Hi, This is my first time in skype to use it for calling.
I am trying to recharge it with 1.5$/month which gives me 120mins per month.
But when i go to payment page it says min is 3months subscription and need to pay (1.5*3$) 5$ now.
So i will get total of 360mins immediately after paying or only 120mins each month for 3months?

Using Multiple Generic Info Panels

Hi:
I had an info panel that was working fine in CS6 for production metadata on Photoshop images.
I then wanted to do a second panel with licensing metadata (separating it from the production stuff).
I duped the production panel, changed the name of the panel in both the manifest and properties xml files and then added in my new fields.
What happens when I go to the Get Info selection in Photoshop is that both panels have the same tag name as well as the same name below. The fields are correct, but I can't seem to get those names to change.
I've changed the date in the manifest.xml (which is suppose to reload it). I've killed the 4.0 FileInfoPrefs.xml as described in the troubleshooting section of the FileInfo SDK.
Kind of running out of ideas. Has anyone used multiple info panels off the Generic Panel successfully and does anyone have any other suggestions that I might try?

I still couldn't get it to work with my two panels, so I downloaded a clean copy of the SDK Info kit and grabed the folder GenericPanel from the samples folder. I duped it immediately and changed the names on the two folders to Test_One and Test_Two.
I went into each manifest.xml and in the first I changed two lines:

label = "$$$/Custom/Panel/CS6/Label=Test One"
and in the second to:
name = "test_two"
label = "$$$/Custom/Panel/CS6/Label=Test Two"
I changed the dates in both (adding a 02 and a 03 to the month in each) and closed out the files.
In the properties.xml files I edited the label lines:
<xmp_schema prefix="custom" namespace="http://my.custom.namespace/" label="$$$/Custom/Schema/Label=Test One Properties"
and
<xmp_schema prefix="custom" namespace="http://my.custom.namespace/" label="$$$/Custom/Schema/Label=Test Two Properties"
I also deleted some of the property choices in the second properties file so I could tell the difference between the two.
Dumped them into the 4.0/panels folder and started up Photoshop. Opened an image, went to File Info and fouund that both panels have tabs that say "Test One" and both had subheads on the panels saying "Test Two Properties" (although the panels themselves had different property elements -- one with the full generic and the other with the abbreviated one where I had cut some properties to make sure it was seeing two different panels which it is).
Is there anything wrong with my methodology that you can see?

Generic track names instead of the correct artist/album/song name

I've uploaded songs to my itunes library for the past year on my ibook G4, and the bought music CDs I imported always displayed their full information (artist, song title, album etc). I just replaced my malfunctioning 40 GB black and white ipod with the 60GB color display video ipod, and now every music cd I try to import shows up with generic track names and no artist or album title. Is this due to the fact that I started using a new ipod? Or did apple change itunes within the past few weeks so that every music cd now shows up only with this generic info? Is this a copyright security measure issue?

To get the track names etc., when importing a CD, you have to be connected to the Internet.
This article explains why.
To get the info later, select all tracks (with the generic track names) of an album and choose 'Get CD Track Names' from the Advanced menu in the menubar.
Very often the correct information will show up.

I changed the order unit in one of the plant specific info record and it resulted in a change in the generic info record (without any plant) for the same material & vendor.
Can anyone let me know why its happening as I am making the changes to a plant specific info record?

Hi Swathi,
Please check the purchase organisation used in the Info record is assigned to Plant or Company code.
If the Purchase Organization used while creating Info record is assigned to plant. Than you are doing plant specific info record change. If the Purchase Org used while creating the info record is assigned to Company code. Than it affetcts all the plants which are assigned to that company code.

How to upgrade to ios5 on 4th generation ipod touch?

trying desperately to upgrade a 4th gen ipod touch to ios5. just about ready to throw the darn thing out i finally resorted to adding iTune to my laptop (which i DID NOT want to do). Now i have the new iTunes - no longer can see my device and GRRRRRRRRR! The generic info on Apple site references wirelessly upgrade to ios6 but must have ios5 - grrrrr!!!!!

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

I have lost my serial number for my logic 8. I have the box and discs but seem to be missing the crucial bit. Anyway, I only found out as I am trying to upgrade to Logic 9 which i just bought and it needs the serial number for 8 as well.
How can I go about finding it or getting a new one etc.

My hard drive crashed while backing up!

