GCU membership not showing up

I bought my GCU membership on the 21st of this month and it's not currently showing up online that I have the GCU nor are the discounts appearing when I put a game in my cart. Looking at past threads on issues similar to this it looks like the problem might be cause by multiple accounts/ID's (the member ID I got in my email confirming that I bought a GCU is different from the one my account page shows). Could a mod please see if my GCU and Best Buy accounts are properly connected? And if they aren't could you help me merge these two member ID's?

    A GCU membership was purchased using my account, however it is not tied to my online account. The card was used in store and the discount was received on a new game. I also see the purchase in my purchase history on my online account. What could be going on here?

  • CC MEMBERSHIP not showing anymore?

    My CC membership got billed normally but suddenly is missing from my adobe account. Also I received a message when opening photoshop that application manager is corrupt or missing and that i should download and install again. I did that but creative cloud desktop opens completely blank, does not ask for user/pwd; support told me to use creative coloud cleaner tool but it did not help

    The Email here in forum does not have creative cloud associated with it, is there any other Email ID under which it might have been purchased. You may contact Adobe Support Contact Customer Care

  • GCU Not Showing Up on MyBestBy

    Hi,
    I bought a GCU membership today, however my MyBestBuy account is not reflecting the purchase. After looking at the forums, I now realize that the card I brought to the register is the gifting option. However, when the clerk scanned the first barcode, the computer asked whether I was buying it for myself or as a gift. I said it was for myself and the the clerk correctly put that into the register. I bought a game at the same time, and I did receive the 20% discount. The receipt also correctly shows information about my MyBestBuy account.
    Before I go back to the store, I just wanted to double check there was not something else wrong (like accounts not being linked etc...)

  • Purchased GCU a week ago, still not showing up

    I purchased a two-year GCU membership more than a week ago. At the time of the purchase, the cashier realized I had more than one MyBestBuy account. She suggested I consolidate the accounts into one and assured me my GCU membership would be available.
    It has been a week. The consolidation is complete, but I STILL cannot access my GCU benefits.
    I am looking for assistance. I have tried PMing both Mike-BBY and Brian-BBY, but so far, I have not received any help.

  • Why is trunk not showing vlan membership?

    I setup corectly a LACP etherchannel with all VLANS allowed. This interface is called Po10.
    Then I set up another one, Po20, consisting of interfaces 33 and 34, but this time restricting VLANs to only VLAN 20 (all config is below).
    But when I do a sh int trunk and sh vlan brief, it only shows vlans for Po10. Is this because nothing is connected to the new port-channel, yet?
    And what about the "no shut" command. I have not run this command. I thought I had to run this command, since all ports are shut per default in a Cisco switch? The config does not show this for any of my ports (I might have done this for the working port-channel).

    I recently joined GCU but its not showing up under my account. When I got the 'Welcome to the Club' email with some coupons, I noticed that the member id number was different than my normal one I use all of time. Is there any way to fix this?

  • Gamer Club Unlocked Is not showing expiration date??

    I recently got GCU with the promo they had, the day I got it i had it activated but now there is no date shown, it just shows the GCU Banner and Club Benefits, but no expiration date, I was wondering if I still GCU?? Thanks in advance

    As the email you received stated, your Gamers Club Unlocked membership does show to be valid until 10/31/2016.  The expiration date appearing or not appearing in BestBuy.com should not cause any problems when trying to utilize the 20% discount or any of the other associated benefits.  I am showing that your BestBuy.com and My Best Buy™ accounts are linked, so the 20% discount should reflect on BestBuy.com too.  I just tested your account and the 20% discount seemed to be working just fine.

