Generate Messages in AOL

I want to load messages from one environment to an other environment.
Does an utility exists to load messages automatically without retyping all of them in the new environment? I found something in Generate message treatement (parameter DB_TO_SCRIPT) but it seems to be not supported by Oracle (message that I had in log file) Thanks.

We are having the same dilemma going from 11.5.->11.5.8, though we have it down to about 30-40 hours (still unacceptable.)

  • TS2972 apple tv can't sign in to iTunes Store until the network time has been set. this is an Apple generated message. what does it mean? how can i fix it? very very very simple questions but there is no reasonable answer from Apple anywhere on the intern

this is an apple generated message. simple!
what does it mean? so far no one at apple has a clue.
how do i fix it? nothing even begins to address this issue so far. generalities about system setup show a lack of respect for customers. yes my system is plugged in and i have reset and rebooted and rechecked everything. i need help because this a real problem that needs a real solution, not more platitudes.
help please, not more wasting of my time. i have spent an entire afternoon on this already.

this is exactly the kind of response i expected, almost begged support to please not do this to me and yet there it is another meaningless, non helpful, standard template response to restart my apple tv.
this does NOT work which is why i am contacting you. i have tried all suggestions about unplugging and restarting and nothing works.
i live in an apartment and logon to the provided wifi wireless. so i do not have access to a router. however, management says they have talked with their provider and have been assured that the required ports are available.
remember all the jokes about how bad windows was because the solution was always to re boot. funny huh? how is apple any different.
i have been to the local apple care store and they are clueless, too.
should we just end it here and you admit that i will not be getting any support from apple on this one? i got the ipad because my kids were such big fans. it is difficult for me to share their enthusiasm.
at this point i am just curious about how you say you cannot support your own product so i can complete my file on this contact.
thanks...sorry it was you who got this problem..

  • BDoc Generated Message Structure

    Hi All,
When I am creating a custom BDoc( Messaging), the message structure which system has generated do not have the namespace.
For example I am creating a messaging BDoc ZCOUNTR_MSG and assigning it to package ZCMG.
In the 'BDoc overview tab' under general data, I am entering Related Data Type as ZCRM_COUNTRY_EXT.
After saving, the system has generated a message structure with name ZCOUNTR_MSG000.
The following i have read in the documentation used to create the above example.
Note that a structure for the mBDoc will be generated. The name is built from customer namespace ‘/CRMGEC/’ plus short name of the BDoc. In our example the structure has the name /CRMGEC/ZCOUNTR_MESG.
    Question:
Can some one please let me know, what should I do in order to happen the system generated message structure should prefix with name space /CRMGEC/
    Or
Please let me know is there any impact if the system generated message structure do not have namespace /CRMGEC/
If some one can send me the exact procedure to create a custom messaging BDoc with example, that would help me a lot.
Maximum points will be rewarded if any kind of help/suggestion.
    Thanks a lot in Advance.

    Hi Nadh,
    Call up Transaction SE16.
Enter table name SMOG_MAPSG and choose 'Table contents (F7)'.
Enter 'Z*' as a selection criterion for TR_SEGDD. Choose 'Execute'.
To select all entries, choose menu option 'Edit -> Select -> Select All F9'. To delete all entries selected, choose menu option 'Table Entry -> Delete'.
Execute the action again in which the error occured. If you have source code that refers to the generated structures, change it to the new names (starting with /CRMGEC/).

  • Generating message id by myself

    Hello,
I've one question about generating Message IDs. I know that Message ID is generated automatically by Oracle. My question is, whether is it possible to generate this ID by myself, i.e. from my application that works with AQ. Have you got any experience in this area?
    Thanks,
    Zdenek.

You may be able to pull the data from the chatsync folder amongst the garbage.  You can try to open up the dat files and use a text/ASCII editor to view the contents.  If you know what you deleted then search for some of the key words or phrases.  If it's present there, then you may be able to retrieve it.  That's the probably the only location you might find it in since I'm not aware of it being available elsewhere. http://community.skype.com/t5/Windows-desktop-client/Recovering-removed-chat-messages/m-p/1029262/highlight/true#M76754

  • How to automatically generate messages

    hello.
as part of the ongoing development of my video library system (done using Java, Swing + JDBC) - i must be able to generate an Overdue Reminder message and a Fine message in the form of JOptionPane messages. in order to do this i must be able read the loan information from my video library database so that i can generate such messages. i have pseudocode already made out for this.
IF ReturnDate is greater than 7th day
    Display OverdueReminder
IF Product is not returned after OverdueReminder is issued
    Display Fine
    IF Fine is not paid
    Display AccountDisabledNotice
how can i turn this pseudocode into code?

yes. what i have to do now is learn how to generate messages.
    thanks for the reply.

