my apple id account has been disabled for security reasons. I have re-set my password numerous times but the system still will NOT let me sign in. It continues to say your account has been disabled.
CALL
1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) let them know and they will helo you enable the account. even if you change the password 50 times the account will stay disable till you call them

When i try to purchase from the store now, it says my account has been disabled. WHY??? I have purchased recently with no problems.

i always have to sign into icloud and they always say my account has been disabled so i cant download anything!
You might want to go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in. For iCloud, try deleting the account and signing back in. To do this, save your photo stream photos to your camera roll (unless already ther) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone and provide the password when prompted, then sign back in. (Your iCloud data will reappear on your phone when you sign back in.)

Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

I am about to pull my hair out. My itunes account has been disabled............or at least that's what it says everytime I want to update my apps....I can't do it. Then it sends me to a useless web address www.apples.com/itunes/storesupport/forassistance it never helps me. I've changed my password, etc. But I can't get my apps updated or the "Apple" in the sky to fix it...I don't know where to go for customer service....Any suggestions?

KathyI updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song. Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.

The message does not say that it is for security reasons. I've already changed the password. I also contacted Apple by email, and they have not responded (it's been over 24 hours).

Ok here is what is says, "To continue using your account it must be enabled by the itunes Music Store Customer Service." I have looked everywhere and find out what I should do. I have already authorized my itunes and it works fine I just can't buy any music. thanks

It sounds like you have successfully changed your password twice but you are still being prompted that your Apple ID has been disabled due to security reasons. I would reach out to our Account Security team direcly for your region.

I am so frustrated I paid money to do downloads and i assumed they went through they appear on my dock- but i had not had time to work on my computer then i hit update casue my appl says it needs 40 updates it goes to do it then it hits back with a message saying your apple id has been disable??? So so confused just bought a new iphone and now this UGGGG any ideas?
