Geeting error while doing Mass UD using t code QA41

Hi
While doing mass UD using t code QA41 I am getting below error messages:
1. You can not make the UD because of 0001 non-valuated physical samples,
2. You can not make the UD because of 0002 non-valuated physical samples,
My objection is to do mass UD for all INPROCESS inspection lots where results are recorded but no UD given.
Request a solution where I am doing wrong and a solution to it.

Last query: I will not able to do MASS UD if all samples are not valuated means I have to record results in all 3 physical samples.
1. In QA11 I am able to UD for each inspection lot (where result is recorded in 2 physical sample & 3rd one is not valuated). Why it is so? Why I am not getting the same error that 3rd sample is not valuated.
2. In QA41 mass UD is not possible if 3rd sample is not valuated. Why I am not getting all inspection lots and getting few in the output screen? Is there any other way where I can valuate all open inspection lots in mass operation?
3. In QA16, also I am not getting all inspection lots in the output screen. Why?
Requesting yo clarify my queries to make me undrstand the process better. So that I can convince my higher management to reduce physical sample generation in auto.

Hi,
I have created a batch by confirming process order
(t code COR6). But when I do usage decision for this batch using transaction QA11, material stock from batch created by order gets transferred to new batch.
When I checked material document, there is complimentory movement for batch created with process order.
For ex.
I have created batch 000400 by confirmation of process order.
Batch stock is in quality stock. Now I want to move this stock to unrestricted, for this I did usage decision using transaction code QA11. After usage decision when I checked material documents then I found that there is only one movement for 321 movement for batch 000400 i.e. for debit no credit (that means there is no complimentary moment) & credit movement exists for new batch 000401 which is created by sytem itself.
My requirement is that system should not create new batch for material posting while using moment type 321, it shoud post material stock to same batch after usage decision.
It is urgent issue.

In the SAP IMG configuration,
Material Management ->Inventory Management and Physical Inventory -->Movement types --> Copy and Change Movement type(OMJJ)
In the field screen, select movement type and then "321" and getinto the definition.
Please verify the field "Create new batch" is empty.
Other reason could be user-exit or custom code which during material movement does the new batch creation.

Actually you are getting a warning message where one of two things could have happened. Either you specified an incorrect zone name or one of the zones has not been fully booted. It's likely that you haven't booted the zones, so please follow this:
zoneadm list -iv
If zone1 or zone2 are not running then boot and configure them
zoneadm -z <zone> boot
zlogin -C <zone>

Error while doing BAPI extract using tcode RSCRM_BAPI

I am trying to extract a OLAP Bex query into a table. However, I am getting the error message that
Error: Metadata for extract /BIC/0CZCARRYOVR is inconsistent
Error: Error 0 when generating from extract /BIC/0CZCARRYOVR
Where ZCARRYOVR is my extract table. What could be the reason?
What had happened is that I created this extract table before and then deleted it from SE11. But now I cannot create the table while extracting. If I give a brand new table name then it works fine. Is there any place where table metadata is stores. I checked TADIR table and there was no extry. I should have used SE14 and delete the table from database but cant use it now since the dictionary table doesnt exist.

After transport all the SWDC to another client, i try to deploy the sca file using the tcode Sdoe_upload_archive and i am getting this error : " DataObject Transid '005056C000081DDD9BA073B0B4974E15' doesnot exist/is inactive in DOE.
Can anyone pls share some idea how to resolve this problem? thank you

Were you able to reach the screen mobile component administration?
From sap easy access menu>click the user menu>Data Orchestration Admin and Mon portal-->administration link
You mean you are not able to find the MCD at all?I guess your mobile component will be of type application.
May be you can scan through the MCDs listed after a wild card search and check the dataobject dependencies for each.
Some how the MCD that you are trying to upload contains dataobjects that are not present in the system.
You mentioned 'After transport all the SWDC to another client' , what exactly was done in this step?

First thing, I am not sure this will work :-)
The main issue is that there is no StAX provider to parse I-not-know-what XML file.
You may try to execute appc with the parameter
-Djavax.xml.stream.XMLInputFactory=com.bea.xml.stream.MXParserFactory
Anyhow, you may still have some issues given that Java 6 is not a supported Java version for WL 9.1.

Error while doing ABGL Asset Credit Memo

Hi Friends,
I am getting the below error while doing Asset Credit Memo in ABGL. Please help me in fix this issue.
Balance for transaction type group 10 negative for the area 01
Note:In Asset Explorer Fiscal year start Asset value is 98,425.45 and Change is 4768.19. So total Asset value as of now is 1,03,193.64.
Now we are trying to do ABGL with 12,790.23 value (Transaction type is 105). System is giving the above highlighted error.
If we give the amount 4768.19 in ABGL transaction, system is not giving any error. If we give more that that system is giving error.
Why system is giving error even the asset has balance of 1,03,193.64? Please help me on this..

Hi,
If the asset has been capitalized during earlier years, use ABGF to post credit memo. ABGL is meant for assets capitalized during the year.

You tried to post a retirement on asset 1000 100007-0.You entered transaction type 300,in which the retirement with revenue indicator is not set
You tried to transfer asset 1000 100007-0.According to transfer variant 0001,none of the areas on the asset uses a transaction type for retirement with revenue
In both of these cases, you are not allowed to enter revenue or make specifications for the determination of revenue.
Proceedure
Check the transfer variant and check your entry

In this case, you can change the value in T093-VIEW1 using the coding as per SAP note 29706 which you have already discovered. There will be no risk involved in changing this value.

I am getting the below error while doing KO88. I have maintained the Allocation structure for FXA and given the cost element group in the Source field & Given FXA in Receiver category and selected By cost element option aginast Receiver category FXA in Settlement Cost Element field. I am getting the below error while settling in KO88.
Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA
Message no. KD506
Diagnosis
In allocation structure A1 (controlling area BP01), you did not define which cost element should be used when settling costs/revenues of the sender. Nor did you define receiver type FXA.
Procedure
Assign a different allocation structure to the settlement sender (-> Master data -> Settlement rule -> Goto -> Settlement parameters), or maintain allocation structure A1.

Please check your allocation structure , it looks that settlement cost element that you have assigned in the allocation strcuture is not having correct cost element category.

I tried to create a connection to my local BAM Server in JDev 10.1.3.2.0 and also in 10.1.3.3, but I always failed! Error messages:
"Server is not set up correctly SOA1"
I'm running on Windows 2003 and installed BAM according to the Installation Guide (version was Bam with Enterprise Link for windows 10.1.3.3.0).
I did not get any error while doing the other setups and can access the different BAM tools via the Oracle BAM Start page, but I can't create a connection in JDev. I used the following parameters:
Host Name: SOA1(system name)
Port Number: 80
User Name: Administrator
Password: <windows domain pwd>
Domain Name: DOMAINNAME
Any help would be highly appreciated.
