• Problem in rfc to web service scenario

hi ,
i have created an rfc destination. but when i am calling rfc by a program with rfc destination.
then it is displaying error as text " Error when opening the rfc connection (CPIC-call ) ".
Here connection type in rfc destination is type T.
Thanks

Hi,
As suggested earlier in your post, please check if the RFC destination between the systems have been configured. If not need to maintain the RFC destination and then proceed.

• RFC- XI- Web services

Hi All,
We are configuring RFC->XI->Web Services scenario.
We are using SOAP adapter in the receiver side. We are getting the following error message.
soap fault: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: ConversionRate. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.Soap11ServerProtocolHelper.RouteRequest() at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.Initialize() at System.Web.Services.Protocols.ServerProtocolFactory.Create(Type type, HttpContext context, HttpRequest request, HttpResponse response, Boolean& abortProcessing).
Kindly help.

Hi,
Quick checks-
1) Reciever SOAP Adapter configuration
2) Check the Target URL - it should be wsdl URL
3) Transport protocol used (HTTP)
Check this blog about SOAP Adapter Configuration carefully-

• IDOC - Web Service scenario error

Hi Experts,
I am developing IDOC to Web Service scenario and the error which I come across is in the receiver SOAP channel which states:
"Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: SOAP: response message contains an error XIAdapter/PARSING/ADAPTER.SOAP_EXCEPTION - soap fault: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: AddUpdateStandardOrder."
Please suggest.
Thanks

Hi,
your SOAP action defined in reciver SOAP comm channel is not correct.... to specify it corrctly, open your SOAP application URL in internet explorer........click on service description..........then search SOAP:Action node in it.........specify the complete SOAP action in the reciver SOAP comm channel including the complete namespace.............then save and activate it.........then rerun your scenario.

Hi Friends,

Validation http://www.webservicex.net/ValidateEmail.asmx?wsdl. While executing the scenario in
Integration Directory there is no error but when sending the payload (Payload contains onl)from SAP

Please guide me for the same.
Regards,
Nitin Patil

Hi,
well it might be the reason that XI is always working with XML but not HTML. It's important that your HTML should be following the XML wellformness. It would be strongly recommanded that you use XHTML but not normal HTML here, because I think XI has no tolerence at all when the inbound HTML is not XML-wellformed.
Try to compose your XHTML like the following:

some email address

Make sure there are no weird characters and empty lines within and before the <?xml

• RFC - XI - Web service

Hi All,
I have a RFC -> XI -> Web service synchronous scenario.
After setting up scenario in XI, I execute RFC. When I check sxmb_moni, it shows me error.

Can somebody explain me, why is this or to cross-verify my settings, steps in detail to set up this type of scenario.
Please don't take me to the documentation present here which explains about configuring Web service based scenario.
I have already looked at it and understood that it's not much useful at this stage.
Your help is highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
-smita

Hi Smita,
How are you doing the communication from FRC ==> XI ??
1. Are you using Outbound(sender)RFC Adapter, if so did you create a registered program for communication from r3 to XI (rfc destination
sm59->tcpip)
2. Are you using an outbound(Sender) Client abap proxy??
3. Are you calling an external webservice(not in XI)if
so make sure the soap action is correct

sap technical link tutorial, web service create
when I click on complete button system is giving a messge as Error during activation of web service.
what configuration required for this we have ECC6 system.

I guess that would depend on the error you're receiving - what is it? I've never seen a generation error for a service provider when following the few steps required, but you could debug the activation if the message isn't clear. Service consumer errors happen all the time and are generally related to WSDL file compatibility.

