No es recomendado comprar un Ipod Touch porque por ser un producto portátil se encuentra sujeto a caídas simples; eso es motivo para que deje de funcionar el producto (pantalla blanca). Apple no otorga garantías, al menos en Argentina, sobre este tipo de problemas. Productos portátiles debieran estar "pensados" para este tipo de inconvenientes, más allá del diseño lindo final que puedan lograr. Si inviertes dinero en una tecnología portable es para que sea "util", no para que te sientas "estafado" luego de un accidente simple y cotidiano. He intentado la restauración con Itunes y la copia de seguridad previa, pero la pantalla sigue blanca. Lo que queda es el servicio técnico que los representantes que me lo vendieron no lo otorgan... Ahora tengo dos opciones, o pagar un servicio fuera de lo recomendado por la empresa o bien tendré que comprar otro producto que no sea específicamente un producto de Apple. Lo lamento mucho, porque me gustaba. Igual, verificaré la legistación vigente para ver si tengo respaldo legal sobre este tema. Espero no ser el único al que le sucedió esto. Saludos comunidad Apple.

Sobre alguns problemas que estou tendo com o mozila que não é somente no meu computador..

estou achando que isso pode ser caso de processo! no pesquisador do google, quando entra em uma pagina e volta, a tela esta ficando toda branca, estou percebendo que isso não é apenas comigo em outros computadores tmbém está assim, que pode ser algo do google atrapalhando o mozila por causa do navegador do google chrome. parece que o google está tornando o mozila pior para puxar mais as pessoas a usarem o chrome. eu sou usuário do mozila e não quero o google chrome. estou percebendo outros problemas também relacionados ao google pelo mozila. venho percebendo isso depois das ultimas atualizações que teve. mas o principal problema mesmo, é quando volta na seta para voltar uma pagina, a tela de pesquisa do google está ficando toda branca. tendo que atualizar a pagina para aparecer os sites da pesquisa. se o google tiver causando isso mesmo sobre o mozila, quero minha indenização pelo mensagem. me ajudem a levar essa mensagem ao mozila.

Este erro que você relatou provavelmente não é causado pela Google, mas talvez por causa do seu cache estar cheio ou o Firefox esta tentando usar uma versão da pagina que foi armazenada e aconteceu algum erro, por isso quando você atualiza ela aparece normalmente, tente limpar o seu histórico recente:

XML Data archiving service - XML DAS

does anybody know differences and dis/advantages between the archive solution in the ABAP stack and the simple archiving function in RWB for archive XI messages and the XML DAS (ABAP & JAVA)?
Is there something in XML_DAS which gives advantages in archiving belonging to XI?

Synchronous video capturing with a simple webcam with DIAdem-DAC/Visual

Hello,
because of DIAdem is not able to synchronise captured video files and MDF-data files measured with
Vector Canape with all the skills of and in DIAdem-VIEW,
how about even capturing a video additional to the other measured data with DIAdem-DAC ??
Vector Canape can this do with a simple webcam ( a better model from Logitech suffice ) and it really works fine,
but DIAdem is much better for the rest of all measuring tasks and so our favourite.
And yes : DIAdem can data acquisition and we like it !!!

Can't get simple Automator actions (services) to work

I've been trying to get very simple Automator services to work in 10.6.2 but I can't. Here's an example.
I launch Automator, and hit Services, then choose:
Service receives selected: audio files in: any application.
Then add an action: Set Info of iTunes Songs, and fill in some of the fields. Then I hit save and give it a filename "iTunes Assign Info."
When I go to the Finder and right-click on an MP3, I see an option there for "iTunes Assign Info" and I select it, but it doesn't work -- the file never gets those properties.
Same thing happens for a similar action for graphic files:
Service receives selected: files and folders in: any application
Then I add some resizing and scaling actions. Then I save. I test by right-clicking on a JPG in the finder, choosing my action, but the action never takes effect.
What am I doing wrong?

this is a computer program. it has to be precise. it only understand input of certain format which in this case is an itunes object not an mp3 file. the action uses scripting tools of itunes. it only works with with items in itunes library. and it says so. to use it you'd have to import the track into itunes first, change the title info and spit the file back out. there are scripts out there that do that. look here

there may be one that does what you want there already.
And Automator allows such a file to be passed from the Finder to it. Plus the metadata gets written directly to the file (not to iTunes), therefore, that action should work. (The description doesn't say it won't; it slightly implies that it will.)
Anyway...
On the second (image resize), I should have mentioned that I tried it both with and without Get Selected Finder Items and neither works.
works perfectly for me as a service without "get selected finder items".

SBO-Common LOGFILE = 40.000 MB/40GB - Wechsel von FULL auf SIMPLE Mode ?

unsere B1 läuft seit Oktober 2009. Aktuell ist das Logfile der SBO-Common-DB bei 40.000 MB Größe angelangt.
Als Lösung wurde mir vorgeschlagen:
- DB -> Eigenschaften -> Optionen - Mode von derzeit FULL auf SIMPLE zu stellen
- DB -> Task -> Shrink -> Database
Ist das eine gute Lösung ?
Darf ich fragen, wie bei Euch die Einstellungen am SQL lauten ?
(Unser System: PL10HF2-SP1 - SQL-2005 SP2)

E1 & DAS & BI Publisher restrictions

Hi to all,
We have JDE E1 integrated with BI Publisher through DAS. We find the problem that we can not use functions when implement queries. For example simple functions like TO_CHAR, TRIM, TO_DATE, etc.
Does someone know if it is possible to configure the DAS component to allow this kind of functions?
We have the option to connect directly to the DB without DAS, but I want to know if we can use functions with DAS.

