GD13 report

Hi
From GD13 report I need to take the details of plan cost that were uploaded cost center wise. I want to exclude the details of costs that were allocated through cycles.
Please help if there are specific activity for upload and allocation in terms of GD13 report.

Hi Harri,
To exclude cost details that were allocated through cycles, in GD13 for plans, do not select record type 3 and for actuals, do not select record type 2.
The second part of your question is not quite clear to me.

Hi Friends,
Some Documents is not updated in Special Purpose Ledger GD13 Report but it is showing in FS10N
There was some problem in customization for materil document which was changed now it is updating all the records.
My quistion is how to prefix all old documents which was not updated in GD13 report.

guess you want to get all GL document-numbers that are not posted to your special ledger to repost it? I had a similar case and made a query that delivers a "document flow" for accounting documents (like the doc. lfow in logistics) based on table bkpf and added the BAPI "BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_RECORD". Thus for every FI document I got the info whether there is an exisitng follow-on accounting document or not. I filtered all the Fi doc's with no "follow-on" document and reposted them.

Plan Distribution

We have uploaded the plan data to a common cost center and after distribution to individual cost centers the common cost center is not credited. The common cost center still shows the amount uploaded.
Please help to solve the issue

If I check the cost center plan data, it is balanced to zero. The issue is that,
We are using Special purpose ledger and generating report through GR55. The report is showing balance in the sending cost center. I have completly checked the Report painter settings and seems to be fine.
I have checked the GD13 report for that ledger and did not find the credit entry (Posting through distribution)
As per the business scenario, we upload plan data only for 6 months through version 10 and for the next 6 months again will upload through version 20.
I dont have any issue with version 10. The problem is with Version 20
Is there any configuring missing in version that does not post data to the ledger

Peculiar GD13 Demand - SAP Report Extract

Hi Gurus,
Please help me for this.
My business user is using TCode: GD13 to run report (Ledger Display -Data reoprt). Later he enters
the record type =0, Ledger =US, Period 1-10 , CoCd and execute. Report comes out. Then he selects
his layout and selects the "Local File" icon on the menu bar and selects "unconverted" format and saves
it on desktop.
The thing is user has to import this file (every month ) into another software - Hyperion and issue is
the width of "amount coloumb" on this saved file differs every time. Because of which Hyperion
is not able to import the file. For example if today you run a report GD13 for CoCd 1098 and save
the local file as unconverted. The amount field may be in coloumb 82-101 where as tommrow
it may be 82-97. i.e the amount field coloumb width is changind w.r.t cocd and time. User
wants the amount field coloumb length fixed 82-97 . whether it has $1 or $1000000 [million].
Now Hyperion software import file amount coloumb is set 82-101 and user can't import that
into another system. Is there a way via which I can set a defined coloumb width for amount field
of the unconverted format saved file .
Or is it possible in SAP that I can have a CSV format listed when I click on Local file post
execution [ In CSV format amount field is constant]

Period zero balance in PCA - Any report?

Hi All,
Is there any report in PCA, which shows the period '0' balance?
I have already tried 2KEE, KE5Z, KE5T, GD13 and table GLPCT (TSLVT field).
This is required to comapre the balance carry forward.
Any thoughts?

Workbook 'Jump' report using RGGD1300

Hi experts,
I was wondering if anyone has encountered any problems when executing the program 'RGGD1300' as a jump report from a BI workbook, into R/3 special ledger.
This program is basically the transaction code 'GD13', only with the advantage that you can skip that very large selection screen that you would normally get if you chose to use GD13 to jump instead.
The program appears to work fine in version BW 3.5, however when we run it in BI 7.0 we get a error message " no reports available that can be executed"
Anyone experienced this, or may have ideas?

GD13: TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED dump: workaround

Hi All,
While executing GD13 transaction code for some functional activity, the below dump is occurring:
TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED.
Neither we can not change any memory parameter for a temporary activity which is consuming high memory, nor the activity can be splitted in steps for business criticality. From BASIS point view what can be done to make the GD13 activity successful avoiding the memory issue?
System ECC 6.0 (Netweaver 2004s)
(One SAP note: 600176, is available, but that is for lower version, not applicable for ECC 6.0)
Please share your ideas.

Jumping to a transaction from report not executing

After running a query, in the report, we right click on a value to go to the context menu; which in turn should take me to a transaction GD13,as specified in the RSBBS transaction.
But this is not happening. And, i get an error- 'Jump target can not be executed'.

-No web server maintained for presentation of log system GMC100.
-Jump target can not be executed.
-An error occured with RRI during the jump.

Hello Gurus,
I have developed a BI report with more number of parameters.
Case 1:
When i run my report , I am able to see data for particular condition but one column doesn't show any thing. All the rows in the column are blank.
Case 2
I tried to put the blank column as parameter, The Program works with out displaying that column data.
I am not sure where it is going wrong. I tried running the code in toad and i am able to see the data.
I have checked the code, Parameter description, length, Template and data definition.
Please help.

For that column did u changed any alias name in the query...
check ur template once by loading the xml data...
check that column form field that matches with the xml tag or not..

Open and cancelled Quote Report

Can anyone give me the information for getting open and cancelled Quote Report?

I hope you are using reason for rejection for cancelling quotations. If that is the case, you can use transaction VA25 to view the list of quotations. Here you can filter on two columns status and reason for rejection to view the report as per your requirement.

Print Quote Report

Hi All,
I have a requirement to develop the custom print Quote Report. When i review the standard pring quote report ,I found a call like <?call-template:TermsTemplate?>.
This statment itself is getting all the Terms and Conditions for that report. when i looked in the ASOPRTXSL.xsl, I see the below statement

I am pretty new to XSL, dont know what's happening here. Please help me ASAP

XML Quote report

We have a problem with our XML Quote report that cuts off the report at 26 pages when it should go to about 200 pages.
We have another report the Acknowledge Quote and it works fine.

Finally we found the solution for this problem.
1. Open qotSCocPrint.jsp and add below line inside <SELECT id="qotOutFrmt" name="qotOutFrmt"> statement. This line should be added after "for" loop.
<OPTION value="EXCEL">Excel Format</option>
We can add as many options the XML Publisher supports.
2. Decompile oracle.apps.aso.print.webui.MainCO.class (Controller).
Change the below line
httpservletresponse.setContentType("application/pdf");
to
httpservletresponse.setContentType("application/"+quoteOutputFormat.toLowerCase());
Take a backup of the original file, compile the java in the same directory.
3. Decompile oracle.apps.aso.print.server.PrintQuoteAMImpl.class and change this line
Field field = class2.getDeclaredField("OUTPUT_TYPE_PDF");
to
String outputFormat="OUTPUT_TYPE"+as[12].trim();
Field field = class2.getDeclaredField(outputFormat);
Bounce Apache and generate the Quote output in desired format.
