Get Code 15 error over and over again
I have been trying for hours now to install CS6 Suite on a new Mac Pro. Have even called in to Adobe Chat and spent an hour with them going through various attempts at solutions. Was left high and dry by chat person after they asked us to restart and said they were absolutely sure creating a new admin aocount would solve the problem. Anyone else solved this problem?

Trouble Downloading Updater receive error message OVER and over again
Hello! I have that little folder picture on my ipod and when I went to the support site, it said that I needed to download the updater. I signed in and clicked download. The next thing that happens is that I get this message:
Our apologies but there was an error with your session (perhaps you were away from your computer for a while). Click here to return to the download page. It happens over and over again and won't let me download the updater. I have a Compaq Presario V2000 laptop with Windows Xp. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! PC Windows XPIs your iPod connected while you're trying to download this file? If so, I'd try a different approach. Turn off your computer to get rid of all temporary files. Then, when you reboot, download the updater file to your desktop. (When the file starts to download, tell it to Save to your Desktop--it shouldn't "Run"--it should "Save" and then you can click on the down arrow and choose desktop.) After the download completes, then hook up your iPod and try to update it again. Is it successful now?
If you can update your iPod, save the update file to your computer, incase you have to go back to this version at some future point. Right click on the desktop icon and send the file to your preferred storage disk. -
Tried to download TV series from ITunes. Most ok, but 4 will not download. All I get is: download error. Tap to retry. Repeats over and over. Please help!
If you sync with iTunes on your computer - connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Click on the iPad name on the left side. Then at the top of iTunes go to Store>Check for available downloads. See if the TV shows will download there and then sync them to the iPad.
If you don't sync with iTunes, try signing out of your account, restart the iPad, sign in again and then try to download the shows again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to download again. -
I have an itunes gift card which I cannot redeem. I enter the code correctly and am prompted to sign in over and over again. I have tried resetting the iPhone but the laptop I had itunes on is broken, is there another way?

It just says that there was an error encoding over and over again. It is version 4.2.2 It said the software required a dvd- which i used... I've tried just backing up the video to a disc not using studio pro but my computer won't do it? Any suggestions?
David's right. Do the encode in compressor and bring the resulting m2v (video) and ac3 (audio) into dvdsp. Then do an advanced burn: build in dvdsp and test the build using the mac dvdplayer to play the video_ts folder you've created. Just go to file: Open DVD Media and point to the build folder or the video_ts folder within it. If this works, your dvd burner is probably the problem. You can buy an external burner for not a lot of money. Apple sells one, and you can even get cheaper ones than that.

I got a £25 iTunes gift card for my birthday and I have tried to redeem it but it is not working. I don't know if it's not activated but there is no message saying that the card is not inactive and I have checked all the letters and numbers and I have entered them correctly. When I enter the code it asks me to enter my iTunes account password I do that and then it just brings up the box to enter the password again over and over again... Hope someone can help! Thanks!

Did you try it with the iTunes your Mac already has?
Try running Software Update in your System Preferences. That should bring your computer up to the latest software available for 10.4. You would end up with an older version of iTunes, but that may be good enough to activate your iPad.

I have t-bird installed on both my desktop and laptop. The laptop is working fine. They were both running 24.6.0 until I updated the version on my desktop today after the problem occurred to 31.1.2. It still doesn't work. I keep getting the same message over and over again even though it's telling me that there are 200+ messages waiting to be delivered. This can't be an ISP problem as my laptop is on the same network and as I said, is working fine. The differences are: desktop running win 7 64 bit and laptop running win 7 32 bit.
I gave up and went back to your original suggestion. I edited the popstate file and added a delete record for the msg that I kept getting over and over. The format was d longassid 0
The single 0 for the timestamp is what I didn't know before. When I polled again, the record was deleted and the rest of my new messages downloaded.

My phone keeps on turning itself on, therefore interrupts the ongoing "iPhone Recovery Mode" in iTunes. This then makes me go back to square one: restore and wait 4 hours over and over again. What do I do to make it not get up again?

Thanks for your help !Save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll (or Save Image if you have iOS 8), then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account), choose Delete from My iDevice and provide your password when prompted (your data will still be in iCloud). Then sign back in (your data will download back to your device). That should stop the ongoing prompts for your password.

Yes, but the entire track must be listened to - until the track ends.
A song is not marked as played until the song has completed and the iPod starts playing the next song. The song must be played until the very end, and the same with a podcast.
