Generic with holdingtac report T Code : S_P00_07000134
Hi,
I am executing the generic with holding tac report RFIDYYWT ( T Code S_P00_07000134 ).
the report should
1) All vendor invoices paid
2) All credit memos paid
3) All open down payments i.e. down payment paid but not yet settled against a final invoice.
But , I am getting only 1 & 2 documents ( above mentioned ) it means that I am not getting the All open down payments documents in the report output.
please do the needful ASAP.

When I run S_P00_07000134 - Generic Withholding Tax Reporting to generate the 1099 output I get the following errors
1. Company code 3000's witholding tax reference number is missing
2. Unable to print form IDWTCERT_US_1099MISC
I chose the following in the program
Process group: US_1099
Output group: US1
Am I missing any configuration or something else here?

Please review the online documentation for report RFIDYYWT located via help -> application help here you see the following information;
ADDITIONAL COMPANY CODE DETAILS:
If you need to make the tax references or the EDI Identifier of your companies available for lists or files or forms processing, you have to define the parameter types, that you usually use, in withholding tax reporting customizing. ( this may be pre-customized )
If these data are not already defined in the Additional company code details table, you need to maintain the following parameters for each of your company codes :
WT_TAX: Tax Reference provided by Tax Authorities when set up for fiscal Scheme
WT_EDI: 4 characters EDI ID provided by Tax authorities when set up for EDI.
To do this, select Environment>Additional details within the company code global data option

S_P00_07000134 Generic Withholding Tax Report help needed!!!
Hi,
We have made all the required settings for country Thailand & we are running the report S_P00_07000134 - Withholding Tax -> General -> Generic Withholding Tax Reporting.
The process type is STD & Output group is CER.
Process followed:
1. Posted a Invoice with FB60.
2. Made the payment with F-53. EWT deducted at time of payment automatically based on settings.
Now when running the above report, i get the message, No records were selected Message no. 7Q702
Plz suggest what can be the reason for same.
Points will be rewarded.

It has a field (WT_SC_TEST_RUN) if is not checked, there are a 7Q702 Message

Hi
The issue is with the S_P00_0700134 Generic withholding tax report. Two Vendor invoices have been reversed but the reverse is not affected in the report. The report just shows the origninal invoice amounts.

S_P00_07000134 Generic Withholding Tax Report, Sender Variant, Footer Text
Hi Experts,
I'm using the standard report form for withholding tax, our requirement is to display the names of the signatories in the form IDWTCERT_PH_2307. I'm exploring the "Sender Variant" in the selection parameters under "Forms" tab. Would this solve our issue? Is the form customizable using the sender variant?
If this is so, kindly guide me on how to maintain or configure the text? So far, I have found the menu path in FI => FI Global Settings => Withholding Tax => Extended Withholding Tax => Generic Withholding Tax Reporting => Printouts => Define Header and Footer Texts in Forms, but I'm lost on how to customize this, particularly on the Text part.
Please help. Thank you.

Just Do the below settings as mentioned below:
Go To T-Code: SE71 and provide Form - J_1IEWT_CERT and copy this form to New Z Form and in that Z Form, Select Page Window Option from SE71 and Edit the Main Window and provide the New Signature and Save these Changes and Assign this Z-Form to the Company Code, Business Place and Withholding Tax Keys in T-Code: J1INCRT and Try the complete scenario.

Historical report issue with CCX Custom Reason codes
Hi Evryone,
I have CCX version 8.5,
In Cisco Desktop Administrator ,I have configured custom Reason codes for agent logout & Agent not ready,
These code are working ok when agent is loging out or Not ready,
But in Historical reports I am not able to see these custom Reason code base reports
I can only see the reports for agent not ready/login logout with only global reason codes, but report didnt show the cutom reason code base report
Please help me to troubleshoot this issue.

Did you do something else while creating new global reason codes?
I have global reason codes, but in the the Historical Reports "detail" tab don't show up any of them. Report only shows system-genereted reason codes.

Code 128 Font included with Crystal Reports?
We are currently running Crystal Reports v11.5. We are attempting to print out work orders through Sage Mas 500 software, which uses Crystal Reports to print out the documents. I was under the impression that Crystal Reports came with the barcode font Code 128.
My question is, did it indeed come with a font for Code 128 in order to generate barcodes? And if so, where can I find this font located at to install (Perhaps an option I'm overlooking during the install or the Program Files after the install)?

