Get active employees of organization unit and its sub organization unit

Hi,
I have OU in selection screen. If I give 50000000 in the selection screen and my list displays all the active employees under that organization unit.
but under 50000000 OU,it contains some other OU like 500000010 nd so on.. (ie,sub OU). now i want to display the active emplyees of these sub OU also...
give me any function module to get this???

CRMD_BUS2000108 - organizational unit and attributes for org. unit

Hi all!
As I'm customizing Lead creation (and in a second step lead generation)
I would like to receive tips about "selection of organizational unit and attributes for org. unit".
I expected that, by entering a BP number of a prospect or sold-to party, the organizational unit and its attributes would be displayed automatically on the tab "organization".
This is not the case. When I start the lead creation, there is a pop-up screen inviting me to choose the organizational unit. afterwards a pop-up screen for the attributes of the org unit. Only after setting a flag in both pop-ups, I see the actual "lead" transaction. When I enter a BP number, the sales assistant and sales rep are found automatically.
Could anybody please explain how to change the customizing?
I would like to see the lead transaction (create) first, enter a bp number and than have the org unit and its attributes, the sales rep and sales assistant found automatically.
Any usefull answer (would make my day ), will be rewarded.

hi
this is happening because you have not done the org data determination in your transaction,just go to SPRO and there in org data determination ,you have many standard ORGMAN rules available which you can use which will pick the data according to the user ,BPs etc.
it will enable you to first give BP and then the org data will be driven automatically from the system according to the rule in org data determination.
so first go and use rule ,try using rule ORGMAN_12
then attach this rule to the org data profile and then add this org data profile to the transaction in basic settings in transaction where you have defined your lead transaction.
it will solve your purpose

If, during an application page view, you would like to reference the page ID, use the bind variable :APP_PAGE_ID, the function call v('APP_PAGE_ID'), or the substitution string &APP_PAGE_ID., the use of each being particularly suited for different contexts as explained in the documentation.
The page title can be obtained by querying the publicly accessible view apex_application_pages, qualifying such query with the application ID and page ID.
Also, if you avoid non-standard punctuation, I believe your meaning will be more effectively conveyed.

Legal Unit and Foreign Trade organization are not in same country

Hi all,
We are currently working on a Maquiladora project under which our plants in Mexico will be assigned to a US company code.
However, when we try to define this org structure in GTS, we are getting the below warning message while assigning the Legal Units (with MX address) to the FTO (US address). The system allows us to save the config, but it doesn't appear to work correctly. For example, when I simulate an import into MX plant, the system is applying the US legal regulation rather than MX.
Has anyone encounterred this error or any suggestions? (One idea we thought about is to define the FTO with a MX address, not sure if this would be the right thing to do; one additional problem is, the given FTO also includes other US plants for which we do want to apply US legal regulation, should we rather define an entirely separate company code (US address) & FTO (MX address) for the given MX plants??)..Can someone shed some light on this subject? In GTS we can map the company codes to FTO's as one to one and FTOs to company codes as many to one in the same way plants and legal units.
So in this case you can maintain one dummy FTO related to Mexico and assign it to the plants in mexico.But in R/3 you will map the plants in mexico to US company codes.For this SAP has provided some BADI's to implement this functionality.we have also have some similar functionality which we have implemented it at the time of transfering outbound deliveries.So use the following BADI /SAPSLL/IFEX_SD0b_R3 and method IF_EXTEND_CON_CDOC. you need to maintain one custom table for the organization units which needs to be transfered.

Those can be the features of faulty battery. See if you can get Recovery Mode, don't Restore just enter Recovery Mode. Connect iPhone to computer or Charger. Hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds, see if it enters Recovery Mode. When you unplug Recovery Mode will go away. If it enters Recovery Mode fine, then most likely faulty battery. If you like you can always enter Recovery Mode and try to Restore.

Scrap Asset and its sub assets in one transaction code

Please suggest if it is possible to scrap an asset and all its sub assets in one transaction as opposed to scrapping them separately in ABAVN.

Click on the button Multiple assets and fill in there the main asset and sub numbers. You have to fill them all in. There is no transaction that you can do this with filling in only the main-asset number

Mapping and creating new instances of a node and its sub-nodes

hi,
i need to map every 3 items from source interface to 1 in target interface.
i have on target interface parent node which is called 'item' and occurs 0..unbounded (and other sub-nodes).
this node have a sub-node which is called 'item_data' and occurs 0..3.
i created a mapping:
source_item ->counter->checking mod 3--->if

when i test mapping with 1-3 source_item the sub-nodes 'item_data' are created,
but when i try 4-5 and more , 'item' node is created twice but the second instance has no sub-nodes of
'item_data' (it has other sub-nodes).

I guess you have used some udf for the target parent node (item) mapping. I am trying myself to generate the queue for item_data using standard functions, but yet to come up with the desired result. If achieved will let you know..................for now it seems that writing a UDF (queue) would be the best approach.
iterate through the input queue array (source item_data values all in same context using RemoveContext) and insert a ResultList.CC after every third element in the array.
Hope you can come out easily with the java for this logic. Let me know if it's helpful.

the short text of the activity is stored in table AFVC. The key of this table AUFPL and APLZL i. e. the internal network number and activity number. The external position number is field VORNR.

Purchasing in different unit and invoicing in different unit

Dear Gurus,
I have a scenario for cotton procurement. We are Purchasing cotton in lots with standard factor ( 1 lot contains 100 bales). Inventory is managed in bales. GR is made exactly the same qty as on PO. At the time of invoicing, we are paying Vendor in terms of Kgs. How can this be possible in SAP?
Each bale has different wieght. Now for payment, we total the weight of 100 bales which is the actual wight of the lot, and then payment is made according to that total weight of the lot.

I get to know , payment is made in kgs for vendor.
so i assume the cotton rate is also maintained in Kg . in the info record / PO.
maintain conversion factor for 1 bale to Kg or Lot to Kg.
since the bale weight keeps varying , based on your business experience you would be knowing typical weight of a bale.
the bale weight value may vary each time but with in an accepetable range . So you can adopt a cut off /fix value for Bale in terms of Kg, this is one way of solving your issue. so you make ur business in terms of bales and lots but pay in Kg.

Movement type and its sub sequencing movement types

please help with configuration behind below scenario,
When I do goods reversal with 262 movement in MIGO, the material is going under quality stock. when I looked the detailed goods movement, it is showing two other documents created with movement type 322 along with 262 movement type document. WM functionality is activated for this material.

262 is the reversal movement for 261
both movements can only work with unrestricted use stock
322 is the reversal of 321 and posts an unrestricted use stock into quality stock
the 322 is not conected to 262. and does not have any reference to 262
if those movements really come together in your system, then I think this is because of an own developement
