Get/Post confusing....
Hello every body!
I have got a problem that i want to send a request from a servlet by using URL class to a server and i have to specify that this request is using GET or POST method in the HTTP header. And if the request is POST, then how can i send data to the server. I must clarify that i m usin no html in the servlet i.e. it is only the back-end servlet to send request to a server and collect response.
I don't know if in the new version of servlet API, in the request object there is a setParameter(String, String) But when I used the version 2.0 what I did was implement the request object and added my own method bascally you would look at the method getParameter() and see where it is getting things then creat your set method to put it there. if this is not clear for you let me know and I'll find the code for you

EDI vendor invoices do not get posted before GRN is posted
Hello All,
The requirement is our vendor sends EDI invoices and they get parked in SAP as IDOCs. IDOC gets posted if GRN exist for a PO.
In purchase order it is GR based IV. If vendor parks invoice and there is no GRN for purchase order then IDOC fails and it goes in status 51 (Error).
Our requirement is, IDOC should get posted even if there is no GRN for a purchase order and client do not want to remove GR based IV tick from PO. After through verification of the parked invoice it gets posted in the system.
We have done the config change in MM>>LIV>>EDI>Enter program parameters, we have maintained value "1" for field "Processing". Inspite of this change system does not process inbound ICOCs and they go in error (51) status.
Please provide solution for this.
Thanks & regards.
SanjayHello Jurgen,
The change in piece of code suggested in SAP note no. 501524 was already implemented in our syste, However still invoice IDOC fails and it goes in error "status 51" as there is no GRN for that purchase order. However if material GRN is made for 1 qty then the invoice gets parked with the full amount even if the GRN is for 1 no.
Please suggest a suitable solution.
Thanks.

Invoice is not getting posted to accounts it is showing the export error
invoice is not getting posted to accounts, it is showing an error of foreign trade / export data. where as it is with in the country. it is maintained for the plants abroad stock transport order.
A stock transport order to a location overseas etails crossing national borders and change of legal regulations. hence you need to maintina FT data. Please check the FT data in the billing header and item and maintian them. They are simple items like customs offices meas of transport...
This will give you a green status from the red status you will initially have. Then you can post the invoice.

Capital goods, during vendor return, Excise is getting post to RG23A instea
Hi SAP Guru,
I have very critical issue to be resolved immediately in the area of Excise for CAPITAL GOODS, please help! The things is....
1. At GR level using mvt 101, system is posting all BEDECSSECess to correct RG23C register, fine
Quality people have rejected goods, when Im trying to create vendor return delivery using......
1. GR (122) >J1IS>J1IV, using this process system is posting BED+ECS to RG23C but SECess to RG23A, I wanted to know why SECess is getting post in RG23A instead RG23C. plz suggest if any config. chages to be done.
Or
2. When I am trying GR (122) along with all Excise parameters using enjoy MIGO( Return Delivery), system is throwing error "RG23C-AT1 amount 1600.00 is greater than the available amount 0.00". When I checked the relevant register I found out enough balance.
Or
3. After GR (122), when Im using J1IH(JV) method, system is throwing error like " Balance in transaction currency 'Message no. F5702'.

+91 9777299580Hi Gurus ,
I hope you must be doing greate, steps are as follow which i'm following for vendor return and subsequent delivery for capital goods.
1. PO -> MIGO (101) -> Excise capute & Posting using J1IEX -> MIRO.
For excise, part1 & 2 to relevent register posting has taken placed.
Now quality dept. has rejected the goods, for which vendor delivery should take place.
2. For Vendor return Delivery
MIGO 122 w.r.t GR of 101-> Excise capute & Posting using J1IS&V.
For excise, part1is getting created using J1IS, J1IV is creating part 2, in Acct. doc. RG23C BED/ECS/HEC is being Credit and "PLA On Hold" is being Debited for BED/ECS/HEC amount.
3. For Vendor subsequent delivery, I have done the excise config. for Movt. 123 .
MIGO 123 w.r.t. GR of 122.
While doing GR for 123, system is not generating Excise screen.
any way ,After GR of 123, I have Capture Excise Invoice after inputting all relevent data, but while Posting, System is generating message that Part 2 is does not exist for vendor excise invoice.
Now i thinks my requrement is visible for your understanding to suggest me some valuable idea to resolve this issue.
if possible can plz drop a test mail to hksiva.manoj at gmail dot com for further consultation.
Thanks & Regards

+91 9940216442Hi Datta, thanks for the reply
according to SAP Note 1062872 (2005B version) it reads as
"The excise register for excisable items of type raw materials/finished goods is currently set to RG32A Part I. When you create an out going excise invoice with these type of items, the accumulator for RG32A Part I will be increased."
I thought the same is applicable with SAP Business One 2007B version. However what you said might be correct. But the problem with one of my manufacturing client is whenever they raising an Outgoing Excise invoice they have registered numbers automatically be created on the pre printed invoice paper. where the invoice will be printed only with the qty, rate , price and register numbers rest of the information on the document is pre-printed. So they have a column called RG23C Part I / II where register numbers are automatically printed. But RG23C Part I & II are for "Capital Goods"
If I consider these manufactured items as "capital goods" then it will raise register numbers automatically. but this will not acceptable. correct me if i am wrong. so all of these items should be cosidered as Finished Goods in the item master data. if i do that again there is a conflict with their RG23C Part I / II on the pre-printed column and i wont be raising any register numbers.
Please update me on how should I deal with this issue

a soap message.
It's apparent that Workshop supports form-post and form-get.
But I dont see how it is done with straight WebLogic webservices. Does WebLogic
server read the web-services.xml or the WSDL file? I dont see a way to put in
http-post binding in the former and in the latter it seems to be ignored.
Can someone clarify.