• "RABAX" occurs on server side error while testing asynchoronous web service

I got error while testing asynchronous web service in WS navigator. I have created asynchronouse web service using RFC. Then I configured it in SOAMANAGER. When I tested it, got error "RABAX occurs on server side". Also I got dump in ST22. It is 'UNCHAUGHT_EXCEPTION - CX_SOAP_SEQ_SCD_ERROR'.
I have tested for synchronous web service it works fine. I found a difference in both web service WSDL file for below parameters value -
commit
blocking
transaction
wsrm
I tried different way .. but no solution .. Plz suggest if someone have any idea.....Its very helpfull....

your problem:
Missing class: oracle.tip.adapter.jms.JmsManagedConnectionFactory
Dependent class: oracle.tip.adapter.fw.wsdl.WSDLUtils
Loader: oracle.bpel.common:10.1.3

• Error During Activation of Web services

When I try to create a web services using RFC and try to complete the steps in the wizard. I am getting error message as "Error during Activation of web services". and also when configure service in wizard, im getting only two profiles as "Basic Authorization: SOAP PROFILE" and "Secure SOAP PROFILE". Kindly do the needful.

Edited by: Thomas Zloch on Aug 8, 2011 1:33 PM

Olivier, thank you so much
SOAMANAGER does not exist in my system (sp level 8), so node "/sap/bc/soap/rfc" should be active. Actually, it is active.
I think the problem is related to user rights/profiles.
I have tried to create another WS after assigning role SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN. The same error when trying to activate it, but now, I can see this WS in SE80 (under "Enterprise Services->Service Definition"). It is not active there and if I try to activate it, a success message appears indicating that user "is not authorized to use function netzwerkadministration". I cannot see any new services in SICF...
Probably the new entry in SICF will be created after activating WS in SE80...
Do u know what user profile should I add in order to properly activate the WS in SE80?
Thank you very much!

• Java Mapping to Digital Signature (web service scenarios)

Hi All,
I'm working with Web Service Scenarios and I have a problem.
The Web Service has a Schema for validation data and I send data to method of WS, example:
Web Service Description
<SendData xmlns="http://www.sdn.com/schema.xsd">
<InputXML>string</InputXML>
</SendData>
For send data to "InputXML" is obligatory digital signature in Java.
I created a Java Mapping where get message of schema xsd, clear prefixes of tag and convert all schema to string.
Now Web Service response a error, because string is not contain "<" ">" just contain asc & lt; & gt;
Ex:
& lt;CodigoMunicipio& gt;2927408& lt;/CodigoMunicipio& gt;
In Debug Java Mapping in statement:
before
<CodigoMunicipio>2927408</CodigoMunicipio>;
rootelement.appendChild(element);
After
& lt;CodigoMunicipio& gt;2927408& lt;/CodigoMunicipio& gt;
And If use a rotine to convert it, in sxi_monitor generate a exception because not understand string field.
Can you help me?
Regards,
Bruno

Hi Bruno,
there are two ways to nest a xml document into another xml document.
The first one is escaping the XML, just like you did:
<document_one>
<input_xml>
>document_two<>tag_a<value&gt/tag_a<>/document_two<
</input_xml>
</document_one>
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1091945/where-can-i-get-a-list-of-the-xml-document-escape-characters
The other is using the CDATA tag.
<document_one>
<input_xml>
<document_two><tag_a>value</tag_a></document_two>
</input_xml>
</document_one>
http://www.w3schools.com/xml/xml_cdata.asp
Then, if your webservice expects to receive a XML document inside the InputXML tag, probably it will be able to handle one of these techniques.
Best regards,
JN

• PI Web Service Scenario

Hi experts!!!!
I try to learn PI Web Service Scenario, and for test, i developed a simple scenario.
I created a Service Message Synchron Outbound Message with Request and Response Structure, and I created a Service Message Synchron Inbound with Request and Response web service message (previouse imported on External Definition).
I developed 2 mappings, one for Requeste ( MyMessageReq ---> Web Service Request) and other one for Response (Web Service Response --> MyMessageResponse). and add this on Operation Mapping.
In Directory, i created 2 Business Components (WS_Sender and WS_Receiver).and add my objects.
For Receiver Communication channel i user adapter type like WS. and configured this like help.sap.
