Getting 100s of email notifications

Hi,
I have enabled work flow notification mailer in out test 12.1.3 instance.
After that I'm getting 100's of email notifications of the same request during the day. I changed the schedule to just one a day. What is the reason for this?
I changed the notification mailer component values like 'override mil id' using the script afsvcpup.sql.
I am not sure by mistake if i changed any component value which is causing this. How to find out it?

I have tried a wipe and reinstall, I've tried hard rebooting, I tried erasing all of my music and reinstalling it, I checked my Do Not Disturb, and I tried the AssistiveTouch mute button. Nothing. I can't even play music through bluetooth or headphones. Can anyone help please as its driving me mad!

I experience this problem too. I am using iPhone4 and just upgrade it to iOS7. And now I can not make outgoing call. I checked all the setting, and nothing wrong. I even replaced my sim card with the new one, still can not help.

I changed my profile to delete all requests or answers and they still come!!!! I also signed out. What else can I do?

At the top of this page, click on Your Stuff. Then click on Preferences. Then click on Email Notification Preferences and make your selections.

I have been trying to load my ITunes music to my IPhone 5 and had posted a question on ASC. Since then I have been deluged with e-mails, despite going on my preferences and clicking No to all the questions. How can I stop that PLEASE.

Choose Manage eMail notifications, then again under Edit Preferences>Email Notification tab.

For about two weeks I have not been getting my email notification, I have to go in to the mail app and retreive them manualy.Anyone else having this problem?

Judging by the number of other threads on this, yes many people have been having Yahoo mail issues with push, and it appears to be on Yahoo's side, not Apple's.

Getting unwanted email notifications

Help! I didn't know where to get this answer -- I signed up for Apple Support Communities and selected no email notifications but I'm getting tons of email notifications. Any ideas?

SMS and/or email notifications from iPhone/iPod Touch calendar(s)

My wife and I have iPod Touch's that we use to sync 2 calendars. Is there ANY way to get SMS or email notifications of an event?
By syncing google calendar it will work ONLY if the event is created via google calendar - it won't work if it's created on the iPod.
I bought GoCal which says it has this feature, but I couldn't get it to work.
If i could get email notification i could just setup a filter to forward only those emails to my verizon dumb phones email address.
The point of this is to have a calendar that stays in sync, but we don't have our iPods with us every minute of the day. . . so we need the sms alert of the event.

Email notifications not working correctly in Mavericks

Is anyone else suffering from problems with their email notifications in Mavericks? I have got a mid 2011 21.5 " iMac which previously had Mountain Lion and before I updated I would get every single email notification without fail. Since I I updated to Mavericks though they generally do not work and I am lucky if I see even 1 notification per day. This includes iCloud, Gmail and 5 private company pop3 accounts. I have tried deactivating the accounts in system preferences and then activiating the accounts again in the Mail app but it hasn't changed anything.
I am aware that the Mail app is far from perfect with various problems and I read today on another website that Apple are currently testing a new build of Mail which I hope will be made available soon. The Mail app is my only big problem with Mavericks so far and I am generally happy (apart from missing a very useful "window on top" feature for FaceTime which needs to be added in the same it is already available in Skype!).

I have been waiting for a response on this issue since yesterday. I work in a consulting agency, and it is prudent that my mail app work correctly on my macbook pro! I get at most, 1 notification per day if I'm lucky. I can't keep opening the app to make sure I have mail! Someone help us! (Not to sound desperate)

I don't understand why I don't get copied on email notifications. I was shared a file as a collaborator but I am not receiving them, but he still is.

You need to go to the Options tab (Notification section) and turn them on for yourself. Each person controls their own notifications.

I am facing a strange issue, after server restarts getting bulk BPM eMail notifications for all pending and in-progress notifications..where to control this.
Also I couldn't able to see Cancel Delegate Revoke buttons after task opened, I did configuration for these buttons..

Stop email notifications!

Help! How do I stop email notifications? I have all notifications checked NO in my email preferences and my inbox keeps getting deluged with email notifications from Apple Support Communities. How do I stop these?

If you are getting them from a particular forum then if you see 'Stop email notifications' at the top right of the forum under 'Actions' then click it to turn it off so that it shows 'receive email notifications' instead.

Send different email notifications when a request is rejected/completed

I have developed a SOA composite in OIM 11g. And I am getting the same email notification when a request is fully completed or when it is rejected by an approver. How to send diffrerent email notification when a request is completed and when it is rejected by an approver.

There are multiple ways in which you can do it.
1. Modify your SOA composite and change the notification properties in the .task. Here change the status of the event and configure different notifications for different events.
2. Use the Request Status change plugin in OIM to send the notification and remove all notification from SOA composite.
3. Use explicit notification service in the SOA composite and attach the notification service component at appropriate places in the SOA workflow. Additionally remove the notification configuration from the .task

N73ME Email notifications

Recently I updated my Nokia N73ME from version v3.0xxxx to v4.0736.3.2.1 for my bluetooth headset.
This is working now perfect (Plantronics Voyager 855) and stereo sound, with my old version firmware it was like dual mono.
BUT .....
After the update i'm facing a problem with my email, before the update I was getting a new email notification and a bling every mail. Even when I switch off and on my phone.
But after the update it doesn't work not more.
What I tried:
- Full reinstall of firmware (w/o backup) virgin phone
- Set-up of email account
At this stage it's working, but if you switch off the phone it doesn't work anymore, no new email notifications.
When you delete the account and set it up again it's working till you switch off the phone.
Very strainge ... do more users got this problem

Thank you, razmee209! I must have checked everything 1,000,000 times, but when I just rechecked settings - notification - mail, I now see that Alerts -- both Show in Notification Center and Show on Lock Screen -- were turned off. Can't believe I missed that, so THANK YOU!
