Generating a worklist in Collection Management
Hi
I executed transaction udm_genwl to generate worklist, In the log, i got message as
Version 00000001 of collection strategy Z_AOL does not exist.
Help in this regard will be awarded with points.
Thanks
Chris
Hello,
Worklist is assigned to collection group, customer which are exist in that group worklist will generate on basing the strategy assigned.
As per SAP standard you cannot create a worklist for customer with 90+ days, but only you can add collection rule in the strategy, on basing that as criteria worklist will generate with priority as per valuation points defined.
as per my understanding from your question please check with your business whether new criteria need to added in the collection strategy for 90+ days ? if so, check the valuation points for that 90+ Days & add to the existing strategy.

Problem during Creation of Worklist in Collections Management
Hi,
I get the following runtime error when I run the transaction UDM_GENWL:
Short text
The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.
What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "CL_UDM_PARALLEL_RUN===========CP" had to be
terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Error analysis
An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was not caught
in
procedure "SAVE_PARALLEL_RUN" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
If you use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert to insert a record in
the database and that record already exists with the same key,
this results in a termination.
(With an ABAP/4 Open SQL single record insert in the same error
situation, processing does not terminate, but SY-SUBRC is set to 4.)
Any idea what this could be due to? Is this an errorin the standard program?
Thanks and Best Regards,
MadhuHi Mark,
I'm selected the checkbox "Start Online" in the selection screen for Generating Worklists. So, I believe I'm running it in the foreground. As for the selection screen parameters, here they are:
Collection Segment: TEST_SEG
Worklist Valid From: 10.10.2010
Distribute Items: Yes (Checkbox selected)
Distribution Method: Even Distribution to Collection Specialists
Start Online: Yes (Checkbox selected)
The master data and configuration have been made in the usual way for Collections Management as per the help documents.
I've created a customer via the Business Partner using the Master Data Synchronization.
Any idea what the issue could be?

Creation of Worklists in Collections Management
Hi,
In FSCM collections management, I did all the config and created Business partner and moved the FI-AR data to collections management without any error.
Now, in Tcode UDM_SUPERVISOR. I dont find the entries transferred to collections management. Could anyone please let me know, whether I missed any step or how can i find the entries in the worklist.
Thanks in advance!!!!
Regards,
AmeetHello,
1) Make sure the master data for your BPartner is updated (either manually or automatically) Role UDM000.
2) Please copy the standard strategies delivered by SAP (transaction UDM_STRATEGY). It happen once that the strategies were not doing anything at runtime...
3) Adjust your entries in UDM_GROUPS with the new strategies.
4) Run the worklist selection again (UDM_GENWL). Make sure you mark the flag "Distribute Items" and "Start Online".
... now check the UDM_WL_ITEM table.
If nothing appears, post the log given by UDM_GENWL.

Hello,
The main purpose of this BADI is to send fi-ar data to FSCM.
The BADI FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS is active, so When we create a customer in XD01, we are able to see that in Business Partner Tcode BP.
Our business requiremet is to create two additional fields to the worklist for Collection Management. So we have used the method COMPLETE_DATA which is available in BADI FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS and populated additional fields which are required by the business.
We have to execute BADI to get two additional columns in the Collections worklist, but If i execute the BADI, i am getting the message that "BAdI FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS is active". If i dont keep the BADI Active, i cant get the A/R data to FSCM.
Please let me know what are the Pros and Cons If i setup "FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS" as a background job in my current scenario to get AR-DATA into FSCM (OR) Should i have to definitely setup "FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS" as an Background Job.
Please advice me how to proceed.
Thanks
RajanikanthRajnikanth,
Did you extend the BAdi to have additional fields sent to collections? for the fields to be available in the worklist i think there are two other BAdi's to be created. if you have figured out let me know as we are doing the same adding a couple of fields from the old credit management of SAP (FI-AR)
Thanks

Collection Management Worklist
Dear All
We have configured the collection management in our test system and system was working fine. When we move configuration to QAS and do the testing there is no worklist created. Although we keep the same settings. We assign the collection profile and specialist to our business partner also
Please let us know what can be the problem.
Thanks and Best RegardsHi
My problem is solved. Actually I forgot to distribute the data to collection management. Now worklist is generated. Now I have only one issue that example I create the worklist and later I change the collection strategy and then run the worklist again. But system show the old worklist. How can the worklist be updated.

