Get this on launch: "...Secure network communication has not been cleaned up correctly". What is going on?
Launch Firefox beta and get this dialog box: "The operation can not be completed because of an internal failure. A secure network communication has not been cleaned up correctly." Firefox then goes on to seemingly launch ok. Why am I getting this security warning? And what does it mean?

when i start with firefox 4 beta 6 an error message pops up saying internal failure. A secure network communication has not been cleaned up properly. Please explain what does it mean and how can a secure network be established.

You should only get that alert once after you start the 4.0 beta version.<br />
Be sure to use a separate profile for that 4.0 beta version if you still use the regular 3.6.x version as well.

I closed Firefox after viewing this page (https://www.pcworld.com/news.html) and recieved the following notice:
The operation can not be completed because of an internal failure. A secure network communicaton has not been cleaned up correctly.
Is this cause by Firefox?
Please help! That is [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=588511 Bug 588511] (please do not comment in bug reports)
You should only see that message once after having updated.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See [[Basic Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile|Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile]]
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

FF 4b6, A secure network connection has not been cleaned up correctly at startup
FF 3.6.9 works just fine on this system. This started suddenly a couple of days ago when I still was running FF 4b1 (that, BTW doesn't appears in the list of installed programs) and persisted even after updating to 4b6. I don't remember of anything (OS updates or the like) that could have broken something

When I try to load my iTunes card it is saying it has not been properly activated. What do I do?
Are you able to try taking it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? If not then you will need to try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes
