I own a HP ENVY Ultrabook 4-1130us
The recovery data has been deleted by mistake and now I seem to have some OS issue.
Need pointers to restore my system to default factory setting.

Hi,
The only way to re-create the Recovery Partition is to perform a 'Factory Reset' using your Recovery Media ( flash drive ) - see the document on the following link.

If data were on the SSD drive with TRIM - practically no chance. If HDD - use DIY recovery software such as DiskDrill or DataResue.
As quickly as possible turn off the drive where deleted data.
Use an external HDD with installed OSX for data recovery.

How to get back the deleted order in EBP in to SRM-for which R/3 ord.exists

Hi Sap gurus,
We have implemented extended classic scenario in SRM 5.5. The issue is one of the local EBP order is deleted from our SRM system. As a general rule the backend order is also to be deleted from the system. But to our strange the backend order is not deleted in the R/3 system. Now we want to get back the local EBP order in to our system. Is there a way we get this again in our EBP system?
In BBP_PD tcode we have one entry as below. By using the GUID of this order can we get the order back in to EBP?

Hello psamp,
If your PO has status 'Deleted' in SRM, at header level, field DOC_CLOSED from BBP_PDHGP table should be set.
For PO status change, you can use CRM_STATUS_UPDATE function module with two rows in table JEST_UPD:
- one to inactive deleted status :
MANDT = your client,
OBJNR = PO Guid,
STAT = 'I1040',
INACT = 'X',
CHGNR = existing value + 1
- one to active ordered status:
MANDT = your client,
OBJNR = PO Guid,
STAT = 'I1043',
INACT = ' ',
CHGNR = existing value + 1
For header level, see BBP_HDRPROC_SET_STATUS_FLAGS function module.

How to get back the deleted request.

Hi BW gurus,
I was having a problem in ZFIGL_01 cube. 1 request was showing some error so i deleted that request without changing its status from green to red.
i then loaded the data again and now its not allowing me to activate that request in ODS because of that earlier request but when i go to reconstruct/insert tab its not showing the request which was deleted by me. Does that mean the request has been deleted from PSA also?
What will be the workaround in that case?
And in near future to avoid such kind of scenario what will be the settings required to be done so that i can see all the deleted requests in insert/reconstruct tab irrespective of the status of the request.
Now this will create problem from tommorrow onwards in my PC if it doesnt get solved. Kindly reply as early as possible.

Hope the upload is delta,
1. Goto TX: RSMO and identify the request.
2. change the request to Red/Green.
3. Reload the data.
suggestion: If it is a delta upload, Check the timestamp at R/3 or ERDATE before reload.

You can't. iSync has been discontinued since Mac OS 10.7 Lion. iSync has no connection with iCloud anyway.

You can't delete an Apple ID, all you can do is stop using it. You can delete the iCloud account associated with an Apple ID, but this does not delete the ID, just the account. And yes, you should be able to set the iCloud account back up using that ID.

I think Adobe pulled the Creative Connect Desktop app until the new CC release next month. I just built a new PC and noticed it wasn't available in the app manager any more. On my other machines it isn't working anyway. In another post Adobe devs said they new it was down because thay were working out some server issues. It looks like they couldn't resolve them.
I bought into the CC right from the beginning since I never buy my software outright but rather use a credit card. I thought that getting the whole master suite for $30 a month interest free was a great deal. Having all the software has been great, but it was over a year before we even saw a desktop syncing folder and noe it seens as though we are going to have server problems every time they upgrade the cloud leaving us to have to use the cluncky web interface during these sync blackouts.
I can tell you Adobe better get it together cause ther starting to p*ss off a lot of loyal customers. It feels like were dealing with a cellphone company who only gives deals to the new customers and once you've signed the contract your screwed.

No, you have to have turned it on. For example, in itunes, the first tab for your device, you can specifiy to back up to icloud instead of itunes.

I deleted about half of my startup disk capacity when I was trying to partition. I own a 128gb macbook pro late 2013 retina. How do I get back the capacity? The part I deleted had free space. My storage reads 30.64gb free of 60.24gb.

Then here's my suggestion.
Install or Reinstall OS X from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
      left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on
      the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
           because it is three times faster than wireless.
This should install the version of OS X that you had installed.
This will give you a whole new start on the SSD.

Accidently deleted Recovery Partition and it no longer shows up on reboot! HELP! I'm trying to install windows on my mac so i do some CAD, but i don't want to proceed without getting the Recovery Partition back.

If you deleted the Recovery volume, the only way to create your Recovery HD again is by reinstalling OS X. If your Mac came with the OS X version you have, start in Internet Recovery (holding Command, Option and R keys) and reinstall OS X

How to recover deleted "Recovery Partition"

