Hi All ,
We are in the process of generating match terms for old business partner which is already exisiting in the system?
after uploading SPL master .
We need to genrate all the match terms accordingly based on SPL master
can any body give me the steps involved

For details on the format for the DTW go to your SDK installation folder for SAP Business One. You will find a Help folder and select the file REFDI.CHM
This file will give you help on the DI API which are the rules applied to the DTW as well. Under contents click on the plus next to objects. This will list all the objects (templates in DTW) available. Select an object and look at the members. There is a detailed explanation next to each member that will tell you whether or not it is mandatory and what the SAP field name is in brackets. If you click on a member name it will display more details on that member and under Syntax if you select the member name that is underlined, it will give you a list of options if applicable for that field. For example when clicking on CardType you will see the options are cCustomer, cSupplier and cLid.

Contract Account for the business partners
Hello Experts,
Once the certificate expires the program must find all the contract accounts for the business partners and change the account determination ID field on the CA to be taxable. I already did the code to verify if the certificate is expire but I don't know where to look for all the contract accounts of a business partner and not sure which field to change to make a contract account taxable I think is KOFIX_SD, any help will be really appreciated, thanks in advance.Hi,
Based on the Partner you can get the contract account data from FKKVKP and FKKVK table.

Test Marketing Campaign for all business partners, without sending out
Hi,
within the application it is possible to test Mail Forms to a manually entered e-Mail address, for Business Partner or Marketing Prospect, checking conditions and if appropriate using Campaign. This works fine.
For quality reasons, my customer wants to check the whole campaign, by using all business partners in the target groups used and all the conditions checked, BUT not sending out any e-Mail. Do you have made experiences on how to resolve this requirement?

MarkusYou can have the BASIS team look at the SMTP and SAP Connect settings. They can setup parameters here that will restrict e-mails from going out of CRM (usually that's what is done in the Dev and Test environments), even though they are initiated.
You can check that the e-mails are initiated for the list of BP's in transactions SOST and SCOT. The basis team (or anyone having authorizations) can manually push out all or individual e-mails if you want to test the complete flow (with a list of test e-mail id's linked to test BP's).

Company code to be displayed in search help for vendors/Business partners
Hi,
We have a requirement to display the company code along with the vendor/business partner number when searching for preferred vendors while creating the shopping cart.
In standard the search help exit used is BBP_F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_SOS. This search help does not have logic to find the company code for the vendor/business partner. It only finds and displays the purchasing organization.
Can someone tell me where I find the company code agains the vendor?
I tried searching in SRM and couldnt find the table where this relationship is found.
Or is it that this data is not stored in SRM and we need to make an RFC call to R/3 using FM B470_VENDOR_GET_DATA.

Aging Report for consolidating Business Partners
I have a customer that is using consolidation functionality for its vendors. The BP parent it is set as multicurrency, the childrenu2019s for this parent are set with a different currency (USD, CAD, RMB etc). My question is how I can obtain a proper aging report for this consolidated BP (by BP children currency) as for now all the transactions are automatically converted in local currency even when Iu2019m selecting the BP currency to display.

The best would be a query on JDT1 table linked to OINV for example. The problem as you mentioned is that although the document is against the sub account, it is automatically posted against the head account for balance and payment purposes. In the journal file it only keeps the Head account and not the sub accounts. In OINV (and other marketing documents) you can use the FatherCard field to identify the Head account and the CardCode the sub account. These will of course be linked by the Document number from OINV and the Ref1 from JDT1.
The above is assuming you need the information exactly the same as the ageing, as the ageing is by default pulled from the Journal tables. You could simplify this by using just the OINV table. Remember that the balance is made up of Invoices less Credit Notes, so in this instance it would be OINV minus ORIN entries.

Action profile for Business Partners
Dear SAPers,
Currently Action profile, can be easily set-up for Business transactions (Opp, Activity,etc.).
Examle: When Opp status is changed (schedule condition, start condition), Business Parnter attribute is adapted (Execution).
Does anyone know if Action profile can be set-up for Business Partner?
Examle: When BP is changed (schedule condition, start condition), Business transaction attribute is adapted (Execution).
In standard, it does not look possible.
Should it be possible from Business Parnter BADI (check_before_save) to generate the schedule condition of a set of Business transactions e.g Opp.

