K and reasonable percentages of C, M, and Y (a so-called "rich black"). Or,depending on the artwork and the desired results, you may consider doing the autotrace as centerlines so you have stroked paths, not just filled paths for the linework. That way, using the flood fill (so called LivePaint) will cause the auto-created fill objects to extend to the paths, not just to the edges of their strokes. Then set the linework to overprint.
    At any rate, if you are doing this professionally, you need to read up on the principles and practices of trapping and color separation.
