Get customer invoice address from one time vendor

Hi All,
I am working on cheque printing.
I have a question with in that.Customer wants if Vendor is one time vendor.
I can identify the one  time vendor using 'LFA1-XCPDK  is 'X'  then the customer invoice assress priting in screen
How can identify the custome invoice address from one time vendor
Please any suggestions are helpful

Hi Tarangini,
I hope it is a third party scenario. Get the sales order number from the purchase order created with that vendor. EKPO table contains PO line item with sales order as the reference document.
From the sales order , get the invoice from VBFA table. Pass this Invoice number to get the customer from (VBRK). Pass this customer to (KNA1) to get the address number. Pass this Address number to ADRC to get the customer address.

Sai

  • Regarding advance receipt from one time vendor

    Hai friends,
i am trying to receipt advance from one time vendor. while i am posting in f-48 i am getting a error that there is no necessary setting for special gl transactions for one time vendor. can any one help me to sort it out
    thanks
    sam

Basically for one time vendor, TDS processig is not supported. As one time vendor means that the master data can be changed to post the transaction with different one time parties using the same master.
And if the TDS is deducted for such master, then while processing the TDS certificae and other reporting the data will not be correct.
So if you need to do TDS processing, you need to define a regular vendor.

  • Processing Refund checks from One time vendor

    Hi Gurus
I have an issue related to refund checks from vendors with whom we have very few transactions. My question is that if I have refund check from a vendor but do not have any subsequent payment to be made, how should I enter this check in the system? If I enter a credit memo, it should reduce the subsequent payments to the vendor but what to do if there is no subsequent payment?
Thanks for all the help in advance.
    Regards,
    Shalu

    Hi
Thanks for your reply. I tried to follow the instructions but could not process the entries. Let me enter the steps I am following:
in Trannsaction F-43, I am debiting vendor AAA (not expense account but actual vendor number) using posting key 21 and crediting the expense GL account (posting key 50). So my vendor has a debit balance and the expense account has credit.
In the second step, I am again in F-43 and I credit my vendor AAA (posting key 31) and debit the bank GL account (posting key 40). But I am getting error that document spliting is active and Item category 04000 not allowed in accounting transaction 0300/0001
I am not sure if I am doing the correct entries or the scenario is clear to me. The exact need is that if there are no future payments, how do we handle any refund checks from the vendor that could be a one time vendor or any vendor with whom we have limited transactions.
    I appreciate your help.
    Thanks,
    Best Regards,
    Shalu

  • EDI FI Invoice and One-time vendors

    Hello all,
I'm trying to integrate an FI Idoc ( INVOIC02 ) on a one-time vendor and I get this error :
<i>No batch input data for screen SAPLFCPD 0100</i>
I has a look at IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI and the interface creates a batch input to create the invoice. I guess wen creating an invoice in FB01 on a one-time vendor there is a popup (SAPLFCPD 0100) to key in vendor datas. It seems that IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI doesn't managed this screen (i've tried to fill my idoc with vendor detail) because this screen is never generated.
Does someone have any additionnal information on that or have already managed to process and create an invoice on a one-time vendor via EDI ?
    Thanks in advance

  • One time Vendor _ Look for Invoices by VAT number

    Hi Guys,
I am looking for a way to find out the invoices for one time vendor base on VAT number.
I need a standard report, because I know that I can search the table BSEC, but I am wondering whether SAP standard offers you the option to look these invoices (pertaining to one time vendor) by VAT number.
    Thanks so much in Advance!!

  • One Time Vendor in F110

    Hi,
    1) In PO, under address tab, we entered a generic name and address for one time vendor.
    2) In IV (MIRO), we create multiple invoices for the PO under different payees by changing the one-time vendor's name and address.
    3) In payment (F110), we create proposal for the one-time vendor. In proposal list, each invoice generates a different payment number, however they are all lumped under the generic name we entered during PO under "payment to" field. After payment run, the payment list appears the same as the proposal list. The cheques printed show the correct payee entered during MIRO though.
Anybody knows how I can get the proposal list and payment list to reflect correctly?
    Thanks.

