I get an unknown error when trying to access app store on my iphone 4...I have turned it off and on, updated the software, etc. I have never been able to sign in.

You could add your contacts in one by one (or a few at a time) on whatever you are syncing with (Google, MS, etc.) and try and catch which contact is causing problems when you sync.

I currently have the lastest version of iTunes unstalled on a Windows Vista PC. For a few months now, I get the error code 0x80092013 when trying to connect to the iTunes store or log in to my iTunes account. I have tried to run diagnostics but there is no help availavle because iTunes will not connect to the internet to get the help I need.
I have scoured the interent for a solution to this problem and have tried everything I have come accross, from re-installing to reading every support page I can find. I am becoming so frustrated trying to fix this problem, it is not my apple ID as my iPad works perfectly fine. If anyone can give me a solution that actually works it would be greatley appreciated

So I changed my IPv4 as well as IPv6 DNS-Servers under Windows Network Preferences and everything worked again.

My iphone 4 v4.2.1 o/s reboots when trying to access App Store - help !!

My phone started rebooting itself yesterday afternoon after working perfectly for weeks. I have checked and can access most applications - messages, email, safari, ipod, calendar, itunes, contacts however when trying to access the App Store it triggers the reboot - the phone is running o/s 4.2.1

Well, as far as I can see, no one has responded to this question. Nor do I see any solutions mentioned in other questions by folks having the same problem. So I can only assume that there IS no fix.
Oh well, I know that one user is just "small potatoes" as far as the iTunes Store is concerned, but they've just lost this frequent little revenue stream - their loss, Amazon's gain.
Good-bye iTunes store - it was fun while it lasted...

I can syn and update apps when I sync with my pc. But when I click update or update all on my phone, I get first one and then a second itunes account name which are not mine. My own does not appear. It will appear if I am trying to download a new app.
So how can I get the right id and get rid of the false ones when I update from the iphone?

Downloaded ITunes 8.1.1 and am getting error message -9808 whenever I try to connect to the Tunes Store.

Error 9808 is usually solved by:
Check your internet settings.
Control Panel – Internet Options – Advanced
Uncheck “Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)”
Click okay
After unchecking the option, do you get another error message? It could be your firewall blocking access. Have you allowed itunes and itunes helper in your security software firewall?

I did restart the iPad which had no effect. Adding an app through iTunes still worked this morning.

I'm getting this: "File Error: Unknown File" when trying to render a Lower third made in the Motion tab. I'm using FCP 6.0.6 and haven't had any issues with this before. It seems to work fine if there is just text, but as soon as I apply any effect, like a drop shadow, I get that error message.
