I have a geforce2Ti pro with video-in and tv-out.
When i try to connect my video card with tv i don't see anything.
the tv options in avanced options is not enable.
help me!

What are you using: video composite or Svideo?
If the cables are connected according to the manual, try restarting your PC with the TV on and in AV mode. as far as I know, if the TV is not in AV mode, the TV out option will be disabled.

A friend of mine had the same problem with his brand new MBP 15" i5. His MBP 'forgot' the WPA key and couldn't log in to the WiFi network automatically, so he was forced to reconnect manually all the time, very annoying.
I managed at the end to fix his problem, now he has no problems anymore and the MBP is running smoothly since days:
1) delete all entries regarding WiFi security key in Keychain (in Login & System).
2) After that you have to delete all entries in 'Preferred Networks' (Preferences->Network->Advanced).
3) OK & apply all changes
4) Then you can connect to your WiFi network again (don't forget to check 'Remember Networks ...') and this should be it.
I guess that OSX is reacting relatively sensitive regarding WiFi connections, in this case my friend aborted the connection to internet via WiFi during the initial installation of OSX because he was not in his home WiFi network. Therefore I guess that OSX was a bit confused and didn't memorize the WPA2 key properly.

Installing logic studio 9, soundtrack pro and loops utility greyed out

Hi,
I'm trying to reinstal logic studio 9 and on the screen where you select and deselect the instal options soundtrack pro (and therefore compressor) are labelled as skip and greyed out not allowing select. The same is true for the apple loops utility. I'm pretty sure i removed all the files of previous instal. Anyone help?

I plugged my macbook pro into an external monitor, then unplugged it later and now it is stuck with black borders on top and bottom and zoomed out like it is still on the monitor. How do I fix it?

I started using my external monitor with my macbook pro and as soon as I plug it in it to the monitor it adjusts the screen by zooming out a bit and creating about 3/4 of an inch black borders on the top and bottom of the screen. But these dont show up on the monitor so I assumed it was fine. But when I took it off the monitor, the borders were still there like it was still on the monitor. Any hellp? Its starting to mess with my eyes haha.

It sounds like you had the external display set to mirror the internal display so the resolution(s) were changed to match each other.

I've updated my Macbook Pro and my iMac with Maverick, updating the various apps. On my Macbook, everything functions perfectly. On my iMac, I get the Your System has Run out of Application Memory, and it's based our Mail, the only app not updated. Ideas?

On my Macbook, everything functions perfectly. On my iMac, I get the Your System has Run out of Application Memory message. But it's not Calendar, it's Mail that not only won't open, but when it does now, it takes the entire system out with it.
I open Safari, and it works. I open Firefox, and it works and Safari still works. I open Calendar and it works, Safari and Firefox continue to work. I open Reminders, and everything still works.
I open Aperture, and it opens Finder instead, showing the 3.5 update that was installed two days ago (and Aperture has functioned), but doesn't seem to update the app; after about 20 seconds the update disappears and I can now open Aperture and it shows I'm now opening the updated Aperture, which it didn't show before.
I click on Mail, and the cursor spins for ten minutes. The mail window finally opens, but the cursor spins and does not connect to upload new mail, and I finally Force Quit Mail. Since the Maverick update, even though Mail was not updated (and maybe because Mail was not updated), I have been able to receive emails twice, and then the program crashed.
Besides the Aperture app, Pages didn't fully update on the iMac, and I had to remove the old Pages icon from the dock after the new program loaded up from Applications.
Any ideas?

Will not work. To my knowledge, dual converting like that isn't supported. The Mac must detect the connected video output device and that sort of info cannot be done across an analog component uni-directional connection.

Just need to plug the TC in to the hub in bridge mode.. do not try and bridge the homehub.. it is not possible with the setup BT uses.
To bridge the TC.. plug it directly into a computer by ethernet.. no other connection to the TC or the computer.
Press and hold in reset until the front LED flashes rapidly.. about 10sec.
Release the reset.
Open the airport utility and setup the TC to bridge mode.
The actual method depends on version of the OS and airport utility you use.
This is version 5.
Sorry I cannot post the v6 as I am on a snow leopard computer now. But you go to the network tab, and choose off bridge mode for method of connection. It will be NAT and dhcp by default.
Then setup wireless.. you have a number of choices here.
Either setup with the same SSID Security and password, as the homehub uses.. or a different name, and password..
Each method works fine.. but you sometimes have issues with wireless channels.. for now leave it on auto and see what happens.. if you have issues lock down the radio channels on both devices.. use one out of the following on each, 1, 6, 11 or 13 in UK.. so say 6 on the homehub then 13 onthe TC.
Update the TC.. unplug fromt the computer and plug it into the homehub.
If you have other issues with the setup tell us what OS you run so we can post suitable screenshots.

Run MDP to HDMI for picture. Use a cable like this to run sound from your audio out on your Mac to your TV's audio in. That's about all you can do.

Since you didn't include any pertinent info such as the Mac model and OS version you are running, here is some general information:
Mac OS X: Gray screen appears during startup
Depending on which OS yours came with originally - and which OS you are now running - you would either need your original install disks - you can call Apple for replacements by giving them your serial number. Or you may be able to reinstall the OS by using recovery (again, depends on which model/which OS).
