Generate .pkb and .pkg files from DB Package

Question

Env. Oracle 10G
Hello,
We have around 20 packages in our db. While making release in Production we need all packages as .pkb and .pkb. To prepare release we go to each package and copy body contents in .pkb file and specification in .pkg file. This we have to do for each package.
Is there any way so we can automate process of creating .pkb and .pkg for each package. If someone has script or any idea, it would be helpufl.

A little extension to Peter's approach
select dbms_metadata.get_ddl('PACKAGE', object_name, owner) from dba_objects
where object_type='PACKAGE' AND [other criteria for the packages you like ];
/ But if it is needed to generate a file for each SQL statement, the following fancy SQLplus script helps:
