'Generate your certificate' page never gets past 'generate'

I've been waiting several hours now, and tried through various different paths, and on several different days.
Generally, I've created a request (two now), following instructions, selected the file, and clicked on 'Generate'.
I'm stuck with a spinning 'Loading...' message. The only thing I can think of that might otherwise break this is the fact that I have expired certificates and provisioning profiles in my account.
How do I get past this? Am I the only one with this problem?

Use safari instead of chrome solve the problem for me...

Trouble with E-Mail Setup, never get past "Testing...

Just downloaded the latest Nokia Messaging App (Nokia Email 10.02(4)) never get past "Testing Network Connections" screen. Now- I can get email through standard "non-html" messaging, but when I try the other (the one applicatin that looks like an @ symbol), it says "Testing network connections", and never get past that. I do not have 3G, I have T-mobile pay as you go, and I also have wireless LAN at home, connect to the internet well, and as I said, get emaill through the less graphical form of Messaging, I just like the @ app, and it used to work, somehow got messed up.
I have a feeling it's related to my connectivity settings, which I don't fully understand. Any clues? Thanks in advance.

On what phone? You need a suitable Packet-data connection (gprs) and you best contact your carrier if they support Nokia Messaging.

Admin console never gets past discovery

trying to run admin console for iMS 5.2, never gets past the "running discovery stage". I get the error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/swing/Jpanel at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(Compiled Code)
Any ideas on how to fix this? This is on a Solaris 8 system. Note that the console for the iDS 5.1 runs fine (this is on the same machine).

the problem is : the .jars used for the iMS 5.2 console work badly with any Iplanet Console V5.x (they are for a console 4.2)
in the other way, the jars used for iDS5.x work wery badly (if not at all) with a server console v4.2
console 4.2 is installed in the server root of iMS 5.x
console 5.x is installed in the server root of iDS 5.x
so indeed, if these server roots are different, you "almost got" no problem (2 different consoles), unless :
both your servers are in the same administration domain, in which case you have a "server Group" and a "server group (2)" in any of the 2 consoles
if you mess things up in console 4.2, ie you try just once to load the jars of iDS 5.x by clicking on a Directory server Instance, then on subsequent startup, your console 4.2 goes no further than the screen "running discovery".
the workaround is somewhere documented, the quick explanation is :
in the jars directory of the console 4.2, find all jars which are used for iDS5.x, and replace them by 0 byte-sized files (nullfiles). This allows the console to reload correctly, and prevents you from further trying to load/use iDS5.x jars on a 4.2 console (you get a red dot in place of the standard icon)

when i used disk utility when booting from the install disk im told the "disk is damaged " but the repair utility wont run sand tells me to back up etc....

I fully agree with BDAqua.
Don't do anything with this Mac until you have an external disk which you can boot your Mac from.
Not all USB disks are easy to boot from - FireWire is better
When you have a suitable empty external disk I advise:
Put install DVD into damaged Mac
partitioning external disk into 2 volumes
install OS onto one volume of external disk
Don't import anything during install process - it may reintroduce historic problems
Boot external disk
Use finder to copy critical data from Mac to volume of external disk with OS
Use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the whole Mac hard disk to the other external volume
Boot into installer DVD and erase Mac's internal disk
Partition internal disk into 2 volumes and install OSs as required

Ipod touch keeps on restarting, never get past the Apple logo

I have a first generation ipod touch.
Since last week, as soon as I unplug the ipod from my macbook, it keeps on restarting and never get past the apple logo, until the battery empties out. But, when it is connected to my computer, it works just fine. I tried to restore it two times, but the same thing happens. I think it is too late to return it to the store: any idea what I should do with it ? Thanks for your help !

After multiple forced shut downs and left to run for hours, sometimes the desktop loads but the dock does not respond when applications are opened. The computer is then unable to shut down normally. Forced shut downs are necessary most times. Time machine backup takes extremely long, and attempts to use the time machine to bring the laptop back to the time befiore the problem arose was met with extremely slow and hung time machine function.

There isn't much besides a failing hard drive or other hardware fault that can cause those symptoms. Run the Apple Hardware Test, or just take it to an Apple Store for testing.

TS1367 My MacBook powered on but when I put my password in, it shows a small coloured circle showing that it's working, but it never gets past that.

What sort of backups of your users files do you have off the machine?
What is your machine and it's operating system version?
How techically skilled are you, how long have you used computers?
Do you think you can install a operating system or create a data recovery drive?
Can you perform the #6 Reset Users Permissions?

If you can't do any of these things and don't have a backup of your users data off the machine, then take your machine to a local PC/Mac service and they can assist.
If you find out there is a hardware problem, then take the machine to Apple to fix.

Adapter Light Always Red, Battery Charge Never Gets Past 99%

Hi.
My 2007 MacBook Pro's adapter is now showing only the orange/red light and never getting green. Also, the taskbar never shows 100% battery charge when the adapter is plugged in, but it does when you first remove the adapter.
My battery life is pretty short nowadays (never more than 45 to 60 minutes) and it's getting pretty hot near where the adapter connects. My fans seem to be running a lot more than usual, too.
Any ideas?

"Third-party" may be the better-understood term (I get "OEM" but others may not). Yes, there are some out there. However, one key item makes me nervous about them.
Other World Computing (OWC) sells an amazing number of Mac add-ons and replacement parts. It's my personal experience that they give excellent service after the sale, standing behind what they sell. OWC carries third-party batteries for Mac portables going back to the G3 Wallstreet, but they do not list any MBP batteries. This makes me think that they don't have confidence in what's out there.

Note that the prices aren't much less that what Apple charges, especially for the 17: model. I ordered a battery for a Wallstreet PowerBook from that vendor and it was identical to an Apple-branded battery yin every way except the sticker on it. It was a good battery, but I have no way of knowing if their MBP batteries are from the same vendor as the Wallstreet batteries.

Have you tried temporarily disabling any security software you're running, to see if it still happens?
Also, do you use V CAST from Verizon? It has caused conflicts with itunes processing files.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

If your email account offers a webmail access, I suggest checking the webmail - log in to your account using the webmail access, and I predict you will see all those "unread" emails there and can dispose of them from there.
This happens because the iPhone that went bad, when reading those emails, did not remove them from your email provider's servier.

GPIB controlled agilent 4155c never gets past initialization stage

I am working on setting up an Agilent Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer (model 4155c) to interface with LabView. I have installed the 415xb/c driver and have the library properly installed so that it comes up in the functions menu. I am able to get the initialize.vi to work, however anything past that does not do anything with the machine settings even though no errors appear. I am a fairly new user of LabView so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Try to start from this short example, that is a bit generic but i think it will work fine for GPIB conections.

When I log into a site, Firefox doesn't recognize I have logged in and asks me to log in again and again. I never get past this phase. It has to do with some setting but I don't know how to fix it.

Firefox is not recognizing that I have logged into a web page with user name and password. It is stuck on the log in page. Where do I change the Firefox settings so it recognizes the log in and password and lets me into the site? I have had this user name and password for several months so I know it works.