It's certainly a viable option, but it depends on your requirements and your situation, which you are not really explaining in detail. BTW, BIP always runs on an Application Server whether it is integrated with OBIEE or a stand-alone BIP installation. "Any restrictions?". Ummm, it depends what you call "restrictions". Let's better talk about features. Grab any OBIEE presentation and cross out all the [nice features you get with the BI server|http://www.oracle.com/appserver/business-intelligence/enterprise-edition.html] and you get BIP. BIP only gives a very small functionality piece in OBIEE, namely pixel perfect reports. If you can live with that functionality only then I would say BIP is not the right product for you. There are better pixel perfect reporting tools out there (Actuate, Business Objects {Crystal Reports}) some of them are even open source (BIRT).

Sí, sería bueno tener en español foros separados por producto, pero nó. Ésta es la bolsa de gatos en que están metidos todos los foros en español; e igual cosa sucede para los foros en francés y alemán.
Tal como están las cosas (de repente pasan semanas sin que nadie publique nada aquí), tenemos que agradecer que no hayan suprimido este foro por falta de actividad. Algunos hemos batallado por años para cambiar la situación, pero absolutamente en vano.
Así que, o aceptamos la realidad como es y seguimos teniendo un foro cada vez más anémico, o nos decidimos a participar más a fin de poder pedir más. Así de simple.

there are no domains)

Diferencial de Alíquota - Optante pelo Simples

Tenho um issue aqui no projeto e gostaria de uma juda de vocês.
O business apresentou a necessidade de ter um tax code que calcule o diferencial de alíquota (DIFAL), porém quando a condição de ICMS for a ICM0.
Ou seja, complementar o ICMS mesmo quando ele não é devido. Encontrei pessoas com esta situação também no www.localizationforum.com.
Até o momento já tentei diversas alternativas através da configuração, porém sem sucesso até agora.
Algum de vocês já passou por algo parecido?

Nesse caso, o que fiz foi usar o campo setor industrial (no cadastro de fornecedor) e informar lá que ele é optante por simples e via abap colocamos que se esse fornecedor fosse optante deveria seguir a regra abaixo:
ZIM u2013 0% ICMS + Crédito de Pis/Cofins: Determinar esse IVA quando transportador é optante pelo Simples e da mesma UF do local de expedição.
ZY u2013 0% Subst. Trib. ICMS: Determinar esse IVA quando transportador é optante pelo simples e de UF diferente do local de expedição.

Simple Button

I have a Dynamic page that is a parts list in a MySQL
database that I show on a page using PHP in Dreamweaver.
The page uses a repeat region to list the parts depending on
what nav link is clicked and what I want to do is add a flash
button to the repeated region that when clicked will take you to a
larger view. I have all of this setup and working fine except for
the flash button.
For instance when the page is loaded you may see 10 parts
listed and the button will show up 10 times also, on button next to
each part listed. I am currently using a simple image as a link to
the larger view and it works fine. The link looks like this.
largeview.php?SearchField=<?php echo
$row_Recordset1['Part']; ?>
My problem is that flash doesn't read the php in this code:
"<?php echo $row_Recordset1['Part']; ?>". I need flash read
the php code so it knows what part number to show.
Is there any other code that can be used to have Flash read
the php code?
I hope I explained this properly and any help would be
greatly appreciated!

I guess I don't understand this very well I can't seem to get
it to work.
I can get the part # to show on the page using:
print "myVar=$x";
but the button link I am trying to use is:
largeview.php?SearchField="myVar=$x"
I know this isn't right but the button is just a button using
the option in Dreamweaver to Insert > Media > Flash Button
and the only option is a link.
how should I write the link so that the flash button will
read it?

I fixed my own problem.... here's for anyone else with a similar situation or for future people searching the forums
just use
setLayout(null); This is not the recommended solution. Try resizing your frame. Does the position of you button remain centered relative to the frame?
You should be using a LayoutManager as was suggested above. You should read the tutorial on [url http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/layout/visual.html]How to Use Layout Managers. I would probably use something like:

Generate report using CURSORS? - Simple question

I'm a real newbie still with PL/SQL so please excuse my ignorance I have a simple report I need to generate. The following SQL statement gets me all my "header" records:

What I want to do now is have a second script that will display all my detail records. Something like:

WHERE OLA.HEADER_ID = OHA.HEADER_ID
I expect I'd do this with two cursors, passing the value of my HEADER_ID to my second cursor. But when I've used cursors before, they primarily have been to import data, and manipulate data. But what if I just want to create a report using these?
I essentially want to display my header information, and then any lines below that data (if there is any, there may be a header with no lines).
Can I create a simple report like this with cursors? Any help with this would be IMMENSELY appreciated. I'm really under the gun... :)
