Get error 14 for 2 days. can't open mail, but works on internet explorer

When I try to open my email, an error 14 appears and says it's a temporary problem and can take minutes to hours to correct. This is day two, and it is still there. I can go to internet explorer and bring up my email.

I tested this:
Reinstalled Aperture 3.1 from the Trial Installer.
In some way it seems to be working. But the whole thing is a scary Chimera.
It can create an Aperture library. I can import and edit images, even in Graphic Converter ias an external editor.
But the Media Browser does not show the aperture Library that I created.
The versioning is inconsistent. The library appears as an Aperture 3.4 library in the Finder. Aperture 3.5 seems to be able to read this library and to upgrade it to 3.5
The Applications folder is showing the application as version 3.4 and as compatible. Spotlight is showing it as illegal.
When opening the chimera Aperture, I see plenty of warnings in the Console window:
An Aperture "Hang" report
xpcproxy assertion failed
com.apple.IconServiceAgent: main failed to composite image
quicklookd: Warning
and more ... the hang was critical. I had to force quit Aperture more than once.
So be careful. I would not trust any important Aperture library to this patched application, without testing thoroughly. Be careful with your precious photos.

You cannot run Photoshop CS on a new Intel-based Mac running OS X Mavericks. CS is far too old.
You'll have to buy Photoshop CS6 or Photoshop Elements 12. Or subscribe to CC.

There is a problem with IE10+ in that it is mistakenly seen as being IE1. To get around this either use a different browser or use compatibility view (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10)

I have win 7 pro and the download for jre 7u10 does not work on Firefox17, I have installed and uninstalled, but works on internet explorer.

I have uninstalled jre7u10, the latest version of java, and re-installed this several times and it will NOT work on Firefox 17. I have checked that the plugins are downloaded in the add-ons tab and made sure they are Enabled. I have tried disabling every plugin I have on the page, but it still will NOT run on FF 17. So, I have uninstalled jre7u10 in windows control panel. I got the jre7u10 download for windows 7 from the actual java website.
I don't know what else to do. I am totally confused as to why it works on Internet explorer but not Firefox 17. It gives me an error message on a chat window on one of my sites that says error client class not found, But I DON'T get this error when I use Internet explorer because the chat window works with it. HELP PLEASE ???????????

I questioned that 64 bit version thing and when I checked the download it sent me to the java version 32 bit for windows 7. The download of jre 32 bit works for my computer on internet explorer but not for firefox 17. I also checked firefox and there is not a 64 bit version browser. so I don't get this at all. anyway, I don't know what a 64 bit vs a 32 bit means but someone asked me to check that too on the site I went to they thought it might be different browser. It's not.

To find solution for this i tried this options all are failed:
1) I created a user,this user can schedule and view but he cant edit report. I scheduled from this user, also it failed some day.
2)I copied all the reports in to new folder from that i scheduled but no luck.
one more point... i am having 9 reports to schedule run daily between 11AM to 11.45AM.Is this will b any problem for scheduling.
In all the above cases i am getting same errors as posted above.
here i am showing one pic the report failed when it is in that sequence of 9 reports but success when it is scheduled run immediate.

I would love to assist with this issue!
I would delete the program and redownload it. To delete it, use your Windows button, search "iTunes". Then right click on the icon, then click delete.
Once you have done this, redownload it using this link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Error when adding iViews to a page, but only in Internet Explorer

I'm having problems with iViews. I have four iViews which all work by themselfs (when I click on preview). When I add two of them to a page, I get an error message, that the page could be displayed with the standard MD screen when I click ok. The other two iViews work perfectly in the same page. Now here comes the weird part: This error only happens in the Internet Explorer. In Firefox all four iViews in that page work without problem.
The iViews have to functionality of displaying the Outlook-folders such as Inbox and so on.
Any idea what could cause this error in the IE and not in Firefox?

Trying to restore bookmarks and get error msg windows can't open places.sqlite file. also get same message when trying to open json files for prev sessions.