Can anyone please tell me what is the reason and the solution for this problem?
Is this a data error or XI error?

Controlling Document Not Getting Posted
Dear All,
We have a peculiar scenario of Controlling Document not getting posted. Any pointers on wat could be the issue will be highly helpful.
Scenario:
We have an interface which posts an accounting document.
Dr. Expense
Cr. Balance Sheet.
The Cost Center is supplied thru the interface and FI document and Profit Center Document is posted without any issues. However, CO document is not generated, not sure wat could be the issue. We have performed the basic checks. Also, for the same expense account, we observe some postings have gone into CO where are some didnt'. The difference between documents posted with corresponding CO and documents without corrsponding CO posting is only the "Transaction Key". When we maintain blank Transaction key.. the system posts CO document, when transaction key is "WRX" for that specific GL the system doesn't post.
Not sure why Standard SAP behaves like that. Please advice wat items i need to check to resolve
this.
regards
DiwakarHello,
Make sure in OBYC, for key WRX, you have maintained the GL accounts.

COPA Documents not getting posted - Doc with unauthorized busi.trans SD00
Dear Experts,
COPA Documents are not getting posted, although billing /accounting documents are getting posted
We are getting the below error message, when KE4ST is executed
Kindly share your inputs for this issue
Document with unauthorized business transaction "SD00"
Message no. KE/AD604
Diagnosis
Document 6000000026 cannot be transferred to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) because the business transaction"SD00'"(Billing document) is not profit-related.
System Response
The document is not posted to CO-PA.
Procedure
If you decide that the document does contain data relevant to CO-PA and that it therefore should be posted to CO-PA, change your Customizing settings accordingly. Otherwise you can ignore this message.
Advance Thanks,
SanjaiHi,
1. First please check if COPA is active in the system i.e. tcode KEKE
2. Then check if operating concern is active in tcode KEA0
3. If so then check if billing document has an account assignment to PA segment. If not then maybe you have changed the account assignment in OKC9.
4. If all the 3 conditions above are satisfied then you need to check if this is a made-to-order scenario (MTO). A made-to-order scenario can be identified in COPA in that the billing doc will have an account assignment to a sales order in addition to a
PA segment (field vbap-kzvbr = 'E' and vbap-vbelv = sales order no).
If the above conditions are satisfied then from a COPA point of view it is a MTO. In this case the invoice will be assigned to the sales order and will not be directly transferred to COPA. With the order settlement the costs and the revenues (invoice) will then be posted to COPA.

CREMDM splitted by PI, ADRMAS gets posted, CREMAS in inbound queue
Hi all,
I am on SAP MDM 7.1 SP03, SAP PI and SAP ECC6.
I have gone thorugh all the threads and Guides related to MDM but couldn't find a valid solution for my problem described below. However, I did find some tricks and tweaking which I dont want to use as they are not recommended by SAP.
We syndicated NEW Vendor records being created in MDM using CREMDM with standard Syndication Map. We have Vendors number generated in MDM and the number range being used exists in ECC and is marked as external. Moreover, the number range uses all of 10 digits, so there is no question of Conversion Routines with it. We deployed PI for splitting CREMDM to ADRMAS and CREMAS. We have serialized ADRMAS to go before CREMAS. We have assured that fields common between these two, have "no data" character i.e. "/" in CREMAS with correct data in ADRMAS. And ADDR_GROUP is mapped as "BP".
Now the problem is, ADRMAS gets posted but CREMAS remains in the inbound queue. The queue running but still CREMAS remains there with CODE as "75". This results in non-creation od Vendor master record as CREMAS is not posted.
Can anybody help with this. I really appreciate the support.Hi R,
The ALE inbound function modules treat each IDoc segment as a current set of data. Missing fields (or fields that have no data) are interpreted as a value deletion. To keep the existing value for a single field, you have to add a no-data sign as field value for NAME_1. This no-data sign is a single slash (/).
Please execute the inbound function module manually in WE19 to test this. If an exception is seen at NAME_1 ,pass a value or '/' and check for successful posting of Idoc.
If this works, modify inputs to CREMAS accordingly.
In addition a good SAP Note 1052964 - MDM: Distribution of Business Partners, Customers, Vendors for your reference.

Data getting posted on refreshing IE's refresh button..how to stop
Hi ,
we have beent rying to resolve this issue. the problem is when we click on submit button data getting posted on to mobile devices and in the next page "message has been sent " text will come.but if refresh button is clicked again data getting posted to mobile devices.Navigation is like this as below specified.
1. Login---submit(html file)
2. jsp page1 with three fields (sender name, mobile numbers, msg box), submit button. on clicking submit calling one java program for sending msgs another jsp page for displaying req is successfull or not.
3. jsp page 2 displaying "Your message has been sent". Here our problem arises. if the user sends msg for say 10 numbers msg will go and he will come to jsp page2. but if he clicks refresh button on browser/F5 data is getting posted again to the same numbers. so wastage of 10 credits. if it is 100 numbers data will be posted again for the second time to 100 numbers on clicking refresh. which is not at all acceptable by the customer. so the data should not get posted on clicking refresh.
so please help me in resolving this issue ... its a priority task. it would be great help for me and i would be thankful to all who ever contributing ur valuble suggestions if possible with code.Any browser will resend post data on refresh. Maybe store old data for one session then ignore it if its the same as next submition?