Yes. As of today you can customize the Action Profiles to trigger actions for Business Transactions only. This is not available for the Business Partners. So, your approach of Business Partner BADI sounds a very reasonable solution to achieve the functionality.
And for the Business Partner BADI that you mentioned here I was unable to find any such BADI in SAP CRM 7.0 system. Can you let me know from which system you got that BADI name?
I got a BADI of BP - COM_PARTNER_BADI. Can you have a look at the implementations of it so as to have a understanding of it's usage.

In Document Generation Wizard,
Step 1 : You will create new Parameter set or select the existing
parameter set.
Step 2 : You will be selecting the target Document and other relevant
datas selection such as Posting date, Document date, Series
etc.,
Step 3 : You will select the Document Types which are to be
considered to generate the target Document. and Posting
Date and Document Date.And you select the in which order
the Document wizard to be sorted in Sort By selection.
Step 4 : In this step you will be choosing the Consolidated by or No
consolidation. If you choose Consolidate by, then we choose
whether it should be consolidated by Ship- to - Address
and/or Payment Terms and/or Payment method.
Step 5 : Now you must select the Business partner range in selection
critieria and Customer group in it. If the data already exists in
the table then clear it and select the business partner freshly.
Step 6 :You will be selecting the messages and alerts
Step 7 :You must save and execute the document wizard.

Deviation from credit limit greater than or equal to 50,000 . I have set this terms for A/R Invoice. Now when i have made the invoice for rs.5000 then also it is asking for Approval.Since the Value is defined so system should not ask for approval.

Migrating business partners with more than one sales organisation
Hi experts,
In a short periode we will implement CRM 5.0 in our organisation (don't ask why not a newer version...) with a R/3 backend system.
At the moment we have our business partners stored in various systems, but the most in our old R/3 version 3 system.
In the new system we want to use more than one sales organisation, like we do it at our R/3 system at the moment. In CRM is should it be possible, but the question is how to migrate? If we use LSMW migration we can only migrate one sales organisation and one service organisation for the business partners.
Do you know a methode to migrate the business partners to CRM 5.0 and migrating more than one sales organisation with these business partners, is there a possibility to use excel (csv) and a z-transaction which uses the standard SAP function modules?
Please let me know!

How to delete Business partners in use
Hi All,
I have accidently removed some business partners from table BUT000. After I realized it I tried creating them again but I got the error that Personal Address does not exist. After some help from experts I realized that this is because entries for those business partners were still there in some tables like BUT020. Now i tried deleting these business partners entirely using BUPA_TEST_DELETE. But i got an error saying that these BP's are in use in some transactions and hence cannot be deleted.
Please advice how can I achieve this.

Initial Load of IS-U business partners to CRM - bdoc error
Hi Gurus,
i try to do an initial download from R/3 IS-U to CRM. Several objects from customizing have already been downloaded successfully. When downloading the business partners i get a bdoc error message for every single BP saying that
'business partner role MKK is not available' Number R1206
I figured out that the business partners in IS-U do have that role 'Contract partner' (which is technical 'MKK') and that data is maintained there. I also checked CRM and figured out that a business partner role 'contract partner' is not available there.
Should i create it manually?? It is nowhere mentioned that a CRM role 'contract partner' should be created manually. Shouldn't the middleware do that? I found a document on service marketplace called 'IS-U specifics on the setup and load guide for the business partners' where i can read:
'Sold-to-parties in CRM are replicated as contract partners in the OLTP system and vice versa'
Does that mean that this mapping of roles is hardcoded? Is it customizeable? Does somenone know where to customize the mapping of business partner roles?

Check via SM30 table com_bupa_call_fu in the IS-U system if the above FM is activated.

Unable to change payment terms for BP

I have a system where on the business partner master if we change the payment terms for a business partner the price list is also changing which we do not want it too. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
An example is:- The business partner's payment terms = 30 days with a price list called 'Distributor'
After changing the payment terms it changed the price list 'End User'
And if we change the payment terms back to 30 days it changed the price list again but to another called 'GN Purchase Price GBP'
