Get PO Number in GR Message

Hi Friends,
THe GR message functionality in PO with message type MLGR is alright and working .The Texts what ever written in the "Mail Title & Texts" tab of the message type is getting displayed .But how to get the PO Number for which GR is made so that the creator will know the PO for which GR made. I tried to find out in the forum threads but not found anysolution. Some one has done it but has not indicated how to get this.
Will any body help on this.

I had the same requirement and found the following below in the forum ... and it works.
But do you know
- how to send the mail to an external email address (instead of via SAP Office). So what needs to be done in order to be able to use transmission medium 5.
- how to send the mail to the requisitioner (and not to the creator of the PO)
I tested out already many things but can't get it to work ..
Here is the solution for your problem on getting the PO (and other things) in the mail :
In transaction M706 for output type MLGR, make sure you have maintained the include by going in the long text, Choose Goto -> Change Editior, and maintain the form here :
"A goods receipt for your purchase order &MSEG-EBELN&
item &MSEG-EBELP& has just been entered.
Material: &MSEG-MATNR& &EKPO-TXZ01&
Quantity delivered: &MSEG-ERFMG&
Vendor: &MSEG-LIFNR&, &AM07M-NAME1&
Posting date: &MKPF-BLDAT&
&MFG&
&MKPF-USNAM&"
Then in MN22, delete the earlier condition record and create a new condition record in MN21
Here in the Communication in the MENU select
Goto -> Execution Parameter. You reach the dialog box Change Execution Parameter. Here you maintain the following data for mail processing:
Execution type U Transaction with memory
Execution element MB03
Memory ID MBN
Par name: RM07M-MBLNR Parameter value: MSEG-EBELN
Save
Then create a PO (please remember to click on the GR message in the header), and create a GR against the PO.
In SBWP, you will get the values and not definitions this time for the message created.

It's best to start with figuring out your eMac model and OS in order to answer the question. This article will help you determine your model:

And to get the version of Mac OS that's installed:
From the Apple Menu at the left end of your menu bar, select "About this Mac..."
In the resulting Window, you can see the Mac OS version just under the big "Mac OS X":

How to get a number of really recent messages?

I need to get a number of the new messages have arrived since the last time a request was invoked.
In the JavaMail API it is called an 'incremental check for new mail'.
There are following methods in the Folder class: getNewMessagesCount and hasNewMessages. They return correct number of messages with a RECENT flag. But they return the same value time by time. I need to get a number of new messages since the last request.
I can go through the list of all RECENT messages and unset the RECENT flag, but it's too expensive operation.
Is there any another way to do it?
(I use IMAP server, which supports RECENT flag)

If the folder remains open while you check for new messages, keep track of the total
message count and watch for increases. The number will only decrease if your
application calls the expunge method.
If you're closing the folder between tests, you'll need to keep track of the last known
UID and search for messages with a greater UID. You'll need to take the UIDVALIDITY
into account as well.

In your customizing u should find out all message and check which messages are for changing or posting

Well using DMS is one way to get at these sorts of stats in a programmatic manner.
There's a Java API you can use, or you could call out to the Spy servlet to query the DMS stats in either text or XML form.
I don't have an MDB published so I can't show you specifiically, but here's the sort of query you can use to extract the data.

You can use the Spy console to find the table that contains the details for MDB and then take it from there.

How do I reset the number of activations on Visio 2003 after getting a "too many activations" message?

I just installed Visio 2003 on a PC, and got the "we can't activate this app via the internet because you've installed it too many times" message. I went back to phone activation, but, of course, that's no longer available for this product.
How do I get the number of activations reset? Apparently you used to be able to do this by calling Microsoft, but what's the number to call? Or is there another way to do it?
I'm probably going to need to do it for my copy of Office 2003 also.

I need to know whether the message area is having any messages or not. If messages are there then i need to get the exact number of the messages. I found the count in the class CL_WDR_MESSAGE_AREA. But the count is the private attribute. Is there any methods available to get the count of the number of mesages.

PO doesn't get created, backend returns PO number with "S" message

I need your kind assisstance with the following problem: when SC is sent to the backend, the backend system returns the PO number with a message that the PO has been created. When we check at the backend the PO is not created.... It happens only when customer fields are transfered in the table EXTENSIONIN.

You are using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and BAPI_PO_CHANGE to supply user-defined fields for tables EKKO, EKPO and EKKN. During the update, a termination occurs with DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST.
Answer:
Check in the CI structures of the corresponding database table as to whether there are type P (packed) fields. Refer to the online documentation for user-defined fields and the ExtensionIn parameter:
In BAPI table extensions, only CHAR data type fields and similar data types can be used by the customer. This restriction arises as a result of the BAPIPAREX reference structure of the extension parameters. In addition, the customer must not use standard table fields in the APPEND of the BAPI table extension because a 'move-corresponding' would also overwrite the SAP field.