How's this for luck: I finally bought an external drive and was in the process of making a bootable backup to a Maxtor One Touch Firewire 800 drive when my G5's internal drive crashed! I was able to insert the OSX startup disc which opens the installer, and then allows me to open Disk Utility. After several seconds of gathering disk information, I finally get two hard drive icons on the left side of the window. The top one gives me generic info about the drive (74.5GB and the model number). Under that is another hard drive icon followed by "Disk1s9", and that is greyed out. (I do not see the actual name that I gave the drive.) When I select it, Disk Utility tells me that the drive is not mounted, and the 'mount' button on the toolbar becomes active.
I placed a call to Apple Care. He had me unplug and then replug the drive. After that my drive was named Disk0s9 in Disk Utility, but was still not mounted. They told me I needed to go to a repair center. The tech at the Genius Bar of a local Apple Store used one of their drives to try to run Disk Warrior on my drive. At one point I saw my name for the drive on the screen, but Disk Warrior did not seem to start when prompted, and I was told that I was in possession of a dead drive and given the business card for a data recovery service.
Of course, I would like to save the contents of my drive. I'm just wondering if there is anything that I can try before shelling out for data recovery? I'm assuming that clicking the 'mount' button in Disk Utility is not the answer or the people at Apple would have suggested it? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Next time I'm going to back up individual files first and worry about bootable copies later.

You are going to need another SATA drive anyway at this point. And surprised you went this long probably on just one?
Install 10.4.6 on the new drive (assuming you don't want to install on the Maxtor) - later versions of Tiger have improved on Disk Utility than what 10.4.0 had. Apple sells 10.4.6 DVDs now also.
DW can take a long time. But it is possible it is salvageable. Even put SATA drive in a universal SATA/FW case and deal with it there.
DiskJockey and Data Rescue are two good options. Disk Utility can also has a Restore tab to allow copying one drive to another. A sector copy might be of use, too.
TechTool Pro (4.1.2) might even be of help (DW has not been updated and there IS a need for it, but it has been over a year they've been working on that update).
People have even put hard drives in the freezer (sealed and moisture proof) to get access to a drive.
Heat kills drives. And it could be your system and the drive got too warm.

How do you stop the printer printing a huge unwanted pile of pictures?

We've all done it - you have selected a full folder of 200 or 300 pictures to view and have accidentally sent them all to the (very expensive to run) bubble jet printer. The printer start spewing out prints.... how on earth do you stop it immediately without chopping down several forests and taking out a large mortgage to pay for the ink????
The only way I can see is:-
1. Turn off the printer in full flight.
2. Open the printer queue window and start deleting the pictures - ONE AT A TIME... This could take some time...
To my mind this is actually a BUG - there should be a check on how many prints are sent and a polite question (for say more than 6 to 10 prints) asking if you really want to do this.
There is, incidentally, a similar BUG using <cmd><i> for info where you have a large number of files selected. This doesn't do what you would expect - open a single generic Info window - instead it opens an ufo window for EACH file. This again take donkey's years to sort out.
I'm using an iMac with OSx 10.9.4 and the printer is an HPPhotosmart 6010.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but "Delete the print queue in the Printers & Scanners preference pane" is something completely different than "delete the printer entirely in the left hand box and re-install it"....

Illustrator error in windows 8

My Illustrator CS6 (trial mode) is with error 16, and it's not reinstalling nor unistalling. I tried to run the cc cleanner, but it's not running either. My windows is 8, and not even the adobe suport has instuctions to windows 8!

Error 16 means the licensing system isn't working and this could be anything from a busted install to the required services not initializing, possibly due to permissions issues or security stuff. Based on your generic info nobody can realyl say more than that. in any case, you need to fix those issues. Check your permissions/ user privileges, turn off security stuff, try compatibility modes.

I want to use a UIData component in a JSP JSF page but the current rendering (datatable) does not match what I need.
For each record, I need to display 2 lines and not a single one. Using h:column, I don't find how to make it possible.
What I want to display (per record) is:
- On the first line: generic info (summary of the item, item id,...)
- On the second line: details and commandlinks
I've started extending UIData but the commandlink I use do not behave corectly (the method of the backing bean is not called).
Do you have any idea about what to do?

Unlogged HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error, How To Get It To Log?

Hey there. I've searched hard for an answer to this one and no joy so far. Ten bucks for an answer!
I have a BEA WLS 8.1 that is returning HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error when accessing the application. While there is a summary log entry in the domain's access.log there are no supporting details in any of the other logs. I'm hoping there is a stack trace somewhere! Has anyone had any luck finding more details in a similar scenario to find the cause of the HTTP 500?

Huge fragmentation/inflation in the table

Hi,
I have an application that does insert of data from flat files to the tables every two week. Each time while loading data, the application deletes all the relevant data that is being reloaded (I mean the table is not entirely truncated or all rows are not deleted but a portion of it - identified by values of two columns like customer_id and data_category_type -all data of given customer_id and data_category_type are deleted every fortnight.)
Now the strange thing I see is that my table is getting HEAVILY inflated! The average row length is just 73 bytes for each rows, as of now this table has just 1316 rows and the number of blocks for this table are 2638!! Note that the table has undergone several huge inserts and deletes - several thousand rows over several months but as of now it has just this much data.

(Note: i just made up a different table name as we have to give only generic info not actual schema name, but all other statistics are absolutely actual -not made up). What can cause this - I can confirm that we do not user /* +APPEND */ hint - the inserts are simple inserts...so when the rows are deleted shouldn't oracle be able to use to available space? Why is this extreme inflated space situation got created , what coudl be the cause of it?