  • Gamers Club Unlocked not showing as activated

    On July 21st, I preordered some PS4 games online and also purchased the Gamers Club Unlocked. It applied the 20% discount to my online order with no problem.
    On July 26th, I took the Gamers Club Unlocked card I received in the mail to my local store and also purchased a game. They scanned the bar code under the sticker and rang up my game purchase. The game was 20% off, so I figured the Gamers Club Unlocked membership was activated correctly.
    However, when I go to purchase a game online, I am not getting the 20% off. I looked up my in store purchase from July 26th online and it looks like it should've activated my membership:

  • Windows 8.1 laptop computer not showing in SCCM 2012 devices collection

    Hi,
    I am trying to do a POC on license management from  SCCM 2012. I have configures a SCCM 2012 server and intune subscription also. I have Android, iOS and desktop apps uploaded (.msi). when I enrolled android and ios devices its shows up in SCCM,
    devices collection but do not show in Intune.
    my company portal is nicely coming up on android and iOS tabs. on the other hand company portal showing only Web apps, on a win8.1/7 laptop.
    When I tried to enroll 2 windows 8.1/ 7 laptop (intel x86), they donot show up in SCCM. clients of intune manually installed, endpoint protection of SCCM installed also on both boxes.
    I tried updating membership in SCCM for both know and unknown type, many time and also triggered Deployment of some desktop app, to the win 8.1 laptops. the desktops are showing in Intune All devices -> all computers nicely. But
    not in SCCM2012.
    what did I missed, I tried to add all the logical roles. below is some details what shows up in Intune:

    If you installed the Intune agents on the Win 8.1 and Win 7 systems, then they will never show up in ConfigMgr.
    There are basically two parts of Intune -- a Mobile Device Management piece and a Windows management piece. The Intune connector in ConfigMgr takes over the MDM piece and nothing more. When ConfigMgr takes over this MDM piece, as Torsten said, all MDM devices
    enrolled show up in ConfigMgr and not Intune because that's now controlled by ConfigMgr. The Windows management piece remains unchanged and separate though and so those systems will be directly managed by Intune only or ConfigMgr only.
    So you have three options there:
    - Install the ConfigMgr agent and managed using COnfigMgr
    - Install the Intune agent and manage using Intune
    - Enroll the systems using OMA-DM which manages them as if they were devices. This means so you don't get SCEP or Windows Updates or most of the other ConfigMgr functionality. This is only valid for Win 8.1 though.

  • Machines not showing up in AD group based collections in CM 2012

    Hey Folks
    I am facing a wired issue, with collection based on AD group. We have added multiple machines to a AD security group. All these machines are already discovered in CM12. AD group has been added in AD group discovery & we a collection is created based
    on this particular AD group. The issue is that there are few machines which are not showing up in AD group collection.I have tried to manually update collection membership, run full discovery : AD system discovery & AD group discovery. When i check that
    machines properties in SCCM console the specified AD Group is not showing there. Not sure how do i proceed further.

  • My paid subscription does not show in CC

    On May 31, I have purchased an one year subscription for Photoshop and Lightroom (Photographer Pack or something similar) and I have received an invoice email, that I am being billed 980 JPY for June
    I have the following problems:
    I can only trial Photoshop and Lightroom and have no keys for them
    My CC account still says "Free membership"
    The order number from the invoice does not show under "My Orders" in CC
    I tried to find an email live person to speak to, but it seems that all the support is supposed to go through this forum.

  • Premiere Pro CC not showing up in my list of apps in creative cloud.

    I have purchased a 1 year 1 app membership for Premiere Pro CC and when I go to download it, it takes me directly to Creative Cloud.  Premiere does not show up in the list of apps for some reason.  Any solutions?

    I just signed up for a 30 day trial and I'm really excited to use the software for movie editing, however I just saw this post after I was trying to use Premiere Pro and sadly I don't have a machine with 64 Bit OS. I was just seeing if there is any way I can cancel my free trial and then start it back up after I get a new computer. I'm really excited about using Premier Pro but want to make sure I can try it out with a film project before purchasing and I don't know how long it will take to get a new computer.

  • Why does Premiere Pro not show in the Creative Cloud

    I just bought the montly membership, paid, got the confirmation, but still Premiere Pro does not show in my Creative Cloud options - under audio/video it only shows  and Photoshop, Prelude and Audition.
    When I use the link in the email confirmation that I received I can press 'getting started'.
    This leads me to the online Creative Cload Download - when I scroll to Premiere Pro, click on download I go to the next page, but still the program does not show?
    What should I do differently? I am logged in already.
    Please help me!

    Do you have a 64-bit machine?  Normally the listing will only include programs that your machine is capable of running.  Check your machine capabilities against the requirements for Premiere Pro and see if it comes up short.
