Get error message "GetLogicalProcessorInformation .... kernel32.dll" after applying firefox 36.0 update
i was using firefox 35.0.1 and just applied the 36.0 update few hours ago.
after that, i was unable to run firefox.
when i double clicks on the firefox icon, it bumps out 2 error message.
1 of them is "GetLogicalProcessorInformation ... kernel32.dll"
and the other is "unknown exceptional error (0xc06d007e) at 0x7c812a5b"
those are keywords from the message since i am using traditional ver. firefox, not sure if i translate correctly.
wonder if i can just return to 35.0.1 and wait until another update fix this problem

Let us know if this solves the issue! If not, It is possible to download and install Firefox 35 - but there were some security issues fixed in Firefox 36, so it's always better to use the latest version.

I downloaded Firefox 4 onto my PowerPC G4, 1.67GHz running Mac OSX 10.5.6. When I try to open it I get error message You cannot open the application “Firefox” because it is not supported on this architecture.Use Tony's suggestion. I am running it right now and it is awesome. I love Mozilla but they basically screwed all of those older Macs over. Come on Mozilla. These Macs still work, and there are plenty of people with them out there.

Keep getting error message require newer version of iPod software to install apps on ipod touch v2.2.1. Is there a version limitation for using apps with the iPod touch? Loaded the latest updates etc.
I sounds like yu have a first generation (1G) iPod. You can update that as far as iOS 3.1.3. To get that update go here. You may have to use a different browser to get the sublink to work correctly.

I print shipping labels through Paypal, I want to print just in black ink, but when I use the Lexmark properties to change the printing to just black, getting message Prop Res DLL not located. Spent some time with Lexmark Chat to try and find out what I needed to do to fix this. As they walked me through a couple of things to try, one was to go to Internet Explorer, found I could do the necessary printing, with no problems of getting that error message. So it appears the problem is with Firefox 4.3

After I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox, I started getting these error messages every so often when I launched the browser. These messages will usually pop up every third time or so I open the browser and pop up on every page, sometimes multiple times, and I have to clear them away before I can do anything on the page. The message usually reads "Exc in ev handl: TypeError: oSAPlg.oRoot.log is not a function". Is there any thing we can do to fix this?

Just installed the new os7 on my phone and now when I plight it into my PC I get an error message. "The iPhone cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 11.1 or later. Go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of iTunes." What do I do now? Update iTunes on my computer or my phone. I thought my phone was updated.

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. Why do I get error message "Prop Bitmap DLL not loaded" when I try to print Adobe documents?
When trying to print either images or text from Adobe format I receive the above error when using Mozilla firefox as my browser. i f I use Internet Explorer as browser I do not have any problems printing from Adobe.
I recently updated to Firefox 9 and every time I try to print something in draft form from an email (like a confirmation of an order I placed on a website) I get the Prop Bitmap DLL Not Loaded message. I never got that message with the 3.6 version of Firefox so it is very annoying and starting to irritate me. I print most of my things in draft form to save using up the ink in the cartridge. I have a Dell 924 printer. I uninstalled the printer and then reinstalled it but that didn't help the problem. I'm not computer savvy so I don't know how to fix the problem.

Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