Getting error when creating worklists for FSCM - Collections management
Hi All,
I am trying to implement FSCM - Collections Management and after all the configuration in SPRO and periodic processing in SAP easy access for transferring Accounts recievable, when I try to create Worklist i get the below error "No BP rules with BP role category UDM000 exists for partner 200"
I have created and assigned the BP role category UDM000 to my BP rule, yet i get this error. Is there anyway I can check the assignment of the rule.
Please help me with your thoughts in getting this error fixed.
Thanks & Regards,
AmeetThat's fine deep will take care
Ameet my final options are
1.As deep said check the validity of the BP @ BUT 100
2.Check your config settings one again completly
Cross-app components>master data sync>Synchronization control (check all the settings).
Cross-app components>master data sync>customer /vendor integration>bp settings>settings for cust int -->define BP role for direction cust to BP(check you have assigned the group to the role).
Cross-app components>master data sync>customer /vendor integration>bp settings>settings for cust int -->field assign for cust int >assign keys>define number assign from cust to bp (here check for the bp and cust group and same no fields).
3.If you are running the the worklist gen by batch please check for the overlaps and the sufficient no of jobs available for processing.
4.If your you are using ECC 6.3 or lesser version then apply the note 1134890
5. The error may be mis-leading because the program always through the same error if there may be some other issues - so debug the pgm
6. If every thing is fine above then write to SAP
Thank you.

Exclude Special G/L Transactions in Collection Management Worklist
Hi everybody,
We have implemented Collection Management and Dispute Management. Every day with transaction FDM_COLL_SEND01 all open items are transferred from FI-AR to FSCM-CM. After that the workslists are created successfully.
I have noticed that all Special G/L transaction are transferred as well. This was not my intention.
In the IMG (Financial Supply Chain Managemeny > Collections Management > Integration with Accounts Receivable Accounting > Activate Process Integration of Documents with Special G/L Indicator) it seems possible to include or exclude Special G/L items.
The transaction suggests that when no values are entered, no Special G/L items appear in the transfer from FI-AR to FSCM-CM, which is fine. However, this seems not to work. Whatever I try in this customizing screen, the result is always that Special G/L items are available in the worklist. That's not what we want. Remarkable is that in this customizing screen, the option "exclude" is grey, which means that it cannot be used at all.
I realize there is a BADI available and there is a possible work around that gives the possibility to filter the data in the workslist itself, but that's not the preferred option. Is there another way to exclude Specials G/L items?
Hope that someone can help me. What am I doing wrong?
Regards,
CarloInteresting - I dont get the Excl field. (I have gone to the far right to check)
I managed to enter a value for a Company Code, Special GL and leave the relevant as blank.
You need to make sure your FIN-BASIS settings are for Enh Pack 6 as well.(736) and SAP_APPL is 606 -
Collections Management - Basic questions
Hi Experts,
I was wondering if somebody can answer few basic questions i have on collections management.
1. In real world, in production environment, how often do wen run tcode
A. FDM_COLL_SEND01 (Distribution of Data to Collections Management
B. UDM_GENWL (Creation of Worklists)
2. Each time when i distribute data to collections management do I need to generate the worklist?
Thanks in advance
gjthere is no magic answer to this question.
The AR transfer program is normally run once a day, however some customers might run this once a week as they have weekly tasks and large lists to work through
If you are running the transfer program, you need to run the create worklist program.
You could also run the worklist program more than once a day or week.
So to answer your question there is a Many to 1 relationship with the worklist creation being Many to the AR Transfer being 1. -
Posting a incoming payment collection management
Dear All,
I am posting an incoming payment for an overdue item using the t.code f-28 and transfering the payment using FDM_coll_send01.
The output details is saying that no payments updated for the customer 'x'
If i open and see the worklist the overdue line item of that customer is not there and in the payments tab also the payment is not appearing it is not appearing.
Any idea of why it is not getting updated...
thank you
vassyMahesh,
The logs are green and to my knowledge everything has been activated. Mind you, everything is working, including automatic synchronization of Business Partners from customer master data and open items, promise to pay etc in Collections Management. The only piece that is not working are the payments not coming across. The table FDM_COLL_LASTPAY is blank and thus they don't come across when you run FDM_COLL_SEND01.
One thought I had was that the reason it is not working is because there is no company code specific data in our Business Partner master data, since company code is part of the key of the FDM_COLL_LASTPAY table. We followed the following guide to setup the syncing of customers to Business Partners:
http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/b001aec0-b12d-2d10-3faa-b416e6de0270
As a result, when a customer is created, we get the following tabs in corresponding Business Partner - Address, Address Overview, Identification, Control, Payment Transactions, Status and Collection Profile. I do not see any company code specific data at all. I have not been able to find any information on how to bring company code level data to BPs. Not sure if that is the right direction.
Best regards,

