Getting access to new customer deals

My 2 year contract is about to end. If I cancel my service and move back to Comcast, how long do I have to wait before I can get access to the deals offered to new Verizon customers ?

The absurd thing is that you actually have to do that. Either that or you cancel your account and put it in someone elses name immidiately and then you can take advantage of the new bundles. I've spent hours looking over the HORRIBLE verizon website trying to rid myself of the triple play and it won't allow me to in the end. You would think that a company as large as Verizon would want to keep the customers that are with them as Happy especially if their accounts have always been in good standing with no late payments ever. This unfortunately is not the case. I for one like the product/service but I hate the Customer Service Aspect and their lack of caring about us said customers. For once it would be nice if they would actually reward US for a change. Wishful thinking.....

Comcast new customer screen after firmware update

Every time I try to update my Airport Extreme's firmware, I get the Comcast new customer screen on my browser and can't access any pages other than that. I've had Comcast come out and they it is a problem with my router and not with them since I can surf the internet when my computer is hooked up directly to the modem. I've tried everything including resetting the Airport and cycling the power and nothing works. The only way I can continue to access the internet is when I upload the factory firmware version to the Airport. Has anyone had this problem before or have any suggestions on how to remedy this?

yeah I recall that pain in the butt problem. You probably had them(Comcast) install their so called mac software which you should not have done .
When my memory comes back I'll post the counter measure.
Although try this in the meantime;
ethernet from Comcast modem to wan port of apple router. ethernet from your Mac to lan port of Apple router. Power off the modem and the router. Bring the modem up first then the router. Place the router using DHCP and set your wireless config if need be. Should work.

New Customer: What is better deal, 3g or 3gs?

Hey everyone,
I'm a new customer and am planning on getting an iphone. Since majority of you have experience with both phones, I was hoping you could shed some light on what deal you think is best.
For $199, I would love to get the 16g 3gs because it has everything i could possibly need and more, but i am concerned there are a few major quirks that need to be worked out since it is apple's newest phone. My biggest concerns are the signal strength, scratchable screen, battery life, and internet download speeds.
For $99, the 8g 3g is still probably enough, but i would not have the peace of mind knowing i have the latest and greatest. On the otherhand, I would not have to worry about all the concerns I'd have with the 3gs because the 3g has been around for a while and im sure all its problems have been worked out.
What do you guys think, is the 3gs the better deal and should I be concerned about what I mentioned above?

I would just like to ask another question with regards to my new order for complete Creative Cloud which you suggested. I have now pre-paid for a full year but I’m not
sure when I can start downloading the other APPS as they don’t seem to be updating on my current Creative Cloud account app display. It still shows my old configuration
of products (i.e. Photoshop etc) and my ‘activity stream’ relates back to 9 days ago.
Please let me know how to get my new order activated.

Getting error while trying to create a new customer in R12

I am getting the following error on top of the web window when trying to create a new customer using Solution beacon - R12 instance. Below is my navigation
OM Super User --> Customer --> Standard.
And when the web screen opens and I click on 'Create' it gives the below 3 error message and not displaying the proper fields. Can someone help me how to fix this?

I believe that Lion and Mountian Lion use BootCamp 4.0 and earlier versions used 3.0. I don't use BootCamp but from reading The link below you need to get new drivers, burn a cd and install. Check out #20 on this page.

You can easily set up the iPod to automatically sync to your current iTunes library (or just do a Restore), but that will replace the iPod's existing content with content from your current iTunes library (erasing the iPod). If your old computer was "retired" gracefully and you were able to transfer its complete iTunes user data to your new computer, there is no problem because all of the songs on the iPod now are already in your current iTunes library. However, if there are songs on the iPod that are not in your current iTunes library, those songs will be lost. That may be a problem...
If you want to preserve what is on the iPod, you can try setting the iPod to Manually manage music and videos. I believe you can do that from an iTunes library that is not the iPod's currently associated library. Select the iPod in iTunes, so that you see its Summary settings screen. Check the box for Manually manage music and videos. (If iTunes puts up any warning about erasing or replacing the iPod's existing content, Revert the change and cancel out.) Click Apply. The iPod is no longer set to automatically sync. But you can add new content manually to what is already on the iPod. And the songs should not be grayed out.
However, you cannot use iTunes to transfer songs on the iPod to your current iTunes library (except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store). If there are songs on the iPod that are not in your computer's iTunes library, you should eventually "offload" those song files because your iPod can easily break, become corrupted, or get lost. iTunes syncs content in one direction only (from computer to iPod), but there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do an Internet search on something like iPod "transfer," you should get some links, including a CNET article on the topic.
Once all of your songs are "consolidated" in your current iTunes library, you can set up the iPod for automatic syncing to that library.

Set up the new phone as a new iPhone (without using your backup), then update it to the latest iOS (7.1.2). Then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens again and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup and follow the prompts. If it's slow on startup it would be extensions loading or LaunchDaemons starting up.
You should have a look in:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/Extensions
You can count out anything in your home folder and it shouldn't put anything in /System as that's reserved for Apple.

I believe you are referring to thumbnail image rectangles as customers on page ? not exactly customer database ?
You can add rectangle with different effects with mouse rollover state and regarding adding new ones , you would need to do that manually in design mode .