Generic ad-Hoc report tool like Database Browser
1) Are there any plans for making the Database Browser functionality in the SQL Workshop reusable in HTML DB applications? I am in the very beginning stages of building a generic ad-hoc report page in HTML DB. What I mean by this is the user can select a table from a restricted list of tables, select columns from that table, and execute the query. This is all I have working at this point. I will add other features obviously like WHERE clause criteria, results ordering, column ordering, and saving query in database for future use. I was wondering if this could be accomplished by utilizing the Application Builder's Database Browser without having to give the users developer access, all but the saving the query to the database of course.
2) Has anyone else built a generic ad-hoc query type tool in HTML DB? If so, what type of functionality did you implement or not implement? I am also interested in what measures had to be taken to prevent SQL Injection.
3) Is there much interest out there for an HTML DB ad-hoc query report tool that could be incorporated into an HTML DB application?Hi Scott,
There's definately interest. I have 30 data tables (and 17 lookups), and the users will need the ability to query any column in any (data) table, and maintain the parent-child relationships to build up all of the where clauses.
I've downloaded you QBE and Quick QBE, and have a couple questions/comments/problems.
With QBE, I try to add it with the Upload Script feature, and it keeps dying on me with "Error: ORA-20000: Unable to get the block of code: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small" message.
With Quick QBE, in the readme.txt file, under "Definition of Each File", you refer to code.sql and quick_qbe.sql. Under "Order of Execution", you refer you code.sql and people.sql. And then in the zip file, you have ddl.sql and quick_qbe.sql. It gets a little confusing. :^)

I can't answer to all your questions, however I can tell you that:
2) The directory where to put the report file is specifiend in a file named
<serverName>.conf
in the sourceDire property
<property name="sourceDir" value="/directory/dove/mettere/i/report"/>
that you can find under ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf
3) The URL is
http://<server IAS address>:<port number>/<jsp file path>/<repName>.jsp?server=<report server name>&userid=<user>/<pwd>@<DB conn string>[&<param>=<valore>[&...]]
5) In IE you have only to set the previous URL in the address bar.

Problem with Crystal reports for Eclipse and Postgres-databases
Hi,
Is there a known problem when using a PostgreSQL-database to create a report with Crystal reports Plugin? When I drag a table, then occurs a error-windows, that the object can't created.
I have found a workaround for solving the problem. After new installing Eclipse Platform Version: 3.4.1 Build id: M20080911-1700 and Crystal reports Plugin 11.8.6.v1371 with JRE 1.6.0_01 the error message allways occurs, when I select a table from a PostgreSQL database (Version 8.2). After restarting eclipse you see the last selected tables in the field explorer and you can drag the table fields in the report. A repeated choice of the same table causes aliases for the table in the field explorer after restarting eclipse.

ArnoldYour issue appears to be a Crystal Reports for Eclipse report designer thing, and not a JRC runtime thing. The JRC runtime does support Type 4 JDBC drivers, but all modern PostgreSQL drivers are Type 4.
The current report designer is more restrictive than the JRC runtime - and PostgreSQL, being not on the supported platforms list, has never been tested with the embedded designer.
Unless there's anybody out there with experience with PostgreSQL and CR4E designer, who would be willing to share their experiences.

"Table Not Found" Error is coming.Later I Found that In stored procedure for certain conditions only this error comes.But I cant resolve it.

Both the main and subreport connect to an Oracle database via an Oracle ODBC connection and both share a single parameter, RUN_ID. I need to set a value for the parameter in both reports. crystalreportrunner.CrystalReportRunner.main(CrystalReportRunner.java:91)I believe the error is that the SQL query in the main report is being updated with the RUN_ID but the SQL in the sub-report is not. I am not sure why the update to set the RUN_ID in the second SQL query fails, but it seems to me the JRC is not detecting it as a missing parameter and is passing the SQL including {?RUN_ID} to Oracle, causing the JDBC driver to fail with this NullPointerException. I think this because further up in the log I see this:-INFO - Executing query: SELECT v.* FROM v_ger_main vwhere v.run_id = 254INFO - Verifying databaseINFO - Executing query: SELECT h.* FROM v_ger_av_ls_tagging hwhere h.run_id = {?RUN_ID}ERROR - QueryEngine error: verify database failed.Both connections are from the same database, but the first has the updated value (254) whilst the second query still seems to have the parameter and so fails to verify.Can someone suggest how I can fix this problem or if I have missed something that is required?Thanks.Jon.Post Author: Ted Ueda

What happens if, instead of passing in parameter field values, you pass the report source object to the viewer (ReportViewerBean for stand-alone or CrystalReportViewer for web)? The viewer should introspect the report for the parameter fields and bring up a parameter field entry dialog box. Does such a dialog box come up? Is only the main report parameter field queried for, or both main and subreport paramter fields? When you enter correct values for the field, does the report display?
Hopefully, the above should narrow down the issue.
By the way, JRC doesn't support ODBC connections, only Java based connectivity such as JDBC, JavaBeans and XML. If you have a report with ODBC, then it looks for a JNDI connection with the same name.

Since upgrade 5 everytime the search bar and fox logo are on the right and not central
