Genuine Windows 7 Error message

Question

Hi, my pc has Windows 7 home premium pre installed and has been working well for the last 5 years but suddenly it tells me repeatedly that the versions of windows is not genuine. I cannot find a solution but here is a diagnostic that perhaps means something?
I also followed instructions with the message but the LEGITEK.HTA file would not run on my pc ?
Can you help. I do have genuine windows and I would rather get rid of the message.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers - Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers try downloading and installing them from here -