FSCM Collection Management with FI-AP
Dear SAP Experts
I am using FSCM Collections Management with FI-AR. I have linked my customer and vendor in FI-AR & FI-AP and selected clearing between the two master records, does anyone know if it is possible to pass FI-AP data (e.g. vendor credit memos) to FSCM Collections Management so that they appear on a worklist? I cannot move Contract Accounting for various external reasons.
Thanks
SimonHi Simon,
Yes you can. Please, make sure if this is vendor has the role that can be identified as it like a customer. Normally, by BP transaction you can see this role.
The BP was used because this scenario. Since 6.0 version, the vendor can be customer and customer can be vendor by using unique code or BP number.
Please, check the documentation below:

Implementing Finanacial Supply Chain Management - Collections Managment
Dear all
We are in the process of Implementing Financial Supply Chain Management - Collections Management. We are also looking at business content in BI 7.0 as reporting solution.
While 0CLM_MC1 and 0CLM_MC2 are providing most of the data related to call worklist (like amount due, amount disputed, amount promised, dunning level etc etc) , an important piece of information that is crucial for debt reviews which is the text information stored in promise to pay and customer contact is missing.
Is there any way to upload this information (Long Text) is BI.
Thanks & Regards
Sachchida Nand DubeyHi,
U can go for BDC to upload ..
i.e.
'GUI_UPLOAD'
In general BDC and BAPI's are used to upload the data...mainly BAPI s are used to upload the bulk data...
if it screen flow then go for BDC upload...otherwise go for the BAPIs FM's

What else SCE couldn't do without Collection manager and Subscriber Manager for SCE?
Can we still monitor the traffic and control the subscriber even we do not have any Collection manager and Subscriber Manager? with SCE alone couldn't analysis or control the traffic?
Hi,
Without CM you can not generate reports based on RDR collection process. For example if you dont have Collection Manager you can not generate reports that are predefined on the SCA Reporter or insight. Only you can do is you can poll SNMP counters/values by a s/w and you can graph them, but it is not suitable and not covers the all data that SCE collects and reports. And for the SM side if you want to communicate with a policy/external server you really need an SM, also you can use its internal Quota manager to count quota. -
Dear All
We recently configured collection management. We already syncronized all the customer master with BP. Also assigned collection profile and collection specialist to business partner. We already transfered all the data from AR to Collection Management. Now when we try to display my worklist systme shows no data. Although when we transfered data from AR log shows that all the open items are transfered. Now only thing I am worried about is the collection strategy as I configured my own collection strategy. Can someone help me in this regard
ThanksFirst of all, make your strategy settings at a minimum rule. For example, accept all customer open items greater than 1 u20AC/$ and you will see if your AR integration has been properly done. And only if it is positive, you can improve your strategy...
Rgds,
Phil.
