Getting 404 page

Question

Hi,
We have an unique issue in our application... we are getting 404 page when we navigate through the application, surprisingly we are not getting this every time. Some times we get this issue, and some times we don't.. and this happens in any page with in the application.
One thing we have identified that, some how request parameters are not getting submitted to the server, but application requires a mandatory request parameter 'event' to identify the handler. Since request parameters are not getting submitted/cleared, the DispatcherServlet is not able to identifying the handler and returning the 404 page.
I am not sure whether it is application configuration issue or server configuration issue. But is there a way to debug these kind of issues in weblogic by setting up the parameters or configuration ?
Please suggest me on this.

I have already checked http header in both Firefox and IE with different plugins.