Ok so I apologize in advance if this story is a bit long, and horrifying (actually it's probably entertaining xD). I purchased the Lenovo y510p gaming laptop on back on July 14th 2014. I got the laptop, and it just didn't work for me. It didn't play the games I wanted it to, it had overheating issues, the keyboard had a really sharp edge making typing uncomfortable as well. After installing Sony Vegas and Avast, and just shifting some of my personal photos/music over, I made a backup of the laptop using the OneKey Recovery software. This backup was made to one of my 500GB external hard drives. So I then decided that I just didn't like the laptop, and it was time to return it. I called Newegg, and got my RMA all ready to go. Because I had lot of my personal files and programs, I decided the fastest way to delete everything would be to use the OneKey Recovery by Lenovo, and do a factory reset. At the time, I didn't think anything of this then simply putting the laptop back to exactly how I got it. I even booted it up after the factory reset, and it looked just like the first day I got it. Fast forward 2 weeks, and my RMA is denied from Newegg: Your RMA (RMA Number: 60470880) return was received and sent to our Inspections Department for closer examination. 34-313-740 NB LENOVO IDEAPAD Y510P 59406636 RTSystem has been modified/altered original manufacturers operating system has been removed cannot access restore partition, this voids Newegg warranty. Unit cannot be accepted or resold as received. So I was completely shocked as to how I had managed to delete the recovery partition, I didn't modify the OS in anyway, and I phoned Newegg to check what was going on. They confirmed that the tech people at the returns department could not reset the laptop properly, because the recovery partition had been deleted. So, the laptop is being shipped back to me this week, and my question was what on earth could I do to recover this "deleted recovery partition?" If the OneKey Recovery still works, I don't see why it woudn't, then I can restore the backup that I made on my external hard drive from Day 1. That should bring back this alleged "recovery partition" that's been causing all hell to break loose lol. If however, I can't access that OneKey Recovery, I believe I'm in a huge pile of trouble. Newegg said that if I can manage to recovery that lost "recovery partition" then they will honor my RMA and refund my money. At this point in time, I'm trying to salvage my situation, and think and act quickly as Newegg does have a 30day only return policy. I didn't do much with the laptop when I had it other than test a few games, so I honestly have NO IDEA how I could've deleted the recovery partition. But I'm not thinking of that anymore, and thinking ahead as to how I can recovery this deleted "recovery partition." Thanks for reading this horror story, and I really appreciate any responses.

The first thing I'll do is go into Disk management to see if the recovery drives are there. Tbh, I doubt Newegg would purposely rip me off, so I'm expecting the drives to be missing. If they're not however, I'm taking pictures and probably dancing because I'll be so happy haha. If the drives are NOT there, I'll see if I can load up OneKey Recovery, and restore my backup, and go from there. Also yes I'm sure I bought it from Newegg, no third parties. @neok- That's exactly what I was thinking! I did the OneKey Recovery, then packed the laptop up and sent it for shipping. Then I get a RMA denied and I was completely shocked. That made me wonder if you could only do the OneKey Recovery once maybe, but I contacted Lenovo and they gave me a letter, written, saying what the OneKey software does. I then forwarded this email to the supervisor at Newegg, but she told me that the fact of the matter is that the "recovery partition" is not accesible anymore, and they're not honoring my RMA unless I retreive it. They were very adament about this. Also thanks for those links, I did a few Google searches myself and those are generally what I found. The reoccuring theme in those cases seems to be people resizing their partitions. I did not do that, simply played a few games, didn't like the laptop, did a factory reest, and boom. That's all I did. If I'm unable to use OneKey Recovery when I get the laptop back this upcoming Friday, I'll consult with those links. Thanks! @Zoltan- Yeah honestly I want to be furious with Newegg, but then seeing as they're really quite strong on their grounds that I somehow deleted it, I'm trying to think back to what I did. However, I find it hard to believe that I would delete the recovery partition, even accidently, because I only had the laptop for a day, and all I was really doing was transferring my photos/music, and installing a few programs. My desperate last attempt to salvage my money will be calling Lenovo and requesting the recovery media, even if it costs $60 or up. The only problem with this is that they might take a while to ship the disc. I only have until around August 14th before Newegg's 30day return policy kicks in, although I spoke with the Newegg supervisor, and she granted me 1-2 days of grace. I could order the CD right now, before I even get the laptop shipped to me, but that's risky seeing as I might not need it at all, if I can still access the OneKey Recovery. The more I think about it though, if I explain my entire situation to Lenovo, they might send me a free CD which I could then order right now, saving me a few days, and serving as more of a precaution then anything. Thanks so much for the replies guys, last Friday was the most stressful day of my life, this RMA was denied, and then I thought about it all day at work. I think I could've been more aggressive with Newegg, but I have no real legal documentation to show them. It sounds like you destroyed your boot partition and the recovery partition. Depending on it's age, your MacBook Air might be able to do a net boot. Plug and ethernet connection into it and attempt to boot. If it has the right firmware, it will find a net boot configuration on the net and boot that. Then it will give you a Recovery Partition like display and allow you to reinstall the OS X version that came with it.... assuming that it was Lion or ML. If your computer came with Snow Leopard, then even the net boot won't work.
At that point you need a bootable USB Key, or an external DVD drive AND a Snow Leopard installation DVD.
An Apple Store, if there is one nearby, MAY be able to get you going again. However, whatever is on the SSD now will be toast too.

Deleted recovery partition but recovered it - Toshiba Portege Z830

Hi, I need some assistance, i have this ultrabook so i deleted recovery partition did not format it, then i recovered it but now when i press 8 and all the options come to live the recovery wizard does not see the recovery partition like it use 2 and so it cant boot the toshiba recovery wizard thingy.
So when i want to put my system back to the factory settings i cant. There must be a way to astablisch the link with the partition and the wizard again. Plz help.

Back in the day pressing my computer only showed a c drive and now the recovery hdd partition is visible there 2. so maybe i need to boot it by making it active or something? im afraid to do that without advise becouse after maybe i cant use the pc again who knows.