  • When logged in multiple times, I get annoying messages from AOL System Msg

I am using iChat from home and work. In my iChat settings, I have "Allow multiple logins for this account" set.
If I log in from work (and am still logged in from home, or vice versa), I get a message from "AOL System Msg" telling me that I am now logged in from two locations, and that I can reply with '1' to log off the other location. These messages are somewhat annoying, as "AOL System Msg" apparently cannot be blocked. Is there a way to avoid these and still being logged in from multiple locations?

Is one version iChat 2.x ?
If so then the answer is No.
If both are iChat 3 try changing the setting when the other computer is Off. This maybe difficult but maybe the weekend would be the time to log out of the Work one first and then on Monday turn the Home one Off.

  • Rule-generated messages on GWIA - Allow replies

Last year on Friday before the week of July 4, we had a user create a vacation rule and she checked "Reply to External Users." She had listed her work email at her apartment complex. Right after she left work that day, her apartment complex emailed her saying the office would be closed for the week of the 4th. Her rule replied that she was on vacation, the apartment complex replied the office would be closed... and you get the picture. When she got back, she had received 80,000 emails and had sent 80,000 emails. We turned off "Allow replies" on Rule-generate message but now some would like it turned back on. Is there a way to prevent a loop such as this? If so - how? Thanks! Susan

    * susan1525,
not really. If you allow replies to the internet and a user creates a silly rule including "subject contains *", this may happen again. If the rule doesn't contain that statement, the reply rule should fire only once per sender until disabled and enabled again.
I allow rule generated messages to the internet to very few users for that reason.

  • Prevent rule-generated messages to certain host

    Hi,
maybe someone has an good idea for our challenge.
We want to suppress the rule-generated messages from GroupWise but not depending on who sends it, but on who receives it.
    Why?
Because we are on the way to enable Vibe Email reception but we don't want the vacation messages to be sent to Vibe (different internal domain, so the mails will pass GWIA and there be routed via route.cfg to the vibe server).
All thought / ideas are appreciated.
    Thanks

Currently the WSDL of the web service is known. It is http://www.abysal.com/soap/AbysalEmail.wsdl
How can I generate the inbound message interface in XI according to the WSDL?

    Hi Jerome,
Import the WSDL as an external definition and then you can create a inbound Message interface based on that external definition.

  • BPM - Unable to generate message from BPM in PI

    Hello Experts,
I am using a test scenario using BPM which has only two steps Receive and Send step. The scenario flow looks like  File-> BPM-> ECC. File posted from the external file system is picked up by PI processed successfully and sent to teh Integartion Process.
However the later part i.e BPM is supposed to receive this processed message (MATMAS) and send it to ECC. There is no PI message generated for BPM -> ECC part.
I have ticked the Start Process flag in Receive step. Am i missing something else?

  • OMB Plus : how to get all the generated messages into a text file ?

    Hello,
I wrote an OMB TCL script and I would like to know how to get all the messages generated during the exécution into a text file.
I tried this, but it works only for a puts command :
    set DesProjet ACT_1
    set filename [ open "c:\\temp\\INFDE_010_IMPORT_REPOSITORY_$DesProjet.log" w]
    puts "test"
    Thank you for your help

Hello Alain, you should try the OMBLOG variable. If you set it inside OMBPlus:
set OMBLOG c:/temp/mylog.txtthen all the OWB specific commands are logged with their output. By OWB specific I mean all those that start with OMB.
This is more than what you see in the interface, because:
    - messages inside procedures are logged; you wouldn't see them on std.output when you call a proc
    - variables are resolved, so if you issue the command
    set my_var VERY_IMPORTANT_TABLE
OMBDROP TABLE '$v_myvar'the log will show:
    OMBDROP TABLE 'VERY_IMPORTANT_TABLE'
    Table dropped
and you know something is wrong... so OMBLOG is very useful to intercept all manipulations on you repository.
If what you want instead is a dump of the screen output when you execute a script, I suggest you redirect standard output from the operating system command line. Unfortunately OMBPlus doesn't support all advanced redirection and tracing features of the TCL language.
    Hope this helps, Antonio
