firstly, how do i view my ip address?
secondly, is there a way to change it? (i ask becuase some websites save ur ip and can alter their settings for you accordingly and i wish to undo this)

There are many ways. The standard would be to open System Preferences, click on the Network pane, select the interface you're using, and click on TCP/IP.

Yes, you can change it. You may be obtaining one through DHCP, but you can enter a manual address, just select DHCP with manual address. But I think your reasoning is faulty. Web sites don't look at originating IP addresses much. Very little value in it. What we generally use are something called "cookies" to store settings. The cookies are maintained by your browser, and aren't dependent on you IP address. Think about it, there's lots of people with laptops who change IP addresses constantly.
What you really want to do is delete cookies from those web sites.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within, I think, about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) -
i am facing problem zooming and in slide as i think there is some general setting got changed help to rectify.
If the screen appears zoomed in then try double-tapping the screen with 3 fingers (with zoom 'on' you need to use 3 fingers to drag around the screen), and then go into Settings > General > Accessibility and turn Zoom 'off', and possibly also change what Triple-Click Home is set to.

I have this exact problem. I have 3 email addresses on my mac and I can select one, and the email still be sent through another account and I won't know it until I get a reply for that email in one of the other accounts.

Address Book Help is not available
I don't believe I have ever had Address Book Help. When I go to it, it will give me the prompts for Content, etc., but there is no information there.
Can someone assist me in figuring out how to download Address Book "Help". Would I go to my start-up disk and somehow just download that part? or is there a download on line which I can use?
I have no idea why it's not available. I've had the computer since 04 and seldom have needed to access Help in this regard. Now, I really need it.

I have just updated to ios6 on my ipod and the you tube icon has disappeared.
i have turned off restrictions and still can not find it. Also menu settings-general-profiles is incorrect. I have no profiles in general. Can anyone help.Youtube was removed from the list of bundled apps with iOS. You can download the standalone version from the App Store for free.
