GetPlus+(R) necessary for the updated Adobe Reader?

I haven't run into this program with previous versions and when looking it up on the web, it seems to be a marketing or sales tool that I am not needing. I have blocked it for now from installing but I wonder if this is a necessary "plug-in" or add-on (don't really know the difference or if getPlus is even one of those), in order for the Reader to work?

Would it be possible to add "creative cloud" as a source - and save place - for the Android Adobe Reader?

Being a CC customer, I'd really like to keep some of my most used forms on my CC cloud. These are forms that I regularly need to update data in, while in the field, and using my android tablet (instead of my laptop) for this purpose would be extremely helpful.

MSI installer for the latest Adobe Reader XI releases

Hey. I had a bad problem in installing Adobe Reader XI. I checked the forums and I read this topic "http://forums.adobe.com/message/5230859" which was really helpful. But the real program is that the MSI package is only aviable for the 11.0.00 version and as you all know the 11.0.03 is already released and I want it but it doesn't have a MSI package, neither does 11.0.02 version or 11.0.01 version so where can I find the MSI packages for the latest releases.

There are no MSI installers for minor releases, only MSP patches (and EXE installers).

The updated Adobe Reader App on the iPad will not flatten a PDF Form before emailing.

My iPad automatically updated and since that update, we cannot fill in PDF forms and flatten to share via email. When we share via email it shares the original file. The help section shows that option to flatten the file, but when actually performing the functions it just automatically attaches the document to the email without that security option. Has anyone run into this issue? How did you resolve it?

As an update, I am finding that I can still send documents via email (and given the option to flatten) if the document was already in my adobe prior to this update, even if I changed the document. However, If I am opening a new document right now from dropbox or some other source and editing and saving it to adobe, it will only email the original blank document.

Confused about my recently updated Adobe Reader

Very confused with the 'updated' Adobe Reader pdf program I think I might have downloaded (currently unable to use it or even open it). I am a retired senior and no longer work in an office, thus I have no need for your expensive programs. I would just like the free pdf program, if that is possible. Have had a very difficult time trying to first: figure out how to use Adobe Reader since I first got in several years ago and secondly: how to make and send pdfs.
I use Adobe Reader to download pdf files that are sent to me or are relevant to my hobbies. Maybe the free version is no longer available? I would also like to have my pdf files back, if I accidently uploaded them to your website. How do I do that?

Adobe Reader is a free program, it can be used to view PDF files, fill in fillable forms, and send PDF files via email.
Adobe Reader cannot create or edit PDF files, unless in combination with a paid CreatePDF subscription.
You write that you uploaded your PDF files - to where: https://files.acrobat.com/ or https://workspaces.acrobat.com/ ? Either way, after uploading, your documents should still be on your disk. If not, you can download them again at any time.

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

How good is the new Adobe Reader IOS for fillable forms and interactive pdfs?

At last adobe reader for ios has been updated so now fillable forms can be completed on ipad/iphone but how good is it?
I've tested a form and reset form/print form and save as buttons do not seem to work.
Form submit seems ok, just wondered what others thought?
Also the new Adobe Reader IOS is now able to display interactive pdfs with buttons such as go to next page etc yet page transitions do not work? Again whats everyone elses opinion on the reader ios update?

My preliminary experience is that Reader does better with forms than with interactivity.

Try removing the current Reader using http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, then install 11.0.07 from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

This is the third time I have entered this question and answered with my PW, etc. I have updated my IPad with IOS 7, and updated Adobe Reader with ver. 11.3.1. I cannot get any files or folders to come up when I click on Adobe, even though my Usage indica

I Have updated IPad to IOS 7.1.1, and also updated Adobe Reader to ver. 11.3.1. When I click on the Adobe icon, I get no files or folders to come up, just a blank screen. I know from my usage indicator on the IPad that I have 36 GB of PDF files resident, which I expected, but how do I access them. I had updated from IOS 5 because Adobe was crashing so often that it made it difficult to work.

If restarting the app or your iPad/iPhone does not work, we are not aware of any other ways to fix this particular problem. Uninstalling & reinstalling Adobe Reader may be the only option left. It will clean up the "inconsistent" application data. But it is not even guaranteed to fix the problem.
If you uninstall Adobe Reader (or any other iOS apps), iOS will erase all of the application data including settings/preferences and PDF documents stored locally on your iPad/iPhone.
We'd highly recommend backing up your PDF documents regularly (not just this time) so that you do not lose them when something goes wrong.
How to backup and restore PDF documents on your iPad/iPhone using iTunes
Backup your PDF documents.
Uninstall Adobe Reader.
Download and reinstall Adobe Reader from the App Store.
Alternatively, you can store your PDF documents in cloud storage (e.g. Acrobat.com, Dropbox, Google Drive), which will eliminate the need to backup local files.
