Getting an Error: The Word VBA Macro Version is incorrect.

Gettin an error for trying create a pdf. Attached is the screenshot.
Any suggestions? Running, Word 2007 and have Acrobat Pro 9 installed as well. RoboHelp 8.0.

I am running RoboHelp 10. Windows 8. When I try to generate Printed Documentation, this message appears "Please re-install Printed Documentation." I've searched the previous postings. The email from your original post had a line about working for Beth but when
I came to the forum via the web you had edited it out. I removed this
because it had nothing to do with the issue and thought the mention leaned
on the side of name dropping.
I think this problem is Windows 8 related so the first thing is can you work
on a Windows 7 machine and do you get the same issue there? My desktop runs
Windows Vista. I installed RH10 on that machine and was able to generate the
Printed Documentation without issue. The version of Word is 7.
I want to confirm the setup here. You mention links between projects not
working so it sounds like this is a merged help scenario. Correct? Is the
reason for creating new projects part of resolving the broken links problem?
I'm wondering if maybe I should speak to Beth who I know? I will wait until
I hear from you on that. The project I am working on will eventually be in a
merged WebHelp scenario. And yes.the reason for creating NEW projects is due
to resolving the broken link issue. Some of us project contractors had to
'rename' the project. Beth found that when we do this, RH does not rename
everything. Therefore, when linking, the path for the link does not
represent the actual name of file folders, etc. (I hope that makes sense). I
can forward you Beth's communication (different email acct) to me about
creating new projects for future linking. If you want this, please let me
know where to send.

When I try to open an embedded PDF file I get an error "The program used to create this object is AcroExch.exe.

Can't copy Aperature Library to external. Get this error "The operation can't be completed because an item is being modified."

I have been trying to find a solution to this problem by browsing this forum but I can't seem to find a solution.
As many others have decided to do I want to copy my Aperature library to an external FW 800 drive as my laptop space is dwindling. It seems all you need to do is copy the Library from the finder which can also be revealed in the preference if Aperature. When copying it seems to transfer for a few seconds but then I get this error "The operation can’t be completed because an item is being modified." I have formatted the drive correctly and there is no issues with Aperature itself so why do you think I am having this error? What can I do to copy this Library to my external?

Reboot your machine make sure Aperture doesn't start (as Lion is liable to do) and try it.

Are you facing the issue with any pdf file?
Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.
You might also want to repair Acrobat and see.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair".
Does iTunes launch properly now?
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post:
