Genuine Toshiba upgrade tells me not genuine

Question

From time to time Windows tells me on startup that my copy may not be genuine and requires activation. I click through to activate and it does it in a split second. Genuine Toshiba Upgrade DVD sent to me from Toshiba. Upgraded from Vista.
Satellite L300 29W.
Not really a problem but it is annoying as I have paid for a genuine copy.
Any ideas why, and how I can stop it?

If nothing else works I probably got one solution.
Just to repeat your problem, you're win 7 tells you it's not genuine right? Not your Toshiba, is it?
Well if Win 7 doesn't work properly, there are two solutions as I see it:
1.) Go to the Windows Wegsite and write to the support team, that problem might have shown up before anyway, but if not:
2.) Go to : http://techpp.com/2010/03/04/new-removewat-windows-7-activation-crack-bypass-kb971033/ (edit --> new version available)
This Program removes the so called WAT (Windows Activation Technology). It can be recovered afterwards if you found another way to resolve the problem.
Using this is only illegal if you are not in posession of a real Win 7 Key.
