Hello everyone,
I need to generate a. DOC through SAPscript and then save this file in C: \ of the machine.
Can anyone help me?
It may depend on how you did the OCR. On AA 9, I generally use the Searchable Image for setting up the conversion to DOC. I do not remember there being a selection of font types in AA 9 for ClearScan and the result is not a standard font, but a created font that does not convert to DOC (newer versions offer font choices with ClearScan I think). Also, the ability to do the OCR depends on the quality of the copy (or a lot of editing will be needed). There are several things that can be happening in the process and it is not clear what you have done, or the quality of your original. OCR has tended to improve with each version of Acrobat. I was fairly impressed with XI when I got it.

We're on ECC6.0. We have a requirement to get the *.doc or *.rtf file checked in DMS, convert it to pdf format and download it as *.pdf file. The document data is stored in DRAO-ORBLK (LRAW data type). Has anyone programmatically done this? What is the process to achieve this? I've read in the forum that you should first convert RTF(.doc) data to OTF format using CONVERT_RTF_TO_ITF and then you will get the script format from rtf data. Generate the spool using the script data. Convert the spool to PDF using CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF. However, the fm CONVERT_RTF_TO_ITF uses RAW data type. There's also fm CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF but I don't know how to implement this for my purpose.
Also, if Adobe Distiller is installed on the SAP application server, can it be used from an ABAP pgm?

You've misunderstood the way Adobe Reader works. If you have a PDF file in your email, you can use Reader to view it. Reader doesn't convert your email into a PDF.

I have downloaded the latest version of pages and am having difficulties trying to make the Table of Contents links work. I just checked your account, and see that it's active. Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and make sure that it-s up-to-date. The most current version, 11.0.07, should alleviate that sign-in error.

Right Click convert to pdf - Gone AND Combining word docs and pdfs gone

I am on a Lenovo all in one think centre m92z, i have a creative cloud membership and have the most current version of acrobat xi pro. Up until 2 weeks ago i used to be able to right click and convert any file to a pdf, now that seems to have dissapeared... anyone know how to get that back?
Right click on a word file and it doesnt give me any options for acrobat at all, except an open with
Further more i cant even combine pdf's and word docs in the "combine files" dialogue box where you can drag and drop etc.I am having the same issue, I have tried repairing the installation and it did not work, I have uninstalled and then reinstalled and still no right click options. I have 3 computers with this issue and each of them when you right click will not show any of the acrobat options, but they do have a blank line (no text) that when clicked will open the combine window. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm working with imovie 08 on Macbook pro OS X and converted movie originally from VHS tape to .m4v files imovie wouldn't recognize it. I converted to .mov files and imovie generated thumbnails (for hours) and shows a New Event but there is nothing there. Any help?

That means I cannot Convert to DOC function??Adobe Reader is free; there is no trial.
Regarding the ExportPDF service; see https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2596
If ExportPDF is not available in your country, you will need to use Acrobat to convert; there is a 30-day trial available for Acrobat.
If you do have the Acrobat trial install, make sure you open the PDF to convert in Acrobat, not Adobe Reader. -
JCo Calling BAPI and generate htm and xml page in output

I am developing an Application in Java using JCO. The requirement there is a list of BAPI's are available for the selection, once the user select the BAPI , it will dynamically generates the screen of input parameters and than result will be stored in .htm and .xml file. It works for many BAPI's, but for few of that it won't work. Will you help me out why its gng to create problem for other BAPI's.
e.g.
BAPI_SALESORDER_GETLIST
BAPI_PO_GETITEMS
BAPI_MATERIAL_GET_DETAIL and few more...
It doesn't generate the proper output of these BAPI's.

There are many files so i wont be able to put the codes but let me tell u how i m doing.
1) Giving the options to user in which server they want to connect.
2) After connection has been established there is a plain text file available which consists the list of BAPI's which will be displayed in the list box.
3) After user select any BAPI and press a button named 'DETAILS' it will display the Import/Export/Tables list.
4) After clicking on Next , i m generating a dynamic screen for input parameters.
5)Here is this step also one problem is that i have to write all the zeros, can u tell me if i want to pad the zeroes automatically what i will do.Becz every time the input parameters of each BAPI would be different.
6) After getting input parameters i will generate the .htm and .xml file using writeXML and writeHTML function.
7) I want to show them generated xml and html file in iexplore using clicking button...Can u tell me how to achieve that.

can anybody tell how to generate pdf and html from a single report,
thanks in advFrom a single report, you can generate outputs to html, htmlcss, pdf, rtf, XML and text formats.
If you use rwclient, rwrun or rwservlet methods, specify desformat=pdf/html and the destination file name in desname command line parameters.
If you use Reports Builder, open a report, select File->Generate to file and select html/pdf. Then give the file name.

How to open and read pdf and micrsoft word (.doc) files or documents
My problem is how to use my BB 9800 software version 6.0.0.546 to read/view pdf files and microsoft office documents. I have also bought documents to go from online and have installed it on my phone, but whenever i try to open it I receive a message that it is incompactible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Why not install a 3rd party PDF reader and Word Doc reader to help open and read pdf and micrsoft word (.doc) files or documents? You can google it and select one whose way of processing is simple and fast to help you with the related converting work. It will be better if it is totally manual and can be customized by users according to our own favors. Remember to check its free trial package first if possible. I hope you success. Good luck.

CONVERT_OTF Convert SAP documents (SAPScript) to other types.
Example:
