Hi Wireless Gurus,
I have installed a vWLC, software version 8.0.110.0
and these APs are joined to vWLC: AIR-CAP1702I-E-K9
nevertheless we get this message in controller log.

You can refer the BUG CSCun22797
Do not confuse this error message as being the root cause in case you are having AP Join issues. This is not the problem for your AP join issue. Rather just a cosmetic mis-leading error message. This message will always appear until the WLC code is fixed. You will need to continue troubleshooting, so do not pause a lot on this error message.

I haven't encountered this problem before. On my WLC 2504 I've tried now software versions 8.0.100.0, 7.6.130.0 and 7.4.121.0 (as per recommendation from other supportforum-posts), but still get this debug error when I'm trying to join ap models 1142 and 2602:

Does anyone know what is failing here? Surely the ap's should be "known" in these software versions?

Bent EskilHi I have the same issue, today i rebooted the controller after that no Access Point is joining the controller. While debug i can see same logs as given above. I have configured option 43 and 60 as well on cisco switch. Pool commands are:

I am transferring my mother's address book and mail etc to my computer from an external hard drive enclosure and am not able to open it due to this message: You can't use this version of the application Address Book with this version of Mac OS X. HELP! Is there a way to open her older applications and get the info out?
her email is in user>Library>Mail folder. Hopefully you've created another user on your Mac for your mother so she would have her own user Library.

When I try to open a Pages document from iCloud, created on my iPad, I get message stating I need a newer version of Pages. When I go to app store all I get is "installed" when looking at pages app. my Macbook pro is up to date with all updates. Any ideas?
You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.
Note: Apple has removed over 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

As I've mentioned above, I was informed that updating to 5.0.1 would '''require''' me to '''delete''' the current version and then install the new one. And doing so will involve losing all my bookmarks. I guess I should have been more specific and detailed there. By losing, I didn't mean losing them forever. I'm aware that they're secured in some place and deleting and installing the software doesn't harm its existence. What I meant that if I install the new version, I'd have to delete the old one. And after installing the new version, I'd have to transfer them (bookmarks) back from wherever they are. Get it? When it updated from 3.6.9 to 3.6.13, and from 3.6.13 to 3.6.18, I didn't need to follow that process. They were already present on their own.
BTW, I'm having no problems with 3.6.18 but after learning about the existence of version 5.0.1, I'm a bit too eager to lay my hands over it.

How to get al object's type used inside a function group
Hello There,
I want to create a program to get all the objects used inside a Function group, for example all the data structure type (not the field name of fieds ortable name used in import/export but their data types) used in import/export/table parameters of Function group or Function module inside that FG. I also want to know all the field types/function module/class/method etc used inside a FG.
The main purpose is to create a program to know if a function group uses a object from a particular software component. we have a requirement in our project for example all the standard objects used in a program should belong to only sap_basis /sap_abap/sap_appl software component.
I realy appreciate any help on the same.
ManiGoto se80, provide the function group, double click on the object name, click on the main program button and get the function pool name. Now place this function pool name in se38 , go to menu utilities->environment analysis. You will get the list. If you would like to do this via custom program then see through debugging mode and check what is coded.

Why can`t I get the"@" symbol to appear using FireFox version 4´?

I`m using a Toshiba laptop and I`m running Windows 7.
(Please note: I don`t have the following problem when I use Microsoft Internet Explorer, or when I`m using Microsoft Word.)
Every single time I try to generate the "@" symbol I get ".
The same type of thing happens for any other alternate character or symbol I try to generate by pressing the SHIFT-KEYand the desired key on the keyboard.
It`s REALLY frustrating because I`ve always loved Firefox.

All of my other programs will open in Creative Cloud but whenever I try After Effects I get that error messaged. I have everything updated and I have tried uninstalling and installing again but I still get the same error message.
Your AE is not up to date. 12.0 will not work on OSX 10.9.3
Mavericks broke some things.
You need the latest update to CC which is 12.2.1.5 (although they're releasing another update later this month).
Although, technically you don't need the latest update as the 12.0.1 update made AE work with Mavericks -
Updated firefox SEVERAL times in the last few months and even though everything goes ok with the installation, it never upgrades! I get notices on my college website as well as other that I have an incompatible version and have to upgrade, BUT OT NEVER WORKS!!!
In the "More system details..." for your post, it shows an ancient version:

It could have something to do with that acronym at the end, which I think is associated with one of your add-ons.
To see your true current version, you can check Help > About Firefox.
If your true current version is 6.0.2 (today's version), then you may need to clear a setting using the about:config preference editor. Here's how:
(1) Type or paste '''about:config''' into the location bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful if it appears.
(2) Type '''agent''' into the filter box and wait for the list to be filtered.
(3) Right-click '''general.useragent.override''' and choose Reset to return that preference to its default value.

Hello when I downloaded software OSX 10.9.1 now on startup I get this message 2 times: Identityservicesd wants to use your confidential information stored in Facetime @yahoo.com in your keychain. This is very annoying and slows my computer down. I dont use or dont want to use Facetime and Keychain is annoying also but i dont know how to delete either one.

Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