Ibelieve remote user deleted cache and now I have no bookmarks. I have tried to reset firefox and was unable to do so. I tried to restore bookmarks through the places sqlite file and windows cannot open the file. I went to old firefox file on desktop and tried to open a previous version of bookmarks and windows could not open file. I still have bookmark toolbar and a lot of my categories bookmarks but they are all empty. My plugins are still there Can you tell me where to direct windows to open sqlite of json files?

To experiment more safely, could you create a new Firefox profile? The new profile will have your system-installed plugins (e.g., Flash) and extensions (e.g., security suite toolbars), but no themes, other extensions, or other customizations. It also should have completely fresh settings databases and a fresh cache folder. If we get your bookmarks into the new profile successfully, you can create a backup and restore it in your regular profile.
Exit Firefox and start up in the Profile Manager using Start > search box (or Run):
firefox.exe -P
Any time you want to switch profiles, exit Firefox and return to this dialog.
Please do not delete anything in this dialog.
Click the Create Profile button, choose a name like TESTING, and skip the option to choose a folder. Then start Firefox in the new profile you created.
If you have backups in the JSON format (e.g., bookmarks-2014...json) try to restore one to this TESTING profile. This article has the steps (you will need to use Choose File... to get to the backup):

Does that work and give you complete results?
If not, the next thing I would try is to drop in the places.sqlite file you have and see whether Firefox can read it properly.
First, open up a Windows Explorer window to this new profile folder. You can do that using either

* Help menu > Troubleshooting Information
In the first table on the page, click the "Show Folder" button
Got the list of files? Okay, leaving that window open, switch back over to Firefox and Exit the browser, using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "power" button
* File menu > Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup -- you will see the timestamps update in the profile folder, then rename '''places.sqlite''' to something like places.old and drop in the places.sqlite file you want to test.
Start Firefox back up again. Bookmarks?

My white macbook 13" from 2008 with updated software and additional RAM (which has been working fine) will not allow me to open the Finder window from the doc or any applications from the doc. If I click on the doc no action will occur and then a window pops up with this warning.

Thanks for writing.I tried to log out but the computer does not react to that or any other action.
I recently upgraded the itunes and other software (last night) used the computer and then shut down. When I turned on today, the machine wasn't responding and I saw the above message. At first I couldn't get a finder window to open and the screen would freeze with that or similar message. I tried a PRAM reset, I tried Hard reset (didn't get that to work).
So it seems to be the Finder or software that will not respond...
I'm not a great techie and not great with the lingo, but I'm willing if you have any other tips to send my way!

Yahoo mail will not show the body of an email. It works in Internet Explorer so I know it's not the Yahoo mail itself.

Well it depends on what webmail client you're using. If you're using yahoo, then there is no way to do it. I asked them a couple of years ago and they replied back that they had no plans in the future for the option embed a picture in their mail. if you're using Hotmail, there is a program called Live Mail Client that will let you embed a picture in your email but it's only for Windows. Maybe in the Future they will build one for Mac OS's. Not sure about Gmail.

Found this on the "more like this" Worked like a charm!
With the Mail.app quit and using the Finder, go to Home > Library > Mail. Copy the Mail folder and place the copy on the Desktop for backup purposes.
Go to Home > Library > Mail > Envelope Index. Move the Envelope Index file to the Desktop.
Launch Mail and you will be prompted to import mailboxes. Select OK and allow the import process to complete.
After confirming all mailboxes were successfully imported and available, you can delete the copy of the Mail folder and old Envelope Index file from the Desktop and this should resolve the problem.

I have a typing software that I bought a while ago. I had installed it on an old pc but I just bought a macbook and I'd like to install it onto the new macbook, as I no longer use the old pc. This situation does sound very frustrating. I know that you have tried some great troubleshooting steps already and the issue remains unresolved. Have you forced the Mail application to close and then opened it back fresh? If not, this is the next troubleshooting step I would suggest. Please let me know if the issue remains unresolved.
