Purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro XI Student edition from Best Buy and it will not download. It made me download an installer and then when I went back to download it from the Best Buy digital library and clicked on "Download," nothing happened

I have done both of those and still no luck. I have tried this download on Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox and its the same story on all of them. I have a Windows, also, if that helps

The added SteelBook when pre-ordering The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a fantastic perk and I’m personally starting to get into the SteelBooks myself. I’m also quite excited for The Witcher 3, so this is a win/win as far as I’m concerned.
Because the SteelBook is automatically added to the cart when you pre-order, this would not be included with prior pre-orders if they were placed prior to the SteelBook being added as a bonus. To receive this bonus, you would need to cancel your current pre-order and place a new one if your current pre-order doesn't include the SteelBook. While it’s not ideal, this will be required to obtain the SteelBook bonus. My apologies for any inconvenience here.

It’s no surprise that there’d be quite a bit of excitement around the announcement of Star Wars Battlefront! I wanted to jump back in here and confirm a few details for everyone.
First, pre-orders placed at Best Buy will in-fact include the Battle of Jakku DLC. As per usual, in-store pre-orders will have your code printed on the receipt and pre-orders placed on BestBuy.com (be it for ship-to-home or in-store pickup) will have the code emailed within 24-48 hours of fulfilling your pre-order when the game releases.
I can also confirm that Star Wars Battlefront is part of the My Best Buy Get $10 promotion! Please remember that these points don’t generally show up until 15-20 days after you receive the game.

Destiny Limited Edition Pre-order and My Best Buy

If you pre-order Destiny on any console, you get a $10 certificate. Does this apply to the limited edition version as well?

With the recent additions of the Limited and Ghost Editions of Destiny, it’s no surprise there would be questions about your My Best Buy benefits when pre-ordering the different versions! Like everyone else, I’m pretty excited to check out Destiny, although I only went with the Standard Edition. I’m beginning to wonder if I should have splurged for at least the Limited Edition.
To answer your question, yes, the Limited Edition should also apply to the $10 My Best Buy Reward Certificate bonus when pre-ordering with Best Buy. To my knowledge, all physical versions of Destiny, including the Ghost and Limited Edition, qualify for the promotion.

Trouble with Installing Empire: Total War; downloaded from Best Buy Pc app

Hello,
I have had troubles downloading and installing Empire: Total War. At first, I coudn't download it but I now have figured it out. I checked today after work and it successfully downloaded. The trouble now is that I have the files but can't seem to install them. I pressed the "install manually" button within the Pc app but nothing happened. Help would be appreciated!

You should be able to locate the game data files here:
C:\Users\ [User Name] \AppData\Local\Best Buy pc app\DigitalShelf\ [Your Game folder]
In that folder there is likely an executable install file (.exe) that you could try. If it's not there or that install method doesn't work, there may have been a problem during the download process and you'll want to try a re-download. I know that not ideal as you ran into issues trying to download it the first time but hopefully it doesn't come to that.

Will best buy carry Tales of Xillia 2 and the collector's edition?

Hello, I just learned that the new Tales of Xillia 2 coming to ps3 in august will also have a collector's edition. I know Best Buy carried the first game and am hoping to use my GCU on the collectors if you guys will carry and be taking preorders on this. Thanks!

I am considering a base 21" iMac ($1099 @ Best Buy) for home use. It would be my first Mac. Is the base model powerful enough for everyday home use and some light video editing or should I upgrade the CPU, Ram and to a Fusion drive?

Purchasing with the upgrades through Apple would add about $800 over the Black Friday deal at Best Buy. Just looking for some advice if I will be satisfied with the based model.

All models will do what you want. Upgraded models will do it faster than the standard models.
