Garageband has access to the Multipressor?!?!?

Hi guys 'n' gal or two,
I just found an interesting piece of info.
As you may or may not know, I had my start in Garageband with DAWs. I imported one of my old GB song files into Logic Pro and lo and behold on the output track there was a pre-installed Multipressor. I did a little superficial digging into how the song file works and it turns out that GB seems to use a static version of Logic's routing capabilities and places the plug ins that you choose in GB in the appropriate place in the Logic version. I know that GB is based on Logic's code, but I was blown away to find the Multipressor (which I assume only uses presets in GB) on the output track when I've been under the impression that Logic Express has no access to it!!!!!!!!
In other words, Garageband has a Multipressor and Logic Express doesn't! LOL! Suckers!

Have you verified the Local-host output and check how many hosts appear there? If everything looks correct, you should try to update the code to 8.2.5, if the problem persist after checking the local-host and upgrading, contact Cisco TAC.

Users with same configurations - one has access not the other

Hi all,
I have a real mysterious problem.
On the same computer, installed with "Cisco VPN Client v5.0.07.0410", one user can connect to the VPN and not the other. Both users uses the same Dynamic Access Policies on our ASA firewall. We are certain that the users entered the correct name and password. But one can enter in our network and the other gets an "Authentication failed" message directly in the "User Authentication" window.
Has someone an idea to help us solve this problem ?
I provide you here a log file of the problem (IKE.log level 3), if you think you need an other, please ask.
In this log, I have the feeling that the cause (and maybe the solution) is around event 293, but......not sure.

Please send us the following outputs from the ASA. Run a conditional debug for the specific user who is facing the issue.

Trying to access SMB share, can read but not write, I use the domain account to autenticate and domain account has access to the share. its a samba domain and im a Windows Admin by trade.

I have two I Mac's Intel i7 models.
I have some problems getting them to write files to SMB shares.
The domain user account I use when requested to enter when i first try to connect to the share seems to go though without a problem and it presents me with a list of mounts (shares) I select one and the folder opens, I can read files and copy them but I cant write to any of the folders.
I have also mounted the network locatiosn to a folder from the terminal while also specifying a user name and password to use but this also doesnt allow the specified user account to write data to the share.
I have confirmed the user account can write to the share by having the user do so from a windows box.
any help from any of you mac guys would be great!!!!
Im a windows fan boy / Windows Server based Network Administrator and am slowly becomming a fan of your macs (mainly due to the Unix terminal access letting me realise there is more control to be had than most haters would lead you to believe).

I should add that I originally formatted the problematic drive for FAT32 from the Mac, but then the WinXP computer couldn't see the drive when I plugged it in directly via USB. That's why I went with Seagate's utility to format it.

My laptop has access to the internet...through my router. my i phone though it says it's connected to internet will not pick up internet. three people came over with apple prodcuts and they couldn't pickup internet in my house either.

Ok I don't know why in the world everyone else has access to the App Store and almost anything they want. Guess what I have access to? Yea that's right I have access to nothing that they have! I believe that their iPads are glitching and that might be how they got access to them! I hate how I don't have any access when I don't have access to anything that they have access to! They have almost no restrictions on their iPads and I have all the restrictions that the school sets!

Create Role using SPRO_ADMIN has access to more t-codes then what it shows.

In SPRO_ADMIN I created a Customizing Project and gave it a scope of:
- SAP NetWeaver
- Enterprise Structure
- Cross-Application Components
- SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM)
- Strategic Enterprise Management/Business Analytics
- Integration with Other mySAP.com Components
When I added the customizing authorizations from this project to the role it displayed that 3500 t-codes were added.
I checked SUIM under "Roles by Role name" and clicked on the Transaction assignment button and 3500 t-codes were displayed.
I then checked SUIM under "Transactions --> Executable for Roles" and it says there are 95,972!
How is this possible?
When I added the role to users they were able to get to t-codes that I couldn't find in the menu.
I have tried deleting the role and re-adding the customizing auth to a role with a different name. I have tried deleting the
customizing project in SPRO_ADMIN and re-creating that then adding it to a different role. I have tried taking a list of all
the t-codes that are in this role, creating a new role and adding them through the text file import. All of these examples have
the same result given above.
Any ideas on how to create this role so that it only has access to the 3500 t-codes it is supposed to have?

Then you are experiencing the same as PIQAGR_CUST, but with other consequences and a different source. An S_TCODE, S_RFC and S_SERVICE authorization which is display only is either in the menu or pulled in from SU24.
To find the offending transaction, go to table USOBT_C field HIGH and search for Z* to find it and remove it from SU24. Also check SU22 to see whether it was added there... There might be more than one and other roles will be impacted when they are opened in expert mode!
Then go to USOBT_CD and find the change document for that transaction code for field HIGH = ZZZZZZZZ... and the user name and date of the change.
Find that person, and show them this thread...
You might want to check all other roles which have this transaction in the menu... as that will probably be the origin of the problem and give you an insight into their frustration (and this "workaround" solution).
What you are doing is a hard day's work and for SPRO related roles this solution (or manual authorizations and profiles) is not uncommon to observe.
If the quality of the SU22 data were better then it would be less of a hassle and problem. In SU24 you can tune it and remove such things, but ideally the original system should do this. With each support package SAP improves this data, but there is still a lot of standard junk in there as well.
Retrofitting security is always the most expensive option....

the next apporover are poeple from the (AME)(not in the positsion hierarchy) , so when the approver want to opend and update this notification , the next message is appearing :
The changes were not applied because You do not have access to the selected person's record. Please contact your Human Resources Adminstrator.
Can some one help plz ?

You can approve notifications from any responsibility. So for those persons you can assign a responsibility which has access to the records and from there they can open the notification.
You can attach this function to the menu of your new responsibility.

If you want all the songs from an artist on your phone you can to to the artist view, tap on the artist, scroll to the bottom of the list and you will see a Download All button. This works for playlists and albums too (scroll to the bottom and tap the Download All button). I suppose if you wanted all your music on your phone you could create a smart playlist in iTunes on your computer that would contain all your music, upload it to iTunes match (Store>Update iTunes Match), and then you would get a Download All button at the bottom of this playlist on your phone to download all your songs.

I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account. You can't delete them.
If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck.

The iPhone is new, has never been used. When asked if I want to set it up as a new phone, restore from an iTunes backup, or my iCloud backup I selected iCloud. It then askes for me to sign in with my Apple ID, I then agree to the terms, then it asks for me to sign into my friends Apple ID. She and I have used each other's computers in the past so I assume this is where her information is coming from. Developers who want their content to display on all these devices will have to move away from the old Flash technology.
There were some version of Flash that ran on other brands of tablets. But Adobe has stopped all development of Flash for all mobile devices. As time goes on and mobile operating systems evolve the no Apple devices will lose their ability to run Flash too. Web developers need to move on to cleaner, more efficient types of programming.

Go to transaction SUIM, this has a number of reports for users/authorisations
open the Where used>Autorization Values>In Users
and double click to execute
in authorisation object, enter S_TCODE
then press the "Enter Values" button
It will offer entry boxes to put the transaction code you are interesed in.
Then execute and the list of users with access to this transaciton code will be returned.

Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Write down what it says about "version"and report that here. Now continue to "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).
If you have a PPC Mac you cannot sync your idevice without a newer computer. See the end of this post for options.

Options if you cannot upgrade: iTunes Store purchases can already be downloaded directly. Use iTunes Match to put non-Store music in iCloud, then download to your device from there. Backup your device directly to iCloud over a wireless connection. Photos can be downloaded from the Camera Roll using iPhoto or Image Capture.