  • One-Time vendors

We'll soon be implementing the one-time vendor process but I have a potential audit issue.
When the AP clerk enters the bank details of the one-time vendor via MIRO does anybody have a verification process to check that the bank details are correct.  As when we set up a normal vendor there is the confirmation process which is handled by a differnt user than the master data clerk.
    Many Thanks in advance

I do not know of a standard SAP check on bank details for one-time vendors like there is for 'normal' vendors.
What I probably would try is to automatically set a payment block on every invoice for the one-time vendor.
I would try if this would work via a vendor specific tolerance (IMG: Materials Management / Logistics Invoice Verification / Incoming Invoice / Configure Vendor-Specific Tolerances) where the limits are checked, but the tolerance is 0.
If this fails, you could try a BADI which sets a payment block on the invoice (IMG: Materials Management / Logistics Invoice Verification / Maintain Customer Exits and Business Add-Ins / Maintain Business Add-Ins for Invoice Verification) like BADI MRM_PAYMENT_TERMS.

    A. One time Vendor Account is 50001.
    B. Some of major Vendor entries have been Uploaded to One Time Vendor.

    D. Major / Normal Vendors are - Polestar (Vendor), GAC (Vendor), etc.
How to transfer these entries to Normal Vendor Accounts from One Time Vendor, when Financial Statements for the year have been printed and transactions are posted.

I have done the following -
    1.Transaction Code used - F-51
2.Checked the option Transfer with Clearing to transfer entries from One Time Vendor to Full time Vendor; entries being KR and KG <b>NOT</b> KZ.
3.For <b>KZ</b>, with the same transaction code, I opted for Outgoing Payment Option.
Would anyone let me know, whether choosing Outgoing Payment for KZ for such a case is justified?
Rest F-51 was used for transferring the amount in a whole, but not invoices individually.
Could somebody suggest a solution to this kindly?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    I am using ECC 6.0
What standard report is available to display purchase order, GR and invoice belonging to one time vendor (CPD account group) ?

Special GL transactions (like down payments) are not allowed for one-time vendors.  Please refer to the following SAP Note.

  • One Time Vendor/Customer Accounts

    Hi All,
Can anybody explain the part in quotes.
For all customers or vendors with whom you rarely do business, a special customer and a special
vendor master record should be created. Those master records are for One-Time-Accounts.
"In contrast to other master records, no data specific to a single customer/vendor is stored in the onetime
master record, since this account is used for more than one customer/vendor. Therefore, the customer-specific fields should be suppressed"
    Thanks.

    Dear,
Generally for regular customers, you create customer at three levels which are
    1. General Data
    2. Company code data
    3. Sales area
IN One time customer you will be able to maintain only at two levels which are
    1. Company Code
    2. Sales are
Because this one time customer number will be used by many customers who rarely trades with you. General data like address and all are not maintained because all customers have different address and other similar details.
So when you create sales order, invoice or recieving payment at that time only system will prompt you to enter the general data for the customer.
Similar is applicable for one time vendor.

  • Missing an element of One Time Vendor Address on F110 remittance and proposal

    Hi All,
I have an interesting issue with one-time vendors on our F110 Run.
For some reason, one line of the address is dropped. If I look at the document produced by F110 in FBL1N I can see the full address on the document detail as below
If I look at the resulting output remittance or the proposal I see that the line with "SA" has been dropped and I think the "CITY" value used instead.
As you can see there is a gap in the "payment to" where the full stop exists.
Can someone point me to the code or config where I can configure what elements of the one time vendor appear on the output and proposal. Normal vendors don't seem to be affected by this, but I wonder if our teams maintain the master data differently in these cases.
    many thanks

Are you using DME file for output  then You need to define there which field they want to use .

  • One time vendor invoice

    Hi Experts,
I noticed that when I create invoice for one time vendor, the vendor data fields available is different with the normal vendor master data fields.
Example : in normal vendor master data, there's field Street4. In the one time vendor master data there's no street4.
Is it possible to add fields in the one time vendor data entry screen during transaction (e.g FB60)
    Thanks
    -M-

    Hi Nikitha,
Are you refering to SPRO-Financial Accounting-Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable-Vendor Accounts-Master Data-Preparations for Creating Vendor Master Data-Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Vendors)
I'm aware that this would control the fields (optional, required, suppress) for vendor master data based on account group.
I've tried to set the field Street4 - optional.
My question is ... During the transaction, let say FB60 (create vendor invoice). When I call one time vendor account, a pop up screen to enter the vendor data appear. And the field Street4 still not there.
So, is there any configuration to add fields for that ?
    Thanks,

    Hi,
1)Creation of Customer Groups is done in OBD2 and OBD3 is used for Vendor Groups.
    2) Number Ranges are created in XDN1 for Customers and XKN1 for Vendors. Then you assign these number ranges to Customer/Vendor Groups.
3)You can create Customer Master using XD01/FD01 for Customer Master and XK01/FK01 for Vendor Master.
    Assign points if useful.
